The only positive experience I had when buying my car was with the actual sales person who was nice as pie. My car was not detailed because the detail guy was not present on the lot that day. I warned the sales person days in advance what i wanted and i was on the way a particular day. I was promised a free detail if I was ever in the area. (Was not able to get this because I lived at the time 1.5 hours away and now moved a state away). No one in this dealership ever calls anyone back in a timely manner. ( I never received a return phone call regarding any of the multiple messages i left.) I am glad I did not have any trouble with my car. The title clerk waited until 2 days before my plates expired to process my plates and title. Mean while after telling her I was in a different county than the original address on the paperwork, she still processed the title incorrectly. Here it is Sept 22 still no plates, still waiting on paperwork.

I stopped in here a few weeks ago with my sister. Her car had started failing on her while driving on the interstate creating a pretty terrifying experience. We had stopped in Mitsubishi on a whim and Im so glad we did. We were greeted by the legendary JD who made us both feel at home. I really appreciated his levity. We were then introduced to Jody Hulsey who took care of my sister from there. Honestly probably the most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever been a part of. I have an 04 Mitsubishi Endeavor. They had it for almost 3 months. Parts mysteriously broke while in their possession. Been dieing since it got there. 2500 dollars later and 3 months its still dieing. Everyone is kind and tried to be nice but I do not trust anyone in there to work on my vehicle. So now i still have to find someone to fix it and Im out 2500 for work that didnt fix my SUV. Do not recommend.

I went in looking at one car, (window shopping before my transmission went out completely.) Had an idea of what I wanted. I had called ahead to see the said car, told the man over the phone what I was looking for. (I work a lot of hours and needed help finding a good car.) He was more than happy to help. The car I went to see was what was advertised, however I didnt care for it in person. So Alexander Beckett went through about half the car lot helping me look. After a few hours, he found one that was perfect. He went out of his way and got me in a reliable AND classy car.

I appreciate the great service I receive and that is why I go from the East end of Louisville, Kentucky to the service Department in Clarksville, Indiana about 20 miles and crossing a toll bridge. The mechanic is terrific and I am happy when my fuel efficient car runs smoothly and without any problems.

2002 O-Z RALLY HAD RECALL FOR CORROSION. MITSUBISHI went abovebeyond, its a 19 year old car that theK-frame was rusting out on, they took care of lower control arms and the k-frame. The reprogramming the PCM or it will get the engine way to hot and itll start to melt the Catalytic converter. My CAT was melted and the headers were replaced too..

I had an amazing experience when coming to the Clarksville Mitsubishi store. They literally bent over backwards for my husband and I to make sure we walked out with a car. If you have no credit like we did, come here, they will find a way! Honestly, if anyone were to ask me where to look for a car I would tell them to come here. All the guys were so kind and so friendly and know exactly what they are talking about. Couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Very displeased with the customer service we have received here. We purchased a vehicle over 3 months ago, and this dealership still has not completed the title paperwork necessary for us to register our car with the BMV. We have repeatedly emailed the salesman asking what is going on, he stopped replying to our emails a month ago. Indiana law says that titlework must be completed within 30 days of purchase, when my husband called and brought this fact to their attention, they hung up on him. And now they will not respond to our emails or return any of our phone messages. Very frustrated with their unprofessionalism.

Everything was fine. I told the advisor I would make my appointment as funds became available to have the suggestions given to me completed. They were very knowledgeable and did a very good job fixing the problem. Runs and rides excellent now. Tha k you

Dressed up, fresh hair cut, 30 min drive one way and after about 15 min of interveiw with someone who was not joe hammond tells me i will call him and 5 mins later comes back in and says we cant hire you cause you have a felony... Above and beyond to repair our 06 LancerWe brought in our 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer to the Clarksville Mitsubishi service department with an oil leak and air conditioning problem. The team gave us several options for the repairs knowing that this was an older vehicle and costly repairs were not in the budget. There were several unforeseen bumps in the road as they tried to repair it (bolt needed to remove the faulty part was fused to the remaining part in the dash) and they made sure that we werent inconvenienced in any way, offering a loner vehicle and staying in constant communication on what was occurring with the repair.

I love Joe and I love Angel. I will never go anywhere else to get a car. I’m sold on Mitsubishi Clarksville.

They try to relate to you with nonsense stories. They will also blatantly lie to you in attempt to get as much money from you as they can. Just do your homework before you go, its pretty fun catching them in a lie and correcting them.I simply went to the Louisville store and saved over a grand on the same vehicle.

5/26 - After the tune up was done. The vehicle AC unit doesn’t sound right. It is much louder than it was before the tune up.Bought a mirage g4 and it died before a year was up. I drop it off and they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. The loaner was dirty and still had hair, gloves, and papers from the pervious driver in there. That was the only vehicle they had to loan, so had to use it... I left the lot and as I was driving I heard a lot of air pressure coming into the car. Called and told them and they gave it a quick glance and decided it was just the weather strip... it actually was the window where it didn’t align with the rest of it, but they didn’t fix it... I was hoping they would have my vehicle fix within a week. It took them almost a month to fix it. When the repair was done they called me on Monday to pick it up, unfortunately I was already asleep from working 3rd shift. So I had to wait till Tuesday to call them. Well they called me again on Tuesday and told me it was the 3rd phone call they left when it was the 2nd and of it remains on there lot any longer they was going to charge me for being on there lot... when I got down there in person to pick up my vehicle and was talking to the head mechanic I asked him what number did you call cause I have no record showing this was your 3rd phone call to me and he said well it was. I tried to show him my call history but he acted like I was lying.... it took them 3weeks and 3days to repair one thing (brake booster) and don’t inform you on anything that going on. Asked him what if this happen again? And only thing he could tell me well if it does bring it back and we will have another look. A brand new car and not even a year old shouldn’t die on someone especially under 60k miles

The dealership in general is a friendly place. While in the waiting area, my salesman and a couple other people came up to say hi and ask how I like my new and the car we had just purchased there as well for my wife.

Alexander was astonishing! He taught my wife and I how to drive a stick shift! He got us a 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage! He is a great salesman and is very good at what he does. Google would not let me reply. I bought the 2013 Kia Optima in August. I had to go through BBB to get head lights fixed. I was told the car was inspected, was in excellent condition, new brakes, zero problems. Since then Ive had to put on new brakes (they were metal to metal), new plugs (shop said they were entirely wrong kind and burned up quickly. Guessed your shop did it just to get running good), then a new catalytic converter and now Im having 2300 dollars worth of work done to the engine that was supposed to be in excellent shape. Jacob (sales guy) lied right to our faces about the condition of this vehicle. Were weighing our options now and are seriously considering lawyering up. This transaction went how you would expect them to go from a snake oil salesman.Be very careful if you buy from them. They lie and make promises but do not keep them. Have a 3rd party inspect ANY used car from them before agreeing to purchase. They are not honest and we will NEVER go back there again and recommend no one else does either.

Salesmen were very nice. They didnt make any empty promises and very upfront about everything. For the first time I didnt feel pressured to buy a certain car or to buy from them and only them. I can say it wasnt an unpleasant experience. If we do buy a new model car it will most likely be from them.

I now give the service department a 2 🌟 rating. They dont return calls nor are they available for making service appointments. It saddens me that they allowed this this to happen!!
