These guys are the best! Prices, customer service, knowledge.... you name it this is the shop! I started with some general repairs and turned it into a project my kids and I have wanted to do for a long time. The were more than fair with pricing and kept me informed the whole time. I had gotten a nail in my tire. I have a Jeep Wrangler with tires that have thick tread so I wasn’t sure if the tire was leaking air or if the nail hadn’t even touched the tire. I called/went too 6 other places & they were either booked for hours, wouldn’t work on 35s or wouldn’t even bother to look at my tire. (I have a spare that’s already balanced so i really just needed it either “plugged” or my tire changed & the spare put on) I called Tennessee Tire & he told me he could get me in right away. They took the nail out of the tire & luckily it was a very small nail & was only in my tread. Staff was super nice & helpful. I will be coming here from now on for any tire problems or anything else tire related.

So I came in looking for wheels and tires for my ram. They got me a good deal on a set. Great customer service. I had issues with the tires making my truck shake. Came in they worked with me figured out three of the tires were out of round from the manufacturer. Didn’t hesitate to get me a completely different set and instead the next day. These people are excellent and very friendly! Defiantly stop and see what they have to offer!

Service was horrible. Went there to get my axles done on the front. 1st he had my truck for a whole 2 weeks. Then i pick my truck up, a week and a half later its doing the same thing. Took it to a professional mechanic just to find out he didnt do anything. I have rusty axle on my truck but they new. I contacted a lawyer. I will be getting my money back. I also will be reporting him to the BBB. See you in court your threats dont scare me. I should upload these pic. I gotta talk to my lawyer first.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Ordered rims on a Tuesday arrived the following week then had to wait 3 more days for appointment at 8:30 ending up finishing at 12 pm. Long story short had to bring car back because my car started shaking they never did a balance of the wheels. The mechanic seemed annoyed he had to fix the issue. Nevertheless I will not come here again nor refer to anyone. Please consider going elsewhere!

I ordered 22x12 wheels and tires, gave all my info on my vehicle. Received the wheels and tires super fast. they are the wrong bolt pattern. 6 lugs that need to be 8 lugs. when confronted about it I was told by the owner that the only thing he could do was order adapters. Nothing about helping me get the correct wheels.

Found these guys had a set of used BMW wheels and called them up to see if they were available before driving out there, they confirmed they were still available. Drove out and saw the wheels looked nice and were what I was wanting, Guys worked with me on the price and I purchased them. Super friendly, they even helped load them up. Definitely would go back if I need anything else tire related. Good small town service! A+

We will never go back there. We asked for 2 tires a certain size to match are back ones. they said they had them they put on the wrong size and come to find out they never even had the size they said they had and that we paid for. Was very disappointed.

I’ve been to these guys 4 times now and every time I call or walk in they have the best customer service! Their work is excellent and very reasonably priced. For small jobs on my truck other places around town quote me ridiculous amounts, Tennessee Tire gives me the price on the phone and it is that price when the work is completed. If the end price varies due to some extra work, it’s never extreme, maybe a few extra dollars. These guys are top notch and I will continue to bring my business to them for rims,tires, and all my routine maintenance on my chevy2500.

Walked in yesterday morning looking for tires and rims. They had to make a call to order my rims and had them in by 3:30 the same afternoon and put them on my truck. Staff and mechanics were super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. Great place

I called about a set of “Barely used” tires and was told they were 2018 model tires with 90% tread. When I went to pick up the tires it was raining and as soon as I walked in the door the power went out. The owner tried to give me a set of baled tires like what I was purchasing but I caught it. As soon as I got home I was able to inspect the tires more and found out they were 2016 model tires and 2 were about 90% tread and the other 2 were about 20% tread. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Just recently had all 4 of my tires replaced on my car! They were so friendly and efficient with getting them ordered and staying in touch with me to get them on as fast as they could! I would definitely recommend this tire shop to all my friends and family, and as a plus the man changing my tires was not bad to look at either😉

Service was great very friendly and did a great job would have given 5 stars but they failed to tell me there is a 3.5% service fee on debt cards when you use it to purchase so I was charged additional 28$ when I could have just given cash if they would have told me just a FYI if you are purchasing tires bring cash or you’ll be charged an additional 3.5% on your total

Best place in town to get new wheels and tires. Shopped all around and thier price on Amp mud tires cant be beat. Customer service was top notch. They even do mechanic work and beat the qoute I had by $400!!

My name is Todd and I am 48 years old. I have bought hundreds of sets of tires in my life. My wife needed tires on her BMW, I was driving to work to pressure wash a house and saw Tennessee Tires. When I went in there was only one man in the show room and he was very busy but he took the time to acknowledge that I walked in the door, and told me “sir welcome in I will be with you as soon as I can.” I said right then and there I was buying my wife’s tires here and I did. Daniel has got old school service for a young man. I would highly recommend coming to Tennessee tires and highly recommend speaking with Daniel. Not only Is he extremely courteous and professional, he is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He earned all of my business and my family business as we just moved to Clarksville and have several cars in my family!

Literally the most ridiculous, unprofessional and incompetent experience I have ever had. First they quoted me $100 difference in price one week prior, then ordered the wrong size tires for the back wheels, I come back into the shop to get the back tires put on which they promised would be in and I didnt need an appointment (so 3rd trip), shocking...tires were never ordered and no one bothered to call me. Unreal! Got my refund and Ill never use Tennessee Tire again! Po Boys Tire Shop took care of my tires for less money, same brand, and quicker and more reliable service.

Had some tires custom ordered and installed! They did an excellent deal finding me a great price and working with me on my day off! Highly recommend them to everyone!
