Very accomodating..

In 36 years of driving (almost 1.6 million miles) Ive bought a lot of tires. The service at the Fort Campbell Blvd store is some of the best Ive ever experienced. Shannon takes excellent care of her customers and the guys in the shop get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them.

I called 15 minutes before they closed with an urgent need to check and repair a leak due to a long journey the next morning. I got there 5 minutes before closing. They pulled the tire put in an internal patch and I was on my way. No charge due to my Goodyear road hazard 🤗

I went in and Chris made me an appointment for 2:00 ..I came back he got me 2 great tires and he offered me the free alignment check and he quoted me the price for an alignment I desperately needed because of serious tire wear in the front..I said lets do it and the guys got it done.A great team that has a rhythm to it.All the guys were friendly that I met.This small crew on July 5th were extraordinary..☆☆☆☆☆

Went here today, though I needed an entire valve stem replaced. The mechanic helping me figured out the issue within seconds, once I showed him were the air leak was coming from. No charge for service & saved 15 bucks! Good guy & friendly, even put air in my tires after tightening the valve core! Will do business here again.

Good honest work shop with no surprises on how much my truck was going to cost for needed repairs. Easily my new spot to get brake work done.

About a month ago I went into goodyear and although the service was great, Channon helped me out with my Chevrolet Malibu. She had a great attitude and the manager came into the store immediately yelling at her about how she should ring up my ticket even though it had already been done. She still kept her composure and showed me the same hospitality from before the incident. I can’t believe that he thinks it’s okay to treat his employees that way.

You will find better quality of servicec at a more affordable price elsewhere. I would suggest Honest 1 auto.

Super good service. got uncomfortable when the manager Steve Henson came in talking down to the Channon helping us with our car about not answering a phone that wasnt even ringing. it did ring when she was outside taking down our car info. but another member answered and put the person on hold. Channon was never informed the phone had a customer on hold. shes the only one in the office helping the walk in customers.

I always leave happy! They work with me and make sure I get a deal so that I can get everything I need without being broke at the end of the day. They are very much Customer First.

Great service from Channon but Steve the manager needs to learn to be professional and not belittle workers in front of customers,specially when the worker did nothing wrong. She was doing her job and he came in belittling her because of the phone ringing when it wasnt. Very good service but goodyear needs to do something before they loose good workers because of a bad manager.

They stayed cool when there was a customer that was upset because he was not getting his way and he was cussing at them. They stayed professional and continued to provide care to me and the other customer that walked afterwords. I wish everyone could provide service like they do they always have a smile and are asking how I am doing, and actually seem like they care.

I made an appointment online with Daniel at 5pm, and apparently there is no communication at all between the website and the store. When I arrived, the guy in the counter told me they dont take customers after 5pm, that the best thing would be dropping off the car in the early morning, and they could reschedule me for Saturday if I wasnt able to do it on weekdays. I totally understand that, but never trust the information you receive online, call the store directly. Unfortunately I can provide a good review, because the customer service wasnt the best.

Brought my car in for a/c service about a week ago. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and they would give me a repair price when they found the issue. They called me with the price and fixed it right away. Awesome service! Being in the military, their warranty is great for when Im in another state.

I have been at Goodyear on Campbell Blvd several times and was always helped. Even when theyre busy they work you in. With appointments it goes quick. Customer Service is friendly and accommodating.

Super awesome friendly service. They do it all. Oil changes, tires, brakes, alignments, engines transmissions, diagnostics and much more. General manager is a army veteran and some of the regular staff. They typically get you in and out as quickly as possible. Free coffee and TV. They offer Goodyear credit 6 months no interest. Stop in and check them out for whatever your vehicles needs. You take care of your vehicle, it will take care if you!!!

Asked for tires to be rotated: front to back, backs crossed to front. Guy said you can have it your way, like BK. Looked out at guys working, and they were just going front and back swap...on same side. I get thats the standard since some tires have directional tread, but I asked specifically for a better rotation for my tires. So I go out and explain what I want to the THREE guys working on my rotation...no idea why it takes three to rotate tires. They say ok, no problem. From office, I see them go out of their way...love the effort...they still got it wrong. They went fronts crossed to back, backs to front. I know...not that big a deal, but come on. At least its better than straight back to front. To finish my experience, I see a mechanic filling out the paperwork on my hood. Wheres the clipboard? This is why I normally do as much as I can myself! Nice folks, though. Just...no attention to detail.

Im a out of town trucker, hotshot!! They didnt want to fix a flat tire on my trailer!! I guess it was too cold out??

This quality of service and integrity of this place has dropped over the last two year. I waited 6+ hours to get my brakes replaced. This after being told it would take 2 hour. No apology or explanation was given why it took so long. Time to find another place to service my vehicles..

I park my car in a garage every day, my car had no leaks or spots on floor. I got an oil change, the worker said I have a transmission leak on my paperwork. Now I have a leak, which wasnt there b4 he worked on my car.

This is not a quick lube. If you feel the need to get upset about wait times then go to Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, ETC. This shop takes pride in doing things the right way. Don’t forget the policies require that these guys must follow everything to the T. Please have a little patience and understanding. Everyone stay blessed.

Ive had a tire patched for free that lasted over a year. Came back and got all 4 tires replaced. Highly recommend scheduling in advance, the wait time was about 3 hours and thats mainly due to me just coming in. Two days later I had a tire lose air pressure and Im back in the shop. Will update when problem has been diagnosed and Good Years fix/time taken.

We were on our way home from Florida and had a blow out on our camper. The gentlemen at this Goodyear store were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They were actually and a true God send. They even recommended a great restaurant before we got back on the road. If you need tires or service this is the place. Thank you again for all you did for us and the years you served our country.

Great customer Service and thorough workmanship. Very pleased with results. Had additional issues with my wifes truck that they identified that other shops didnt. The issue was causing her truck to go out of alignment very rapidly and has cost me a small fortune in having to replace tires well before their normal life cycle.

I rolled over a nail going down Ft Campbell Blvd and was stranded in their parking lot with a flat tire. I went into their front office to ask if they could patch it up or what they could do to help me. The only thing they offered was to sell me a single tire for $220! They did not offer to help me put on my spare - so I waited in their parking lot for 45 minutes for help. They loss a potential customer. Poor integrity and customer service, just keep that in mind.

Good customer service and quality work. I had an inter-cooler installed here that ended up having a defect, which was not their fault, but rather an issue with GM. Not only did they quickly identify the defect and inform me it was covered under the part warranty, but they offered to replace it with a substantially better aftermarket version for free to ensure I dont have that issue again.

Update: downgraded to 1 star. I knew better, but this place is close so I tried it again. I suppose I can only be angry with myself. I dont want to write another novel so the short story is this: I took my Jeep in to have tires mounted, I asked if they would mount and balance the spare as well, and they agreed to do that. I come back several hours later and the first thing I notice is the old tire still on the spare wheel. The lady was nice enough and offered to do it then.... I didnt drop my vehicle off for hours because I have time to sit around and wait.Well, the mechanic work here is good in my many experiences, and the customer service used to be ok. They seem to have a new manager who has no idea how to talk to customers. So, I ordered tires online and paid for a mount and balance as well. I take my car in with new wheels as well to have the tires mounted on. After waiting for two hours for a simple tire install at 730 am, the manager, S, tells me I owe more money. I ask for what and he says because they had to break down my old tires to get the TPS sensors out. I explain to him that during a normal mount and balance they would have to remove the old tires anyway, so they didnt do anything I didnt pay for. He obviously gets frustrated because he knows I am right and says, fine, whatever, were good then. Then he turns away from the computer without saying anything else. After a few moments of awkward silence I asked, so theres nothing else?, thats it? He says, yeah, I said were good. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO A CUSTOMER WHO JUST SPENT OVER $1200 ON A SET OF TIRES. Not to mention a loyal customer of more than 5 years who has services performed on 5 different vehicles here. You have lost my business. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Took my Denali in just to get my tires rebalance and rotate the tires and the Manager comes to me after they get my car up on the rack and says, he could not do the job because they (meaning ALL of their mechanics) dont have a thin walled socket to remove my lug nuts to dismount my tire, so I ask him, I brought my car in less than a maybe 2 weeks ago to get my oil changed and tires rotated, are you telling me you guys just change my oil and charge me what you charge me without a tire rotation? He just looked at me for a long moment and said wait let me go find out. After 5 minutes he comes back and says they found a proper socket. These guys their bare totally unproffessional, I noticed these guys are NOT the same guys I have been dealing with these past 3 yrs. I will be going else where for any future service I need. They were totally awesome!!! I went there before and they told me that my Jetta was screwed up by Firestone...they messed up my oil change..told me to take it back and if I have any questions to call them...well Firestone almost had to buy me a new damn car!! now I have a Nissan and they changed my oil rotated my tires and checked everything for me for close to nothing!!! Thanks!! and hutch was a great employee..he was awesome!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

They wanted $448 to install rear brake rotors, pads, and one caliper, when i provided all parts except the caliper (calipers from Autozone are $73). Makes me wonder how many clueless people get ripped off by these guys. Needless to say, they did not get my business. Wanna get ripped off? Go here lol

I first want to say that my rating of 3 stars is not necessarily because of the actual mechanic work that was done. I brought my 06 chevy hhr in to have a coolant leak repaired. Upon performing a pressure test, michael called to let me know it was the heater core and thats a pretty big job. They did the job, no more coolant leak. They had my car for 2 whole work days and then for 3 hours this morning, so it took a long time. Not a problem at all, i was glad they didnt rush. Here is my problem. For starters, when i agreed to pay the 700+ dollars i mentioned some lights had been flickering and they said theyd check it out. Well i got a call back saying they needed to replace my alternator and battery because my battery was being overcharged. I was told out if 600+ amps the battery is supposed to produce from cool crank its only producing 75 or so, and that was going to cost me extra money. My father is a mechanic, hes been one for 30 years, he just works 3 hours away and my car with a coolant leak will not make it down to his shop. I called my father and got his opinion. He says dont do it, if its only producing 75 its not going to start, something is up. So i call back and tell them not to replace the alternator and battery, and from this point on theyre kind of rude with me about it. Michaels exact words to me were good luck. Hope you dont get stranded in the mountains because your battery is on its last leg. Thats not how i would speak to someone paying me 700+ dollars. He said it more than once. So i go out to my car and it starts right up, no hesitation and no stutter, but michael says good luck starting it i think they had to jump it this morning to get it out of the bay well, it starts just fine for me. So i took my car right down the road to a parts store that does free battery testing, and they tell me my battery is absolutely fine. Hmm. My second problem: they didnt clean up after thenselves. There is oil all over my stearing wheel cover, my dash, emergency break, and all in my passenger seat, to the point where ive had to shampoo my seat. There was also napkins all over my floorboard that werent there when i dropped the car off. Now, i have a lot of stuff in my car, but my car seats were folded down, and all my things were in the back floorboard under the folded down seats. When i got in my car my seats were folded upright and it looks like someone just had a field day throwing my stuff around my car. Now my question is, why did you need in my back seat if the heater core is under the dash? You didnt. Heres a lesson for you, leave it how you found it. I understand the stuff in my trunk was moved around because thats where my battery sits but my back seats, thats just uncalled for and ridiculous. Also, in my front passenger seat there was still a large section of carpet folded down, that the technicians covered with my floormat, so they half assed that, and i had to fold it back up into place. So my last problem, after cleaning my car up and shampooing the seat and folding the carpet back up, something tells me to check the coolant level. So i pop the hood to find that my coolant jug is not even half way full. Luckily i keep coolant at my house and i put coolant in the jug myself. Whats irritating about that is i was probably absolutely charged for coolant and they barely put a drop in there, if any. I will continue to monitor my car. All in all, if they fixed the leak im pleased, but these guys dont respect your personal property, and they half assed some things. I would recommend them, but i would advise that you be prepared to clean up after them.

Defensive reaction and rant from employee Hutch after I asked him if they did a test drive on vehicles before they gave them back. My 2006 BMW went in for brakes and rotors. When I picked up my vehicle the sensor light was still on and my brakes were making a weird noise. They are going to fix my car since I already paid for it but its a shame I had to waste even more of my time and deal with disrespectful incompetent staff.

Scam artists, so beware. Twice in the same week, unbeknownst to each other, my wife and I each brought in our cars for standard oil changes. She drove a Mitsubishi Galant and I drive a Scion. We both had $20 oil change coupons, but we were both told our cars use special oil - I dont even know what that means - and would need premium $50 oil changes. No one else has ever told us our cars used special oil LOL. When we talked to each other a couple days after we figured out this has happened to both of us we laughed about it. Obviously dont go here.

Just got an oil change from here and Never again. Was told it was going to be $54.95 and $84 later I left pissed. Was also told my car only took full synthetic when in the owner manual it states that all oil changes will be conventional unless owner states they want synthetic. Also was told you cant switch from convention to synthetic which is a myth according to Penzoil. I will never go back

Fast and professional installation of 2 new Goodyear tires. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful during the tire selection process.

Waited over an hour after my appointment time before they even got my truck in the shop. Not worth the time or money if they cant manage their own schedule.
