They did an excellent job repairing my daughters car while she was away at training. They were very curious and helpful.

After taking our 08 Beetle to several shops in town this was the first place to correctly diagnose the issue, and they fixed it for a fraction of the other quotes we got. Technician is a wizard and the front office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Laithan and McKenzie are just awesome! Great customer service!! I became a huge fan of them already. I wish I knew about them sooner. VW dealership failed to meet the customers needs and required services but Import Auto Works really made it everything possible. They will take time to explain everything you need to know about your vehicle and just what a great service!! The place is okay but I waited 2 hours for them to attempt to give me an ESTIMATE on a repair that I did not request. I received a total due of $153.00 with military discount included. I was in the process of paying a young male employee the total due but an older female employee told him not to charge me after I said I will leave this review and never use their service again.

The shop and the sales personnel where awesome i am active military they did everything in there arsenal to work with my schedule and even had a key drop box for myself to use since i work crazy hours. The car feels awesome i went in for my transmission service and they back there services up they gave me 3 yrs or 36k warranty if any issues to bring it back to them i will definitely be coming back for future services!!

This shop is honest and has great customer service! They do free diagnostics and have a great waiting area that is kid friendly! The staff is kind and will not overcharge you. They set an appointment promptly that worked with my schedule. I will definitely be coming back and after using several other companies I wish I would have found them so much faster!

First time dealing with Import Auto Works. The staff was friendly and upfront about scheduling and potential costs. They had my S65 diagnosed much quicker than expected, and fixed even quicker than expected. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable, given that the part needing replacement is a big pain (which is why I decided not to tackle it).I will be bringing my imports here for any work that I cant (or wont) do myself.

New to town and took my BMW here to have a minor electronics issue fixed. They did their best to diagnose it without taking the car interior apart, then when they did have to break the whole thing down they kept me updated with the progress, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and ended up charging me less than what they quoted me. You cant expect to get anything fixed on the cheap with a BMW but the professional and honest customer service experience was worth it. Ill be going back the next time I need my car worked on.

Absolutely THE BEST place to take your car. I would trust them to the ends of the Earth and back. The accommodations are like visiting a friend or relatives house. You feel like they welcome you into their family. The price for import auto repair cant be beat. The repairs performed came out 100% perfect. They will let you know if anything else is going on with your car in a respectful manner and never try to pressure anything not needed. Its like having a brother/ sister that happen to own an auto repair shop. We love you guys and will definitely be back!! The customer service that Makenzie provided was excellent and the facility repaired my vehicle for less money than the Nissan dealer quoted me. I only asked questions relating to my car and they put 100% effort into giving me answers opposed to other shops that will tell you that you need to bring it in. I read all of the five star reviews and was excited to take my husband’s VW in to finally figure out why the check engine light was on. The first visit was great- they are definitely very knowledgeable and have good customer service. However, after I paid over $1,000, the check engine light came back on two days after I picked up the car. I brought it back in and this time they said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I paid another $500 to have that done, and the check engine light came back on two days after. My husband works out of the country so when he is home, he absolutely needs his car for stateside business. I brought it in yet again in hopes it could be fixed before my husband flew in, and they said the previous repair was faulty. They replaced the catalytic converter yet again, however we just picked it up yesterday and the check engine light is on again today. We are worried that the business is trying to get more and more money from us by doing faulty repairs, requiring us to bring it back in. Each time I’ve brought it back, somehow a new issue arises that causes me to spend more. Additionally, I had to call for updates as I was not frequently contacted about the status of the vehicle when I left it at the shop. We will be looking for another shop to get to the root of the issue and hopefully make the proper repairs, as we have given too much money to this business without actually having the car fixed.

The customer service is awesome and even though I had no real work done (yet) the mechanic still came out and explained everything that my husband needed to look at and even printed out steps to look at regarding a faulty code my car had. He didn’t try and sell me in getting more work done but instead offered his advice and to give him a call if we have any questions.Great place.

I have a 2001 BMW 330ci.... she has given me all the problems in the world. When I seen this place it felt great and professional with a touch of family friendly environment. I took my Audi a6 2006 3.2 Quattro for an oil fix. Got other things done as weĺl, like my bushings, radiator hoses, and valve cover gaskets. I had major leaks and it took some trail and errors to try to find the leak at first but it got resolved because come to find out it was the o-rings on the solenoid and what I love about this place that they offer a 3 year warranty on the job that they do. So be patient with them if it doesnt go your way, they will work with you. I am glad I went to them because any other mechanic shop will rip you off or not do the job. They are the only ones I trust in town and I am thankful of the job they did on my car.

I have yet to come in I called and explained my situation and was never condemned for doing the majority of my previous repairs myself. They took the time to listen and have been very willing to look at my car they are not trying to over charge for looking at my car and trouble shooting my issues at this time I am very excited to go meet the staff and put their years of experience to work for me. I am very much a man of my word and at this time they far exceed 5 stars with what I have already received in two phone calls. Once I have made it in and I have the utmost faith we will solve my problems I will be updating this.Side bar comment while reading the only bad review I got to the part about 500$ for catalytic converter and already had my mind made up at that price and to have Done a warranty replacement on that.
