Above and beyond is the perfect descriptor for Service Advisor, Heavenly Taylor. Upon learning that my Subaru Ascent s windshield had been replaced out of state, she took the initiative to speak with her manager regarding Wyatt Johnson Suburu repairing the inoperable auto-rain sensing wipers. She also offered to advocate for me with the Georgia Suburu dealer. Heavenly Taylor is my go-to for all my Ascents future service needs. The customer waiting area is also top-notch.

I always bring my vehicle to the dealership for service, and I have yet to be disappointed! Their extra care package is a great value for oil change and tire rotations and their staff is always friendly. Heavenly helped me out today, she answered all my questions and and was super nice! My tire was losing air quickly. They took my car in and requested a Lyft driver to take me back to work. They found the nail in my tire and made the repair. They emailed and sent a text to let me know my car was ready quicker than I expected. They would have called for another Lyft driver to pick me up but I already had a ride going back. They are friendly, fast, and conveniently located. My Lyft driver was awesome as well. Mr. Landry was quick to help, get my car in, get me back to work and get my car back in time for me to make it on time my doctor appointment. Mr. Collins is one of the most polite, smiling, happy people in a service department that I have ever seen. They may only have one drive up bay when you arrive but my experience compared to other dealerships, was top notch!

I brought my vehicle into Wyatt Johnson for a a safety recall. They said service was done by their master mechanic. When service was complete, they brought the car to me. It wouldnt start. They made excuses. Said there was just air in the fuel lines. I said take it back and fix it. They took it back to mechanic. After another wait, they said there was a pinched packing. I said that responsibility lies with your master mechanic. They said, oh yes, and he said he is sorry?? This service Dept, I have dealt with previously, and with the same attitude that prevails. Professional excuse makers. Top to bottom. Just plain bad service Dept. Period!

Your service team is highly professional and friendly. Had a trailer hitch with harness kit installed, as well as a scheduled oil change. All work was performed in a timely fashion, as advised. The experience with your service department as compared to other dealerships in the Nashville area is definitely superior. Thanks for a job well done.

Long review ahead. Just want to be specific. First time customer, did not purchase our vehicle here. Dropped my Subaru off at the service department for oil change/tire rotation. Had an appointment at 11. When I came in to the service desk no one acknowledged me or even looked at me. Stood for a few minutes waiting. Finally a man greeted me and asked if I had been helped yet. He was kind, I wish I had gotten his name. I coordinated a ride with a friend because I had no clue about the Lyft service they provided. My friend picking me up told me that her husband had just dropped their vehicle off the day before and he was offered a free Lyft ride. Wish I had known it was an option. The kind gentleman helping me told me it should take 1 - 1.5 hours. I let him know we may pick it up later that evening or the next day. Go home, hours go by and I don’t hear anything. 3:35 that afternoon I finally text the service number, the one that sent me an automated text stating to text this number and that someone named Marvin would answer if I had any questions. Well I never heard anything from Marvin the rest of the night. I call the next morning and ask about my car. It’s been ready since yesterday. I ask if they’re supposed to call (like every other dealership, body shop, mechanic I’ve ever been to). Yes, someone was supposed to call or notify me. Look I know everyone has off days. But the basic customer service stuff just rubbed me the wrong way and made me not want to come back. I guess the last time I took my car elsewhere to be fixed I had such a good experience…maybe I’m just spoiled! I have a toddler, I’m pregnant, my husband isn’t always around. I just don’t have time to mess around with this. If I come again I’ll change my review if the experience is better. Seems like the service itself was fine and the gentleman who helped me when I dropped it off was so nice. Those 2 reasons are why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

The service department is wonderful!! I am always greeted by name and they always listen to my concerns. They address the issue and try to make it as cost effecient as possible. The waiting area is always clean and fully stocked with coffee, water, and snacks available. They keep you informed of what is going on with your vehicle.

From out of town, late in the day and had a problem-- showed up, asked for help and the staff took action, fixed our problem and put our minds at ease after a very long day. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate the commitment to excellence shown by all staff why we were in their care-- truly exceeds standards of professional and caring customer focused service. Good Service. Service agent was great! Only thing I recommend is to reinstate the service shuttle service you had before COVID for local restaurants. We live in Murray, KY and like to get lunch while waiting for our car to be serviced. Trying to cross the highway to get to the restaurants across the street is putting your life at risk.

I was very pleased with my service. Marvin was thorough and courteous as he discussed the work that was being done. I have learned over many years that the service people help me to keep track of preventive measures and factory scheduled maintenance that avoid costly breakdowns. I trust them to keep my Subaru running smoothly. The work was done within a very reasonable tiem.The waiting area was very comfortable and well maintained.I am very pleased with the service that I receive at Wyatt-Johnson.

I will admit that not every single visit to this business has been amazing have been a few interactions where I was underwhelmed by the performance of an employee and the level of effort or care that they wanted to show me. But I also know that it’s not fair to judge an entire organization based off of a single persons poor performance.What I do want to say is that my most recent experience was with a young employee named Dawson and I feel like he really went above and beyond to make sure Everything I asked for was done, and that I was happy at the end of my initial visit as well as my follow up visit to pick up my car. He was both personable and professional And if I get the chance I will always have and be my point of contact when using Wyatt Johnson services

We were having two recalls remedied. A wiring harness under the passengers seat and air conditioner condenser. The service was fast and the staff very professional and friendly. The next morning we discovered the bolts securing the passenger seat were only started threading in and were easily removed using fingers only. We applied lock tight and tightened the bolts.

I have not needed to bring my car in, I do most of the services myself. But this one I could not do>> change brake fluid. In the past the dealership would up sell things, and at one point challenging me if I could do some of the scheduled work. But this time things went fine no issues, the work was done on time and in the time frame they said it would take. I will come back when needed.

Wyatt Johnson is always so great and professional! I had issues with my air compressor and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and make an appointment for me right away. I didn’t have a ride back to WJ when my car was ready and they sent a Lyft for me right away. Huge shout out to Joe and Dawson for taking care of me and always great to see Marvin and everyone else there. I always get my car serviced at Wyatt Johnson because I only trust them with it and know I’m always in good hands!

Martin White gets 10 stars! He was excellent today but today was a fix it visit from what was done yesterday. Yesterday I had crossbars put on my car which I negotiated in as part of buying my car. Reasons for 3 stars:1. The physical crossbars were ordered and in store about 3 weeks ago. BUT they could not give me an appointment for 3 weeks. The actual installation took less than 1 hour.2. Everyone was professional and polite yesterday but did not explain anything to me about the crossbars. Martin did! He showed me the tool someone stuck in my glovebox and showed me how to use the tool. If this has been done the day the bars were put on or explained on the phone when I called - I would not have had to revisit the store.3. When I called the people on the phone kept inststing I leave my car...I live in Nashville and this took less than an hour. No manager ever called me back either.

They checked my tire pressures because it had been low on two passenger side tires, they checked all four tires for a leak. All four looked fine, so they put them back to regular psi and sent me on my way

Ouir Forester was due for its 90000 mile service. Previously we had used Subaru downtown Nashville, but for reasons we decided to go to Clarksville (from Bowling Green KY). We could not be happier. Great service! We were welcomed by Renee who took care of us and kept us informed all the way through the service on the various things we needed doing as well as the service. The waiting area is clean and well maintained and we really could not be happier with the whole process. Wyatt Johnson Subaru is our dealer of choice now, best service since we left Colorado where every other car is a Subaru. THANKS!!

Horrific. My car and I were TOTALLY FORGOTTEN.I waited patiently for 3 HOURS, only to discover the service Forman had not bothered to pull my car in, he went to lunch, came back having apparently lost his memory and couldnt be bothered to check his paperwork. Why YES I had a scheduled appointment. Check in desk was AMAZING and put me in a loaner. However, this basically took over half my day.Moral......DO NOT SIT PATIENTLY BELIEVING. KEEP DRIVING THEM CRAZY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This a.m. took car in after waiting 5 hrs., Warning light reset, rear brakes done and tail lights fixed . One salesman said you were here when I came to work and youre still here at lunch.
