Had my car for 3 months. Gave excuse after excuse as to what was taking so long. 3 months and 1800 later I get the absolute worst paint job . They need to be shut down or at least reported to the BBB. Stay clear of this place

Very please with my experience. Chris Miller is an extremely professional and courteous businessman. The work on my car was done well and for less $$ (and a longer warranty!) than I was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Hasnt been doing good work lately....took a truck into him he had it for 3 months and and 650.00 later still not running one of his elmps offered me cash for the truck I agreed to come the next morning to collect the money chris got mad and told his Elmp that I changed the price and I didnt so that deal ended had to have the truck towed home..

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!This guy is a fraud. July 4 I gave him list of things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. He quoted me $900.He gave it back - asked me for $1225, i paid him it wouldnt go out of2nd gear and the air wouldnt work. And now its over heating which it had never done before.Brought it back, he said he fixed it, asked for more money. $250, +$100didnt fix it, brought it back, came to my job frantically begging me for MORE money. told me $475 then it changed to another $1115!I had to postpone my out of state move, pay $1000 a month for a rental car, AND hotels because he refused to answer my phone calls and texts about returning my car!.AUGUST 15 I had to pay a lawyer $500 to call him and demand he return the vehicle. He drove it to the lawyers office as I had to move out of state.I broke down in TN because they didnt not put the radiator cap on!I had the vehicle inspected...for nearly $3000 that i paid this crack head, i was informed that he ONLY put a used tire on it and brakes!!I had to pay a LEGIT mechanic shop an additional $2000 to actually fix the things Chris Miller told me that he fixed over the nearly month and 1/2 he had my vehicle.On top of that the gas tank was empty and it was TRASHED inside when he returned it! Grass all inside, food and drinks dripped all over the floor and console area! (I paid $125 for him to detail it)YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

Id give no stars if I could. I trusted this guy to make some major repairs and spent over $1,000. When I got my car back after 2 months, it overheated worse than before, still has an oil leak, and had more problems on top of that - the gas guage no longer works, the steering wheel was sticking so badly that on the way home from his shop, I almost turned into a car because the steering wheel got stuck. On top of that, the seat wont move forward and there are more lights on my dash than before. I told him I wanted my money back. He said thats fine as long as I give him the new parts back. I said okay, Ill pay for the parts, but show me a receipt of what Im paying for. He refused to do so and just kept saying I need to give him the parts back if I want my money back. He wont even own up to what he did. So, in this case, Im the stupid one. I should not have let him take my car for 2 months and should not have trusted him. Lesson learned.Update - took my car to another mechanic. There was a crack in the hose and overflow tank for the coolant - something the mechanic wouldve noticed had he paid the least bit attention or maybe even just test driven my car after he supposedly fixed it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He didnt respond. This means this man does not care. From the BBB: However, please know that anytime the BBB must close a complaint as no response, the company is advised that continued failure to answer the complaint will result in the companys BBB reliability report stating that the business has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to failure to respond to complaints. Youve been warned.

Horrible service. Poor work. Never take ur vehicle to this slum.

This shop is a joke should be shut down not a good place to go if you need major repairs done. When confronted about problems got an attitude said he works on so many he cant remember everything he said he was going to take care but this was after he had been paid in full. Now every light in the dash is on brake light airbag light check engine and hes had the car for over two months. Be careful of what you have anyone at this shop do to your vehicle.

Went for new bumper and let’s just say just from the price of the bumper for my car online was 2k and he said 580 for bumper and paint, he got the it done though the paint job is terrible and the bottom fitment of bumper isn’t even done right and I am having thoughts about my steering wheel if I have problem it’s going to be him for sure because I just got brand new stuff for my power steering stuff. I even told him to do touch paint for the whole car and he didn’t do anything at all, I wished I read the reviews online.

This dude is a junkie, has to be. Keeping cars for 2 months, raising prices, giving them back way more messed up than they were to start with... dudes a fraud, this shop should be shut down, especially when other employees ask if you want to buy drugs from them. Stay away. Awful awful awful!

Chris is a great mechanic and has a heart.
