My lincoln is registered to CT Grain Systems. I had my Lincoln Navigator black label serviced and I was disappointed in the detail job, the dash wasnt even wiped down and several other things werent even touched.I also had our Black F350 there for a drum replacement last week and i came to pick it up and they failed to reset the codes so i had to leave it and make another trip to clarksville. On a positive note, Mike Cooper was very helpful and the ladies in the cashier office are always great to work with.

The drive-up option for service at Jenkins and Wynne Ford is such a great convenience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and our vehicle was ready to go in reasonable time. The complimentary carwash was a pleasant surprise. Our vehicle is now roadworthy for a very fair price.

Complete Professionals!!!! I brought in a Honda Accord for an AC issue and a Civic for a recall. Will, in the Service Dept, kept me up to date by calling to give me a status update of what was found and what they were going to do. He then fought my ext warranty company to get them to pay for the service needed. For the Civic, we were running late to pick it up and the service team moved the car out front so we could pick up the keys and paperwork after the service area had closed. Will is the best!! I will be back for any service needs.

Ive been a customer of theirs since moving into town and appreciate all that they do for us. We have had all of our vehicles serviced their, including our Jeep, and have not had any issues with poor quality or excessive cost. Our service writer, Don Pryor, is my go-to guy for everything related to my F-350. He understands my concern regarding the value I have in my vehicle and has always gone the extra step to ensure I fully understand what work needs to be done, what work can wait, and what work has been completed. The new building is fantastic with comfortable waiting areas that have both free and paid vending. I really enjoy walking the floor just to see the new vehicles and especially stop to look at the vintage cars on display that change every month or so. Ive never been hassled by pushy salesmen when I am waiting on service and walking around the new cars. That is a pleasure because it makes it nice to simply look around.

Unreliable service and total lack of communication. Have taken both our Ford vehicles here multiple times, and given plenty of opportunities. Had issues with our F350 and brought it in for service. When I picked it up I found they werent all taken care of, so I dropped it right back off. Then went to pick it up again and didnt bother to drive out of the garage because when I checked the issue clearly still wasnt fixed. They decided to schedule me further out. Brought it back in, and while waiting with their vehicle, needed to drive to MD, so I had to pick it up before they finished and it broke down completely hardly 48 hrs later far from home. Still do not have my truck back as it had to have the engine replaced with only 80,000ish miles...Ignoring all that I continued to bring my husbands other car. I scheduled out maintenance and reserved the courtesy rental service they offered to be told after I checked in that they were not able to honor it due to the weather. I understood and they rescheduled me back out another week to be able to get one then. Came back in for the second appointment, asked the first representative before getting myself and my child out of my vehicle if the courtesy vehicles were back available, and was told yes. Then after checking in completely was only told they didnt have the rental after the second person I asked and that they werent planning on honoring it at all. After a repeated disrespectful waste of my time, I would have great difficulty reccomending them.Edited to add I also waited for the manager to come speak with me when offered. The manager never came and my toddler was upset as we had been waiting around for awhile for the checkin at that point. So I asked for a call instead and never received one. They just had zero interest in customer service or honoring their end of taking care of work. And in response to the reply, me coming back in for the unresolved issue on the F350 had nothing to do with the part being unavailable at the time, they were just not finding or fixing the issue properly. Again, lack of attention and care.

Although in training, Jacob in the service department was amazing. He answered all the questions I had, helped get answers to question he wasnt sure of and facilitated appointments that I needed to make for other vehicles that need to be serviced. His professionalism and mannerisms were exemplary!

Every service we have had has been a pleasant experience. We are part of the Ford pass experience and have spent a lot of money. My husband was stationed in Korea at the time and apparently didnt accept the terms and conditions of the program he was unaware. So all that money for upkeep... nothing even wrong with my vehicle, and no points on the programs and the Ford pass programs refuses to apply points. As for delearship we are satisfied.

Let me start by saying this level of poor service has never happened in the past. Today started four days of no services rendered. This was a scheduled service appointment for a check engine light. It took three weeks to get the appointment. The service manager held no accountability for their lack of actions. Profusely apologized but continued to shirk the lack of service rendered. Accountability means you hold other peoples service actions responsible to perform the service. If something impacts that service, you inform the customer. After a full day, I had to call the service manager to get a status. This coordination should have happened with the service manager. They had the ample time and elected to ignore the planning opportunity. I still feel disrespected. Like my time and business was not worth anything. Not even an offer to make it right.

Several months back I had an issue with my F150. I took it in to Jenkins and Wynne. I have always had good luck with the Ford dealerships in the past, the workmanship and customer service, always very high. I previously used J&W for tire rotations/oil changes and had positive experiences. Unfortunately, J&Ws ability to deal with anything other than tires/oil leaves a lot to be desired.I brought the truck in, already knowing what the issue most likely was based on my own research. I came with codes and reference service bulletins. I was told nothing was wrong with the truck, they were very embarrassed when I had a repeat issue in the parking lot, minutes after picking up the truck, so they held onto my vehicle. It then took a week and half for them to look at it again, still nothing wrong with the truck. I finally had enough dealing with an organization that just wanted to kick the can down the road. I ate the cost of fixing the issue myself. My time is more valuable then dealing with people that dont want to try.I became motivated to write a negative review due to two recent developments. First, a co-worker had a very similar issue where they would not address a warranty issue, drug it out over several weeks and still didnt fix it. Second, because of the past issue I decided to rotate my tires/change oil myself this time. I was really pleased to find the oil drain plug torqued excessively tight and rounded out as well as lug nuts torqued way past the Ford O&M 150 ft-lbs (took a 6 cheater bar to break loose).Recommendations for improvement:Whole-a** the problem. Not sure if it is lack of man power, lack of talent, too much demand, no one wanting to own the problem because of flat rate pricing/pay, etc. It doesnt matter. Half measures do not take care of your customers and results in negative word of mouth like this. I work in a blue collar service trade and understand that intermittent issues can be difficult to troubleshoot, but the good service organizations and technicians dont give up. They deliver results. They sell options. They work through problems, not punt the ball each time it gets difficult.P.S. Someone needs to have a talk with the kid doing tires/oils about torque.

Was a J&W customer for over 20 years. Since they moved they have changed and not for the better. The only person i trust there is mike cooper is service. I goto Gary Matthews and see Paul Horton. He is fair and doesnt talk to you like he is better than you the way the sales people at Jenkins and Wynne.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Have had to take multiple cars multiple times to get the same issues fixed. Seems as if they just do something to charge you and say it’s fixed without testing anything. Save your time and money - do not recommend.

Will takes good care of me any time I go in to get service on my Honda Accord. The service is always quick. I get greeted the moment I pull in to the service bay with a friendly demeanor. My son loves the on site playground. The waiting area is clean and loaded with beverages and snacks while you wait. Friendly sales team too. They always check on customer comfort when walking past the waiting area.

Ive always had excellent customer service when it comes to Jenkins & Wynne. I bought my car with the assistance of Mr. Buck who was extremely helpful; my entire family loves him! I was pleased that I was able to make an appointment online for an oil change and routine maintenance today. Everybody was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I even received a complimentary car wash. My only annoyance was that the car wash attendant (middle aged female with a straw hat on) was somewhat aggressive and condescending, but hey, it was a free car wash. I love Jenkins & Wynne!

I have had three experiences with Jenkins and Wynne, and they have all been exceptional. My first two experiences were with Dwayne Coates in the Service department. His professionalism and attention to detail quickly stood out – no doubt he has a military background. He went over what needed to be done concerning my vehicle and made recommendations. This being my first visit I was a bit cautious, so I did some additional research only to discover that his recommendations were spot-on. Honesty goes a long way with me, so I had no problem returning with a friend. She brought in her vehicle and experienced the same level of high-quality service. Great service is one thing, but consistent great service is even better.My third visit was at the Collison Center where I met a gentleman by the name of Bob Fine. This gentleman is a world-class professional. He truly listened to the concerns I had about my vehicle and gave me a few options to choose from. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of each and even gave me some personal recommendations. I appreciated his candor and willingness to speak on a personal level. I ended up taking his advice and the results were outstanding! As an added touch of class, he personally inspected my vehicle to ensure quality prior to my arrival. This is the kind of service we all hope for, and I am glad that these gentlemen at Jenkins and Wynne know how to provide it.

This place is awful. Received a call that our car was ready, and $125 was due to pick it up, even though its under factory warranty. Stood around for 40 minutes trying to get someone to help us. We were told the jerking, and popping was normal transmission behavior and they would waive the fee. Definitely not normal, but thats for Ford to figure out. I have been here 4 times and have had nothing but problems. Brought my f150 in for a misfire, charged me $600 for diagnostic fees. Military beware.... Brett, wrong car buddy. Im talking about a 2014 focus SE 4 door. Not our 2013 titanium. You guys have so many problems you cant keep them straight.

Their Service department is questionable at best. The service rep quoted me 2.5 hours for a job that only calls for .4 hours and got defensive when I questioned him on it; they prey on your ignorance and have very little integrity. Once they realize you arent an easy target they try to push you away. Do NOT become a victim there! Always get a second opinion, from somewhere else, if you are not knowledgeable about the work you need done. Double check labor rates and book time! I will never go back to them.

Had to bring my truck in for a timing chain replacement. No small repair. Jenkins and Wynne fixed the issue, as well as a few other issues as well. Thankfully we got the extended warranty!!! I do highly recommend getting it especially now a days! My wifes car had no start conditions. They didnt listen to what I told them. I knew it what was wrong with it. Needed a new starter but you have to play their games to get warranty to cover it. Let them check it out. Car was misdiagnosed. Said it was battery. Played their game, told to replace. Sure enough it wasnt the battery...like I said. They had to actually call me back as I was on the way to tell me the tech couldnt get it started with a new battery...Bahahahaaaaa Finally they tested the starter and amazingly they said it needed to be replaced. I laughed so hard!!!!!!! I hope the Technician learned from his mistake. I learned that I was extremely thankful for the extended warranty!!!!**UPDATED** Since you cant reply to the business comment. This was added after reply. Google on my phone popped up and asked for a review so I wrote my review, even though it is 6 month later. It still doesnt change the fact.Yes, vehicle with no crank, no stark. Battery was at roughly 12.20Volts. My brand new MATCO jump pack was fully charged. After hooking jump pack up still no start, bad starter. I gave your service writer all this information.I was called and told we needed a new battery. We approved new battery. We were called back and told car was ready. We loaded up and were on the way to pick up our vehicle. We were then called and told the car was in fact not fixed and still not starting.So what does that tell me. It tells me that the C tech that was working on our vehicle did one single test and not a single additional test afterwards. So there were not steps or procedures taken. There was a step and a procedure, not more to justifying plural.The women service writer called me back confirming the starter needed to be replaced. She even told me she was embarrassed and upset by the incident. So yes, I am very aware of steps and procedures for doing warranty work. In my line of work when we made mistakes we owned up to it and apologized. We made things right with our customers and went out of the way to make them feel appropriated. We discount parts and/or labor. None of that was applied to our bill. I paid it and got my vehicle back.Its easy to say you care. Actually caring on the other hand.....

I really hate Jenkins and Wynn!!! I always give them the first chance to sell to me but I always have to go somewhere else. Sales staff just doesnt listen and seem to think that you dont have other options. Well worth your time to make a trip out of town to purchase a vehicle. Sad but true. Repair department makes appointments but then tell you that the appointment is for their paperwork and not for when they will get to your vehicle. Sad sad sad

My review is based on customer service. The service advisor assigned to me did not communicate well. I dropped off my car at 7:30am and was told I would get a call in about an hour for diagnostic information. At 10:30am I called after receiving no update. I was told they were still looking at it. At 1:30pm I called again. They were still working on it. At 4:30pm I called again and was told my service advisor was busy and would call me back. 30 minutes later he called and said the part they needed would not be in and they needed to keep my car an additional 3 days. Now my car is ready and I was told a shuttle would pick me up by 11:00am to get my car. He showed up at 11:30am after I called to see where he was. I am not happy.Comment for Jenkins & Wynnes response: I made an appointment a week prior to service so you were not working me in.
