This store has terrible customer service. My 85 year old Mother tried to go pay her bill there and they refused to take it and would not help her. Told her she had to pay online when she does not have the capibility to do this. I am going to write the home office about their staff. They should remember they will be old and need help someday. There is the thing called Karma and it always comes back around.

Wichita Falls, TX AT&T Store refuses to make accommodations for the disabled. Completely unacceptable!I went to the store in Wichita Falls, TX this evening to open a new account with three lines. As I was getting signed in to be helped I was informed that it would be about a 30 minute wait and they were only allowed to have two customers in the store at one time.I completely understand and asked the lady how that worked, should we sit in our car and return in thirty minutes, or do we just watch the door and come in after others have left.She explained that what she meant was that only one adult and my child could be in the store. I told her that all three of us (my self, my child and my mother) would all need to pick out phones.I was informed that we could take turns coming and going. I then explained that my mother was deaf and would not be able to ask questions or understand what they were saying without me there to translate and I was not willing to have my 8 year old stay outside alone.I was told that there was absolutely no exceptions, it was 2 people in the store per customer only, and apparently that counts young children as well even though they cant spend money or make decisions.I understand that Covid is a thing, we were happy to wear our masks in the store. More than willing to leave and wait our turn. But I will not leave an 8 year old alone, or send in a disabled lady on her own with no one to translate.

Terrible service. I walked in and signed in for the waiting list, and they told me to wait 40 minutes in my car and come back. I came back and my name wasn’t on the list. They didn’t want to put me in even though they knew they messed up, so they put me on the bottom of the list and made me wait another 1:20h. This place is terrible, full of retards.

I had to wait 2 hours outside in my hot car. Texas is open now! Masks are still required. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with AT&T previously to try and straighten out the problem to no avail! Take my suggestion and never do business with them.

Went to AT&T store today a little apprehensive because of the reviews online. But I can tell you the service was A+!!! Monte who helped me today was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I needed . All the staff was professional and the store was impeccable with its displays and cleanliness. I tried to do my business online with a customer service rep and it was horrible. I recommend going to this store for all your business.

Bought newest iPhone and an iWatch tonight! Noah helped us and it was great! He helped my husband figure out the watch (which isn’t an easy task) and saved me some money with deals! He know his stuff! It took a while but we visited and he made me laugh! What a great experience. If you go by the WF store ask for Noah!

Wait in line to get told I have to make an appointment first. So I go home and find the only way to set up an appointment is a website that doesnt work. So the next day I call 5 times and no answer, so I go the store and wait again and make an appointment with store employee. They tell me it will be about a 45 minute wait. After an hour of waiting I go the store only to be told that other people were bumped in front of me and that itd be another hour if not more. So if you want to waste your time, go to this AT&T store and try getting help. Your time will absolutely be wasted and they dont care.

Went to ATT today to take advantage of their awesome trade in promotion they have going on! Monty was the rep taking care of us today. He was so informative and patient! The store as a whole is doing a great job at keeping the safety of the customers as a priory during COVID. We scheduled an appointment to come in so we didn’t have to wait. (Highly recommend) If you have more than one person in your party, only one can go in at a time to be taken care of. We had 4 of us and it worked out very smoothly. They are doing a great job here and we are happy to join ATT!

I recently had a need to purchase a new I-phone due to such a small amount of storage on my old one. In the process of trying to back up my old phone to the cloud ( a new endeavor), I became confused and afraid that I might lose all the information I had collected for years. After trying for help from several sources, I called the AT&T store in Wichita Falls, Texas. A very kind and patient man, named Mykell, took my call that day. He set me up with a pro-tech phone call, which helped some, but I could not finish the set-up due to the i-cloud delay. He gave me his work cell phone number after we talked through some things, and helped me feel less stressed. I called him when my new phone arrived and he walked me through several steps on the phone to begin the set-up, but when he knew I was out of my league, he made an appointment for me to come in for final instructions. This person-to-person contact was what I needed! Mykell was completely professional as he showed me what to do with specific instruction. AT&T needs to keep this manager in this store. I hope that AT&T will reinstate the phone-to-phone initial set-up that allows customers to feel cared for in this personal way. Furthermore, I was impressed by the cleanliness routines and procedures during this COVID protection time. I highly recommend this Wichita Falls store to anyone who wants good customer service from caring people. In particular, ask for Mykell, he will take care of you.

Aimi took extraordinary measures to try and show me all of the plan options available for our business account. When I sent her a series of questions, she did not try and shoot from the hip but instead took the time to research each answer and tell me if she didnt know or wasnt sure about a particular matter. This type of transparent honesty is not always present in sales individuals but should be. With Aimis guidance, our company was able to save $300 a month in our plan, $3,600 a year because she took the time to follow through on what she said she would do. She didnt earn a commission or any benefit from providing this service but instead, wanted us to have the best experience possible with AT&T. How their corporate office has not scooped this little gem up and made her a district manager beguiles me.

I am very upset because I paid for a iPhone 11, they didn’t bother telling me that they no longer come with the ear plugs and box that charges it. All it came with is a charging cord that I can’t use because it won’t fit in my other box. You would think if you paid that much for a phone it would come with all of that.

Going to your local wireless providers store should not be something you fear, whether it be the time or or the experience. This AT&T location happens to be one that I would happily visit again should I need to do so. The store is clean and organized. More importantly, it is staffed with professionals who respect your time. The staff at this store know their products and they make it clear they are there to help you rather than score the biggest upsale they can. My particular situation required I visit a corporate office to take care of my needs. Thankfully, the staff at this location made it as easy and fast as possible!

After many hours being on the phone with AT&T trying to get my 89 year old mother phone number transfer to another cell phone carrier. AT&T failed to get the number transfer because the phone number was never unlocked an the error from AT&T came up at severall times that the phone came up blacked listed. Then it was determined that the phone wasnt blacklist AT&T still didnt unlock the number. This was several days and hours on the phone with AT&T. I finally when down with my mother t Illo this AT&T store to see if they could help her. When we arrived we were told only one person could speak to a rep. I then talked to sales person Aimi. She seem confused when I try to explain to her what was going on. I had my Mother account number but insisted talking to my mom. Then she went out to my mother car after I told her AT&T the account was in my mother name. She wanted to see her ID. My mother show her her divers license which expired and couldnt renew because the DMV was closed because of covid 19. But was extended. So Aimi the rep said that she couldnt help her. I found this funny since she had her account information from AT&T and still active. I didnt realize in order to found out about your account when coming to the location and not when you call that you had to show AT&T some ID. The other people didnt show there ID when being helped about there account. I found this very disturbing. I think Aimi took matters in her own hands and dealt with it and not AT&T policy. She told me in order to open accout you need ID my Mother already has a account with AT&T.

After being treated like a rabid animal at the store this morning I will be cancelling my accounts with AT&TI accompanied my daughter into the store with masks in place for customer service with our accounts and was ordered to leave because only one per account was allowed to enter. After waiting outside in the sun & heat while she tried unsuccessfully to address our issues with the account, I re-entered and asked to speak with someone else about canceling my accounts. They went ballistic....... so I left.

When I walked into the store they swarmed like sharks. They initially seemed polite, for the first 10 seconds, until I explained I was there to purchase a phone. They they catagorized me as cellphone and referred to me as cellphone rather than a name and pushed me off on some guy who obviously didnt want to be at work that day. The guy proceeded to tell me my options were limited, had nothing positive to say and almost seemed like he was falling asleep. Ive been an AT&T customer for 10 years and had reoccurring issues with their in store service. (Calling in to their company phone support line is great.) I realized that I wasnt willing to pay $800+ while being treated like this so I walked out. This is the second time I have gone down the road to Best Buy and purchased the phone through them.

Not good. The employee who helped me last time said I could trade my phone in as paid off in 3 months. That was an intentional LIE. It cannot be paid off til Christmas 2019. I was anxious to get an updated one. The insurance was hard to get done and is not done yet. There is no personal connection to help with filing a claim. I hate the process.

I have been to this AT&T three plus times asking for help with my home phone and internet, why go there you ask? Because out of the dozen plus times l have called AT&T on the phone they have not helped me yet? But they did tell me to go to an AT&T store so l did, as many times as l have been still no help, and this last time the lady staff member informed me that she works on commission and had been working with me over an hour, pretty much telling since l was not buying a cell phone l was not worth her time. I pray l do not have to go back and l am just doing with out internet.

Ive been a local AT&T cellphone and internet customer for 5 years now and the customer service has always been top notch. My last visit, Sean was very professional, down-to-earth, and helpful. Anyone leaving negative feedback about the phones should consider taking it up with Apple, Samsung, or whatever company; AT&T doesnt manufacture the phones. I also have zero complaints with the common courtesy of the manager or whomever opening the door. The employees take customer names as you enter and you wait in line like the rest of us. Theres a sofa and a few TVs to keep you cozy and occupied while you wait. If you lack patience or require immediate attention, simply dont visit during busy hours.
