Very unprofessional. The staff were on their phones all in the back when I entered. The whole time they were having side conversations about building one of their on line dating profiles, what they plan to do after work, possible tattoos they may get, and checking their Snap Chat. They almost made a change to the wrong line at one point due to the side conversations. I will see if the other store is better and if not look to change carriers.

Wow! This store is amazing! Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job finding the best deal for my family! And with 5 lines, thats not easy to do. Charles was very friendly and funny. We were in the store a couple of hours setting up phones but both Charlotte and Charles kept it from being boring. This will be the only T-mobile store I use. Thanks for the outstanding service!I almost didnt go because I went to the one on Kemp first and the sales associate was clueless about the service they offered.

I went to T-mobile today somewhat skeptical about changing from Verizon and as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Charlotte who was helping 2 customers at the same time and immediately took me on. She was an incredible help, answered every single question without hesitation and was extremely professional. Based off her customer service, I switched over without hesitation and immediately felt comfortable. Give this girl a raise!

I had an awful experience at Kemp location and Amber was extremely knowledgeable and so sweet, she transferred from my old phone everything to my new phone, which after over 4 hours at Kemp location and very rude treatment and told my phone was encrypted and couldn’t be transferred, Amber did it in an hour. But I was so impressed by this team that I went ahead and made the switch. I got the best deal under budget with taxes and fees included. My bill was exactly what I was quoted. It definitely can’t be beat. I worked with Ariana and Jessica, both very knowledgeable and helpful even when my previous provider made it difficult to get information to finish pulling my numbers over. I went in to get a quote with no intention of activating today but I worked with Ariana. And I was very pleased with the customer service and hospitality that she provided. She was very patient and helpful with getting me the right plan for the price. The total out the door was under what I was quoted and what I was looking to spend which was amazing. The only thing I would change at this location is that they need a tip jar!

Good store. Zane was extremely helpful. They didnt have A21 or A51 Samsungs in stock, so they could probably stock better. I ended up with an A71 since I needed the phone for work. Music volume can be a bit lower.
