Went in to switch from AT&T because we were tired of the service being spotty. Was sold a plan with the incentives for switching by the sales person. I had to leave and get my phones to make the switch. When I came back and part way through the switch all the incentives were gone. Basically they lied to me. And my bill isn’t even what they said it would be. I like having better coverage but I felt totally taken advantage of. They said they would look into giving me something but absolute. Nothing was done. I would avoid this store. They are dishonest in how they do business.

Initially really friendly, but we had to do an in person insurance claim after getting off the phone with customer service. Once we werent going to buy, the nice attitude dropped and acted as if we were a burden to help. Short response. So we went to the store across the street in the mall. David and Liz were amazing friendly to our situation. They maybe indirect agents, but that how Verizon Customers service used to and should be. For any problems or purchases, head their direction because they will treat you the same.

First time setting up my own phone line so everything was new and I needed a lot of explanations. If you need help and good customer service, ask for Jordan or Ricardo! Both were super professional, knew what they were doing, and were super patient while explaining how everything worked. I walked out happy and informed. They made one more transitional milestone of adulting so much smoother. Thanks guys

I called them over a week ago. The animated voice proceeded to tell me that at this time they were too busy to please contact through there online site. Went to the online site. They responded that they would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. No response. I went to a local Verizon store that I had previously called. And supposedly they were too busy to pick up the phone too. When I arrived at the store there was no one in it but me. Wanted to get my phone info change from old phone to new phone. They said they were having Wi-Fi problems and it could take a while like maybe 3 hours or up to 8 hours. I asked him if there was another local Verizon store. And with directed across the street. Walked in there and was told that it would cost me $37 Plus to get my info change from old phone to new phone. Verizon has been my carrier for many years. I still have not got info transferred. I have had new phones over the years and taking them to either where I purchased them or to my carrier and it has never cost me a penny to have info transferred from one phone to another.Shame on you Verizon. You never contacted me what you said you would. Your local stores dont answer their phones. I am considering changing carriers.

Would have been awesome if I had gotten my 150.00 off on my new phone after mine got burned up in a car chase. I had been given a credit of that amount when I hooked up my grandangels 2phones and I hadnt used it but the sales rep said I didnt have it. I have been with Verizon since 1999 so I wasnt going anywhere.

Checked the website for hours of operation before going to the store. when i arrived all the signs on the doors said they were open, but yet the doors were l locked and lights were out.. so i took my business some where else.. got a new IPhone and plan through another provider because of it

I will not step foot inside this store again. They used COVID as an excuse not to help me set up my new phone. They didn’t even bother to tell me that I wouldn’t have phone service until the back-up was complete. Driving an hour without service with my special needs son was scary!Best Buy is where I will shop in the future. They were awesome!

Jacobite, a sales associate at the Midwestern Parkway location, is awesome. He went out of his way to help me with my new phone, to include giving me his personal telephone number, to help me with my phone. I did need to call him for help and he stayed on the phone with me until my phone was up and running. This type of employee is rare to find. I would like to see him commended for taking his own personal time to help me. We left Verizon a couple of weeks ago for a very nice promotional off - but the service was so terrible everywhere we switched back. Because we switched back soon after leaving it made the transaction complicated, but Sara gave us exceptional service - even staying late to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend Sara and the Verizon network.

I tried to get the military discount and they wanted to see my pay stub. Wouldnt accept any other proof that I was military. Then when I deployed, they refuse to suspend my cell phone service unless I show them my military orders. Thats a little too nosey for my comfort. At least the folks who work here are nice about it, but I think their military benefits come with too many strings attached.

I went in to get a new iPhone. Usually I have a good experience. But this time I had a very bad experience with the customer service. A young women was assisting me and she had the worst attitude about helping me. She didnt answer questions I had. Just said use the app, that info is in the app. Which if I wanted to use the app I would have. I wanted an actual human being to answer me. And the whole time we were doing the upgrade on the phone, she was being very snooty. She had her lips puckered and gave off such a negative vibe. And that made it extremely awkward for me.If you’re going to be in customer service you need to put a smile on that face and help and answer any questions one may have. Getting a new phone is exciting. But her attitude took that away!

The WORST! Every singe time I go into this place, I come out wondering why I am still with Verizon. This was the last time I did that. I was trying to look into a new phone as well as unlimited data. The first young lady I spoke with scanned my account on her pad and could only give me 2GB of data. I ALREADY HAVE 2 GB of data. I wanted more...I grew weary with her after about 10 min and asked for someone else. This gentleman tried to tell me my bill was so high because I was using data I did not have. Um yes sir I do. I have 2 GB. His reply was NO YOU DONT. OMG, so I ask for the manager or I am leaving.. She proceeds to TRY and sell me more lines. I only need two, but its only $10.00 per line.. I dont need two more lines. Well you can add a tablet or your car.. SERIOUSLY! I am so stinking pissed. I am going ANY PLACE BUT VERIZON.

Lack of experience and overall inability to understand a customers needs have buried the few excellent employees of this store. I would either do my business online or visit Best Buy if youre in need of service for Verizon.

Went to verizon to get help resetting a pin number on a Verizon ellipsis 7 tablet. Was initially told by associate right off the bat there was nothing she could do. After I told her I found it hard to believe the tablet was useless simply because I forgot the pin, she reluctantly said she could try doing a soft reset. She was working on the tablet for several minutes and seemed to be struggling. She then asked another associate if he knew how to reset it. He said he had no clue and continued helping another customer. She then got out her phone and starting googling how to do the reset. Still couldnt figure it out. Another lady came over to see what she was working on, but offered no help. She then brought the tablet back to me and said she could try one other thing, but then admitted she had no idea what it would do to the tablet, at which point I asked for the tablet back and said I would figure it out myself. So basically wasted 45 minutes for nothing. With a fussing 3 month old baby. Got home, googled how to reset pin for my specific tablet, and found the info ON THE VERIZON WEBSITE. Took me less than 2 minutes to figure out. So not exactly sure what this girls issue was or why she made it seem so difficult. Surely Im not the first person to forget my pin number. So lesson learned. I will always try googling first rather than waste my time going to the store

We were with Verizon for 5 plus years until your store employee and manager cost you my business. I was told one thing about upgrading on the phone and was told another in the store. Wasn’t a matter of the mistake made by someone. The store employee and manager I dealt with were rude and the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. So goodbye Verizon, Hello Sprint. Id go without a phone before I dealt with this store ever again.
