Terrible service. The lady thats always there is so rude. This is there third time Ive came in in the last year asking about switching my service and everything time she tells me they dont have any phones. She doesnt smile or say anything else. Today as I was leaving I said thank you and she just looks at me and puts her head down! Terrible terrible customer service.

Cant call to talk to anyone at a retail store from lawton, Oklahoma to witchita falls, Texas... I have had so much trouble in general with Metro that this will be my last month with the company. I suggest others do the same.

Walked in, explained what my brother needed, and we were setup and out the door in 30 minutes. Young ladies who were knowledgeable and able to answer all questions.

Service was out of this world got my phone back on track

Great customer service, spoke with Pam, she was informative and got me the plan that fits my needs. She also was great with multitasking as she attended 3 customers all at the same time.

Horrible place . the girls there are rude. and always send me to other locations because they dont want to deal with my phone problems.

Staff was dismissive came to upgrade two phones and add a tablet to my line staff couldnt seen to understand that the tablet was on special per the website phone cases and screen protectors over priced much cheaper on amazon went to a separate location to add the tablet to the line

Never will I go over there i went there because I wanted to know why was my bill so high. I was on the 50 plan how it came from beginning to 103. There was 2 Caribbean guy tried to help me they didnt know, on top of that his employees dont know what there doing either they couldnt explain to me what he was doing he was being rude, disrespectful. I came to Kemp street very nice girls, helpful,took time to explain, even said sorry of what them people did, They told me they added all kinds of stuff on my account never will I go there again.

Been with them for 4 years but the upgrade incentives are terrible. To upgrade they charge full price for a phone.
