My Galaxy Note S20 Ultra screen just died 10 days ago and I brought it to these professionals. The replacement screen had an issue later on the same day I got my phone back. I thought i needed charging port replaced and these guys flat out said no they cleaned my port out while changing my battery and it worked they were helpful and very knowledgeable. instead of charging me money they didnt need too they did a simply fix of the issue they are very honest and good people. quoted me an hour on battery change and 30 minutes later told me it was done and now my battery lasts all day. 10/10 would recommend

I dropped my cell phone in a grocery store parking lot shattering the screen. Since I had damage insurance, I was directed to CPR Cell Phone of Wichita Falls. They had to order a new screen so I took the phone back in once it was received. I was told it would be repaired within 2 to 3 hours. CPR called me back in 1-1/2 hours advising it was ready. Accidentally spilled some food on my phone, after cleaning it off, there was some residue left behind in the ear/speaker part which caused me to not be able to hear a phone conversation very well. It was all muffled. I stopped by the store and Chris helped me by taking the phone apart and and cleaning it for me. He was helpful, friendly and fast. Best of all he didnt charge me. Story time: I went out for ice cream and instead of dropping my ice cream cone, I dropped my phone face down. Recently moving here from Chicago I was a bit skeptical of where to go to get my phone fixed and when I discovered ‘CPR’ I thought to myself that I had to give it a try. I received a quote online (very user friendly), which was great because I was able to get a price for the entire process before going into the store. when I went to the store the next day, I was welcomed with friendly service and being a college student the price for the entire process was very affordable. As they promised online, the process would only take 30 minutes and I also received a new LCD screen which was included. I went ahead and purchased a phone case from them which was less than 30 bucks and that also care with a glass screen protector. I was in and out and before I knew it my phone was like new! (Had it for about 2 years). I would recommend CPR to everyone in town for all of their technology needs!! Not only do they fix cell phone devices; they also fix laptops and tablets as well! These guys are great. They removed a broken off headphone jack from my son’s pc a few months ago. It took like 5 min, and they only charged me 10 bucks! My ink jet printer recently started acting up, and they did a few moves, Now it works like new. I can’t say enough positive about this place. Give them a shot, and they will save you big money. I love the idea a fixing things rather than just throwing it away and buying something new. They seem honest and like they actually use their brains too.

I had a cracked screen and broken home button on my iPad and instead of getting a new expensive iPad I’m SO GLAD I had CPR repair it instead. Everyone at CPR Cell Phone Repair was very friendly and willing to help. My iPhone X took a dip in the pool, and didnt make it unfortunately. They were upfront with me that they likely wouldnt be able to recover my data, but were more than willing to help rather than some other repair shops in town. Didmt help pur problem after leading us a while

After my iPhone went completely dark I thought the phone was dead. I took it to Verizon, of which their only solution was to upgrade me to a new one. Didn’t want to(or didn’t know how to) diagnose the problem with my phone. They suggested I take it to Mac tech. Mac techs solution was to send it out for replacement for $200. I left and went to Verizon to settle for a new phone with none of my old phones contacts/ photos etc. I took my old phone to CPR the next day to see if i could salvage it, they fixed it for 20 bucks in less than an hour.. I was then able to transfer all my info from my old phone to a new one.CPR was friendly, professional, quick and knowledgeable. If I ever have any electronic issues, I’m bringing them straight here every time. I would highly recommend them.

About six months ago, broke glass on my 10.5 iPad. Got it back quick, but developed another problem. It kept shutting off after five minutes. Was told to bring in back in. 2nd time around, put another glass in, and has been working right ever since. Strange as it sounded, wasctold certain glass caused that very problem. Just glad they believed me, and no charge second time around, and no attitude. They were glad to make things right. Wish more businesses were run like this.

Instead of trying to up-sell me they told me the truth, that it would be better to go back to my provider and get a new phone instead of them trying to repair my old phone. I appreciate their honesty and will use them if I ever have issues with my new phone.

They fixed my screen in less than an hour, they were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They did not try to up sell or push any products on me. They responded almost INSTANTLY to my request for a quote, and then fixed it even cheaper than they originally said! Now I have a lifetime warranty on my screen and true peace of mind knowing if my toddler drops my phone, itll be okay!

Ive been doing business here for a couple of years and been happy. I bought a phone here a year and a half ago and had no problems with it until part of the screen went black but not cracked. Since that problem was my fault I came back to have the screen replaced. Within a couple of weeks, the screen started to crack. Not from big drops on pavement, but just being carried in my pocket. Everyday a new crack would appear until the whole screen was cracked just from normal use. I finally brought it back when it started to lift from the phone. I was told there was no warranty on the screen so I had to pay for a new one. I did. Thinking the broken screen was my fault I went on amazon immediately and ordered an even better case to prevent breaking from happening again. When the screen was just 4 days old and in a new secure case, the phone slipped off of the couch while I was sitting and fell 16inches to the floor. The screen itself did not hit anything directly but shattered and lifted in the center. I took it in the next day and the answer I got was that glass breaks and they can not do anything but charge me another 65$ to replace it. They sold me 2 low quality brittle screens and would have sold me a 3rd. I will not be doing business there again.

I did a software update on my Note 8 and ended up in an endless boot loop. The team at CPR went out of their way to help me, and in the end got my phone back up and going! I brought my sons XBOX 360 in for repair, after it finally gave out. I figured it was a lost cause, but these folks diagnosed the issue, talked to me about it, and had the problem fixed in a day or so. They were helpful, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg.

I had been having issues with my iPhone taking a charge for a couple on months now and a couple of nights ago it would not take a charge at all. I felt like it was probably a bad charge port and was happily prepared to pay the $70 to get it repaired. Walked it to store explained the issues I was having and the young lady told me it was probably just dirty. She took the phone cleaned the port and problem solved charge port works great now. Only charged me $5. Very happy with the quick service and honest diagnosis.

They are great fixed a phone for a friend in like an hour and fixed my Apple Watch. They had some issues with a supplier for a part my watch needed and kept me updated the whole time. They even came to their store when it was closed so that I could get my watch because I couldnt be in Wichita Falls any other day. Great people!

My Son owns a Phone Repair shop in Rockwall and my parents live in Wichita Falls and my Dad has a otter box with a film that was dirty and he needed help removing it as he is not familiar with the way otter boxes work. He first went to Best Buy and they tired to tell him it was going to be $60.00 and they didn’t have the part and basically didn’t want to help him. I called and spoke with a nice guy named Preston, and told him the situation and he said to send my Dad up and they would help him. My Dad ran up and fixed his problem and at no charge. Grant you it was a simply fix that probably to a few seconds but WOW what a great group of people at CPR. I would highly recommend them for all your phone repairs in the Wichita Falls area. I went to them in November of 2016 to have my LCD fixed on my phone and in May of 2017 my screen started to act up. I took it in to see if they could help me. My Iphone wouldnt turn on at all for several days, I took it to two other places and they just basically told me to buy a new phone, but I have so many pictures and videos on this phone that I needed to keep trying so I went to CPR and they were so nice and didnt brush me off like the other places. They got my phone on in a matter of minutes. I dont know exactly how, but I am just ecstatic that they did, because I really needed it back on! It was b.s. at first they had the screen so my wife and I drove over 50miles when we got there we were told they dont have it so we turned around and drove back. It was a waste of time.
