Purchased 4 new devices (3 phones, 1 tablet) and upgraded my plan. All went good UNTIL the bill, where I saw I was charged $35 per device for activation and setup(transfer info from old phone to the new phone), for a total of $140!!! We were not told up front about this charge. Then on my Verizon bill I am charged another $35 per device for a total of $140!! So basically it cost $280 to activate and transfer info. What a rip-off this place is. There will be NO repeat business from me and I am and will definitely share this company’s business practice with everyone I know and meet along with social media sharing. $280!!!

I just recently went into this store to upgrade my devices. The salesperson, Justin, was extremely professional and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I usually relate buying phones in the same category as buying cars, but this was not painful at all. I will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I went in to switch carriers and go to Verizon. Mario Fleck was absolutely amazing! The best experience I have had with any cellular carrier by far. He helped us see how much less our bill would be monthly by breaking it all down charge my charge, he stayed after hours to help get our switch finished up, and even spoke to our previous carrier representative when they were doing everything they could to keep us from retrieving our account number. He got them to give in while still being professional. Mario is a funny guy and extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to switch to Verizon go in and speak to Mario.

My experience at this location was better than any previous experience at any other phone store! Mario was very professional and offered tremendous help in choosing the right phone plan, adding more lines to the plan, and clearing up any confusion with billing. Mario was a very welcoming employee that made the experience all the better by making the time spent setting things up feel less tedious than previous interactions. My wife and I went to the Verizon store today 9-5-21 to get her a new cell phone . We walked into the store where only 2 sales people were working, both had customers no one said a word to either of us, no hey we will be right with you or anything. We were in the store for over an hour with no help . Then a few people can in there where dressed a little better than we were I guess and the the guy in the back desk said hey guys we will be right with you . So after an hour and a half my wife and I decided to leave guess we are not important enough to wait on . Btw I have my business account with them with several cell phones. I am thinking of cancelling me business account . I dont care how a person is dressed you should do your job and help them . Both sales representative were talking to young lady guess they were trying to y laid . I wont be back to that store ever .

This is BY FAR the Best Cell Phone Store in town! David went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer! Mario put my screen protector on. He did a GREAT job! Went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about my warranty, future discounts, and screen care.

I went into this location to purchase a new phone. Jordan Holly waited on me and I have never dealt with anyone more friendly, courteous and professional. He knows his products inside and out and made sure I had all my questions answered. He actually made it a fun experience. I wish there were more than five stars to give because Jordon is a real asset to your company.

Mr. Ricardo Lacey took great care of my older ladyfriend who was changing phones and not too tech savvy. His patience was remarkable and kindness is to be envied! It took 2 and a half hours the 1st day I went to them and got a new phone and tablet. Then they jacked up my bill so it was going to charge me $220 extra a month because they deleted a program we were on and didnt tell us. They also charged an additional fee on top of the activation fee for setting up our phones of $70.00. Then we decided one of the phones wasnt a good fit for my elderly mom and took it back 2 days later to exchange. We were charge $50.00 restocking fee because they said she had scratched it but it could have just as easily been them when they were setting up the phone. It was so small you had to turn the phone in all different directions and get in the light to see. Now I looked at Verizon site and it says the restocking fee was suppose to be just $35.00. The second time we went back it was almost 3 hours before they were done. Drove back home (which is 75 miles away) only to find out they hadnt activated the tablet or synced her phone text messages with her tablet. Had to call them and they said it could possibly take a day. No one offered to help the person out that was waiting on is and at the time they were trying to help 2 accounts at the same time. I will never go back to another Verizon unless it is a corporate store. I was never told they were not actually a Verizon store until I called the 611 number about the problems I was having and due to them not being a actual Verizon store that helped me they couldnt help me. The young girl was so sweet and tried her best. One of the guys not sure who he was but he was rude.

I had been with AT&T for years but here lately the reception was horrible in our town and surrounding areas. We went in to the Verizon in the mall and were helped by Earnest. He was awesome and got us a sweet deal with Buy One Get One on mine and my wife’s iPhone 8s and Buy one get one on 2 Samsung galaxy s8s also. The service since has been awesome. I have reception everywhere I’ve been so far. Called in to customer care for a billing issue. They got it taken care of super quick. So glad to have had awesome service at his location and with the company as a whole thus far.

Liz is amazing!!! She makes sure you leave the store completely satisfied. Last night my phone fell in water and instantly died. We went straight to Cellular Sales in the Mall, and Liz was able to get me a replacement phone (with our available upgrade). She also got everything activated and transferred over to the new phone and we were in and out in a matter of 30 Minutes!!! I highly recommend that anyone with Verizon go see Liz in the Mall!

I was in a bit of a bad situation when my phone busted while I was on the job. When I called in with a series of questions about what my options were for my predicament, Colleen was swift with solutions and a calming demeanor. I showed up shortly after calling and we worked together to solve the problem. I was able to walk out with an Upgraded phone to replace the broken one without too much trouble or issue.

Poor poor customer sevice. Promises a lot but doesnt deliver. They will say that they will call you when inventory comes in but dont get your hopes up. They will never call. They dont tell all the details of the deals they promise only the parts that make them look good. Worst decision I made when it comes to cell service. Plus, they are not a true Verizon store and coprporate has no ability to correct any of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and only deal with the store outside of the mall. They are true Verizon.

Awesome place! Best employees ever! I was helped by Aaron Mills. I went here yesterday to add my smartwatch to my data plan and switch phones. So I needed a few sim cards and assistant in getting everything set up. I also needed things transferred from one phone to another (IE photos, contacts, etc). Aaron was the most professional person and bared my billions of questions about how my new phone works, how to work my new Verizon smart watch, and how my data plan works. Im not the most tech-saavy person, but he helped me work through everything. I was there for about 1.5 hours and throughout the entire of the transaction, he demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness. I usually hate dealing with scenarios such as these, but Aaron made everything so simple. Definitely would recommend coming here; places like these makes me love being with Verizon!
