This was my first time at Milwaukee Motorwerks, and I will be back. When I purchased my E92 M3 I knew I needed to find a reliable and trustworthy shop to handle its dreaded connecting rod bearings (which had not been done prior). Brian and his team did an amazing job. The repairs were done quickly, and at a very fair price. As I plan to do a few track days next season, they also changed all fluids and a through on a new pair of tires. Brian stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, which is greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough about my experience, other than I will be back for more work in the future (and hopefully some performance upgrades too). Thanks Brian and Co., you are doing an amazing job!

Ive known about Milwaukee Motorwerks for awhile, but this was the first time using them. Typically I work on all my own stuff because Im very detail oriented and know it will be done exactly right. Sometimes you just gotta relax and have someone else take care of things. I didnt have any reservations about having these guys do the work. I have an ALH Jetta diesel wagon that needed a timing belt. They were about 25% cheaper than the dealer. The job was done lightning fast. I dropped the car off late Monday night and it was done by Tuesday afternoon! After I got home, I realized there was an issue with where the injection pump timing was set. It ended up about 30 degrees too high. Typically this should be verified after a timing belt job. They were understanding, didnt assume I didnt know what I was talking about, and fixed the issue in about a half an hour. Granted it was another trip out there, but the overall experience is still 5-stars.

Had a very positive experience with this shop. genuine service. The mechanic went above and beyond to reassure my mom of any concerns she had with her car. Honest shops are hard to come by, and this shop exceeded all of my expectations.

I own a Mercedes AMG E Class that I love and probably over maintain. Recently my warranty expired and I found myself looking for a shop that was confident enough to work on the car as many places dont want to touch it. My dealership experiences have been less the stellar price wise and customer service wise.The services I had done went smoothly and I have no complaints about the labor costs. All of the staff I spoke with were nice and even carried on a friendly conversation with a few. I brought my own OEM parts and preferred oil just because Im super particular. They checked in with me as I waited (even finished before I expected) and the invoice was exactly what we discussed. I see some negative reviews but my experience was very positive and I have high expectations for every dime I spend.A side note there is a dog that met me at the car. She was very friendly though but be prepared because that threw me off.In the future this is where Ill take this vehicle.

All I can say is WOW, you call I think Brian explain your issue and he knows BMWs so well he can pretty much diagnose the issue and estimated (accurately) cost over the phone. The entire team is a pleasure to deal with, always positive, happy and appreciative of my business. AND the quality is better and the price is lower than the dealership. These guys are incredible. I sent an email through their website and Brian got back to me within minutes. He got me a quote almost immediately and was able to get me in within a few days. Not only that, but I got all new tires and new brakes on the front and back and my car was ready within a couple of hours (and they were super busy). I will always be taking my car there from now on. Please Please Please, I beg you stay far away from these people . Especially if you are a single woman . These people gave me inspection and stated that I need a water pump replacement. Gave me a price of $2000.00. Thank God my father is a retired mechanic and warned me the diagnosis wasn’t accurate as my vehicle wasn’t leaking any fluid or etc. Nevertheless thankful for the honest people in the world as they are very few and far in between..... I had it towed to the Mercedes Benz dealer and they informed me nothing was wrong with the water pump but it was the sensor that needed replacement. Moral of the story I could of been out of $2000.00 bucks . Let me remind you that we are in the middle of a pandemic... I gave these people a call and all I was given was apology . Really Evan just sorry!!!!!! wow 😳 ripe offs !!!!! #heartbroken

It was about a decade ago. I just remembered how bad it was and had to come back to leave a review. Paid for an engine repair, drove around for a week and the problem was still there. I towed it back and you said it required an engine swap. The car never drove the same way so I sold it.Poor value, it took ages to do both jobs, the first job didnt work, and you were difficult to work with. Im surprised by the amount of good reviews, because I had a horrible experience with you.

Always been a great experience, got a bunch of stuff installed by them over the last two years, coilovers, brembo brakes, charge pipe, downpipe, intercooler etc, never had a single issue. Brian and his guys know what they are doing, Evan runs a Pure Stage 2 500whp 335i himself. Go-to shop for any kind of work on my 435i. Not to mention the labor prices are great and they also order parts for you at the best available price.

First time going to the shop.....last time I will ever go here. Spent $850 here to have a new thermostat upgraded metal thermostat and new front strut mounts installed and 4 summer tires changed to winter tires. Nothing but issues after I got car back. If you want your car back 100% DONT go here!!!Issues I had:1. After back and forth emails and calls the KEY they 100% promised would be in the car after the second pickup was never left in the car.2. All (4) wheels were scratched up. Mind you there were 150k miles on the wheels, they ALL had fresh NEW huge gauges put into them. They even noticed themselves when I went back to show them, but they insisted their installer was professional and did not make the gauges.3. Thermostat was never refilled, and I needed to go back due to low coolant on way home. They claimed they took it for a ride to check but never bothered to re-check before I picked up the car.4. ALL (4) wheels I needed to take to another shop 4 weeks later due to minor leaks in all 4 tires due to bad sealant used.5. On the way home the auto leveler was never re-attached to the front passenger A-ARM so I had lights pointed striaght down, and I needed to fix it myself at home that night in the dark with my own jack.6. Today after weeks of a rattle, I found out when they changed the front upper struts... they never clipped in the top plastic cover above the shocks to the lower windshield.ALL these issues for a new shop that I wanted to give my business to. I am quite alarmed at how bad this experince was. Never Again!! Not worth my time to figure out what they didnt finish to get my car back to 100% it was when I took in. Not very professional.

My buddy brought his car here for his top end to be built and a new top mount inter cooler installed, they literally didn’t even put the Cold side J pipe back on the car it was just sitting in there they didn’t tighten the intakes both charges pipes were completely loose which resulted in the car having ZERO boost, throwing codes and going into limp mode and car needed to be towed back to our house, this seems to be reputable place, was VERY VERY disappointed in their work would not ever take car back

These guys were able to quickly fix a top end motor repair on our 13 BMW X5, and communicated with us throughout the whole job. Two thumbs up!

I have 2015 Audi Q5 which I recently purchased. The service department for the auto dealership that sells Audis in the Milwaukee area recommended front and rear brake rotor and pad replacements and a set of new tires. The estimate was for over $4,100.00. Milwaukee Motorwerks performed the same work using OEM parts and with better tires recommended by them for $1,500.00 plus less. While I was not able to get a loaner vehicle, I was happy to rent a vehicle from Enterprise for the day for about $50.00. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an Audi that needs service performed.I would also note that I reached out to about a dozen different auto repair shops via email or their contact page from their website. Brian was the first to contact me and provide me information on the weekend! He was highly responsive. Two others followed up by telephone, one a week plus later from when I sent the inquiry. At that point in time, I had already agreed to have MKE Motorwerks perform the work. Whats the point of having an online presence if you are not responding to your customer inquiries from your website?

I have been bringing my Mini Cooper to this location for items like the following: regular service, winter/summer tire changes, oil filter replacement, radiator coolant flushing, turbocharger oil feed line replacement, etc. and they have handled everything with no issues and at a reasonable price. As an engineer specializing in reciprocating engines, recognize just how straightforward they are, do exactly what you ask of them, and they dont try to B.S. you. They seem to honest and straightforward with their approach to their work. I respect them even to go as far as recommend them to my co-workers for service on their European vehicles.

This place is awesome and highly recommended.After having a HORRIBLE experience at the dealership (International BMW in west Allis) I was really scared to take my car anywhere when it broke down one night. 2012 BMW F30 335i. Had my car towed here with an unknown drivetrain error and computer issue. They figured it out really quick and replaced the module for $286 for parts and labor. REALLY good shop with great prices. I was relieved and amazed 😁I did a couple hours of research when searching for a good BMW shop. Milwaukee Motorwerks has excellent reviews all over the internet and on several different Bimmer forums. If you’re looking for an exceptional and fair import shop, take your car here.

This place is a GEM! I have owned 5 BMWs over the last 15 years, have gone to many shops, Brian and his crew love BMWs, have the knowledge and equipment of the dealers yet charge a very fair rate. I have been treated like friends and family here, free advice on the phone any time, no charge to reset my airbag light, even bringing my own parts! Very few shops will allow you to do that (of course if my part fails its on me). They also dont gouge you on parts. I now go nowhere else. I cant say enough about this place. If you cant or dont want fix it yourself, this is the place to go.
