Tuffy only did the work that was needed (rear brakes). The FORD dealership told my wife she needed new brakes on all 4 corners! Work was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. Will return for any future repairs.

Got the work needed done on my 3500 Dodge Ram 3500 pick up truck . New steering box, New radiator and Aircon condenser replaced. New parking brakes along with new rear axle seals. New rotors and disc brake pads. Plus found a bad universal joint on the front left drive axle. Along with an oil change

They kept my car for 9 hours and I had to call to ask when they would be finished with my vehicle. I was told that, “it was already done and had been sitting in the lot.” Then to top that off I paid for an alignment and just found out I was lied to about them even adjusting the rear alignment. Super unprofessional and ultimately caused other expensive issues with my car. You’d think people would have more decency during such hard times. Extremely devastating experience.

Quick service, reasonable prices, and the only shop that didnt complain my tire was too old to put back on the rim.Its only being used as a spare and is in good shape. No problem with that.Cant beat the small business level of service.Also, when they balanced it, they glued the weights to the inside rim the proper way, so you cant see them and they stay attached. Other corpo shops like those cheap clip on ones that chip or scratch your rims before they just end up rusting through and flying off.

These guys are great. Had my car in for a starter and they allowed me to use the one I was going to install until mine took a dump earlier than expected. Also took my girlfriends SUV in for a tire rotation. Professional service and prices are reasonable. Going to have some more stuff done soon. Have restored my confidence in repair shops a bit. I feel like Im getting good honest service for once in quite a while. Thanks guys!

Good for simple problems, maybe not the best for complicated diagnoses. Ive been here many times for oil changes and simple repairs (the under $500 variety). They have done a couple of courtesy checks for free, which is always appreciated. No problems with the service provided for simple repairs and oil changes. There have been a few fixes that have stumped Tuffy and tires plus that more experienced mechanics have been able to diagnose and fix, but for general repairs Tuffy is great. They always have a coupon available, and their location is convenient.

I needed new shocks and struts. Got an estimate over the phone from Brian. And decided to have Tuffy do it. So I made appointment with John. Said hed honor estimate. Took vehicle in this morning, Rob called me half hour later. Said he found estimate, would I also like alignment? This is after they looked at it. So 3 employees there gave me the same price, thought we were set......Two hours later, counter boy Rob calls back, says I have a special suspension and estimate would be THREE times the original price. Were talking $2600.00. My vehicle has the same stock suspension as every other of the same year and make. I told him forget it. Why would I pay that much? Rob was rude, and non-apolegetic for tripling the estimate. They might have offered a discount if theyre not going to honor the original estimate. But they didnt. Rob also doesnt like it when you present a Tuffy coupon, he always says we already gave you that discount. What BS! Beware of Tuffy and beware of counter boy Rob......

I go here because it has excellent service at a reasonable price. They are honest and do not take advantage of you. I have been going here for along time, and will continue. They taken care of 9 of my cars... everything from an Audi to a Kia

The most honest mechanics weve ever worked with. The owners/managers have a high level of integrity and treat their customers with respect. Weve done business with them for 9 years and have never been over sold, or had any issues with their work.

Been going to this car shop for years. Im an older woman and they are always honest and dont try to rip me off. Plus, they always have coupons in the monthly mailing (blue envelope) that gives you great coupons for everything from oil changes to more expensive jobs.

Front service guy needs to lighten up with his dismissive tone. Doesnt seem to genuinely care about his job. Prices are high. If you are capable, do the work yourself.

These guys snuck me in at the end of their day and did everything in their power to get me back on the road and back home to Kenosha. Unfortunately, there were too many problems with my car to get me back on the road, but they were honest and helpful and I cant thank them enough. I am an idiot. Went there when the tranny on my other car failed. They replaced and delivered the car with a broken tire rod... How? They fixed, but told me it was my fault. Just took my other car there for an oil change, no problems. All of a sudden the AC is broken... WOW - about as shady as you can get, will be going to the dealership from here on out.
