Initially was really relieved to find what we thought was a trustworthy, thorough and affordable auto shop. Since our first time in, the experience has declined significantly. My mother had her car looked at and was quoted one price, then when she went to pick it up the price had gone up quite a bit-- other work was done without prior approval. We let the lack of communication slide and gave them the benefit of the doubt.Back in September, we had my car in for an obvious noise coming from the back of the vehicle. The back breaks needed to be done, but it took THREE trips to the shop and $500+ in other repairs before that simple issue was diagnosed. Unfortunately, because of this were no longer confident the other repairs were entirely necessary.On top of all of that, I asked them to give the car a good look over since I planned on going on a longer distance trip. Just four days later, the car suddenly has MORE issues. I wont be able to drive it. Before all of this, the car was in great working order. Turns out they are not thorough and theyve completely lost our trust. Definitely will not be taking any of our vehicles back there.

Emissions test was quick and efficient. Employees were very kind.

My son had been looking online for exhaust for his fusion. The prices were over $1000. I called Amport and spoke with Tom and Brad. We brought the car in and they worked out a system that was far less money and sounded better!! Would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys!!

Very efficient and friendly service!

They seem like a good shop when I visited last for an emissions test, but today watched an employee recklessly whip his modified Nissan 350/370Z into reverse into traffic, cutting off multiple people, and peeling out 45 minutes or so after closing time.

My husband first took his car here for exhaust work, Fantastic service. He then took in another vehicle for exhaust work as well - Again Fantastic service. So, when the check engine light went on in my car, my husband initially replaced the O2 sensor twice, but it kept coming back on. So, I took it down to Amport, they fixed it right away - I tell you, it is really nice to finally have a auto shop in Waukesha where you can trust their service. The prices are fair, but I love the great customer service. They are always polite and respectful. Thanks Guys - Keep up the Great job!!

My first time there for a broken brake line.They gave me a estimate for the complete job, not a band aid fix.I said go ahead. The work was done in workmanship standards. They were up front with all the details.i even had them check other things that might need fixing cause the truck has been sitting.they said everything was good.this place is very trust worthy, wont fix things if it dont need to be fix just to make a fast buck.I got the bill and it was cheaper than what the estimate was.will be coming back.Its nice to know that there are honest people in a world we live in today.God bless all that reads this

Thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of both import and export vehicles. customer service is worth writing home about. The personal atmosphere that this business creates allows customers to be knowledgeable about their vehicles in ways the many automotive business in the area cannot provide. The tech will talk you through the issue with the vehicle and explain how they will fix it in the most cost effective way. There is not enough stars on this review to express gratification that you get when you take your car to Amport Auto Services.

Good diagnosis, fair labor rate for suspension work. Brad is knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I had a key fob from someone else they programmed for $20. Had AC unit put in by a guy that couldnt finish the job, Brad agreed to fill with coolant even though he didnt put in compressor. I called Tires Plus and they wouldnt touch it. Person I spoke to said he could install a new compressor (Im sure he could) but he wouldnt fill mine.

Been to these guys a couple of times just to check things out. I can say they are super friendly and honest. Every time Ive been there they never charged me to look at something and never tired to sell me unneeded work. My daughter just got her first car and I send her to those guys. They treat her the same way they treat me. Great guys and great rates.

GREAT BUSINESS!!!!! My family and I have been taking our cars to Amport Auto Services for over Ten years. There are 5 boys in my family (6 if you include my father) and we are extremely hard on our vehicles. They always fixed the cars in a timely fashion and was extremely flexible with our schedule. The prices are fair and the employees are really trustworthy. You are making a big mistake if you do not take your car to Amport Auto Service.

Great shop! Brought in my GMC Sierra recently. They quickly diagnosed my problem with my front differential leak and repaired the leak with an accurate estimate. Honest guys to work with at fair prices. Highly recommend them!

I recently had my brakes serviced here. Ive been coming here for my brakes since the early 2000s and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. They dont push any service on you, youre not going to find awards, plaques, or trophies for selling the most service (...dealerships), they do recommend whats best for you and its honest work. I used to get the cheap brake pads, but I found myself coming back here more often. The shop recommended that I get the next level up and it really didnt cost that much more, but my brakes did last MUCH LONGER, reducing the amount of visits to this shop. Ive also had other services done here and no complaints.Im very big on supporting the local family business and I hit a home run with AMPORT.........they also do emissions here......

Got a $400 truck, no heat, wont pass emissions. The guys at Amport diagnosed it, and fixed it in a day. Passed emissions, and the heat is HOT. Fair prices, fast service, nice people.

They were one of the only shops I could find to install an aftermarket part. Also their prices are fair compared to others in the area.

What took Russ Darrow a year to NOT fix took Amport Auto Service less than 3 days to diagnose and 2 Days to fix...Brad was super great to work with and honest with his communication. couldnt be happier

The guys at AMPORT AUTO do not stand behind their products and services. They performed a muffler replacement on my Dodge two, I repeat two years ago, March of 2014. This muffler now has completely rusted through, total junk. AMPORT told me SORRY, there is nothing we can do for you, the muffler only has a one year warranty. But for the same price wed put another one on for you... YEAH- No Thanks.Very Disappointed,Jim L

Got brakes done here recently. Called them on a Friday morning, dropped car off shortly after, had it back by Friday evening. Price was fair (actually $300 cheaper than what Tires Plus had quoted me).
