This place is GREAT! Called earlier in the week and set up an appointment for a new muffler. Appointment was for 1pm, they took the car in just before 1 and had the car done and out by 1:10pm! Great service as well as price. Called another place to compare pricing and Mufflers & Pipes was nearly $100 less!!!

Was able to have my CRV looked at as a walk in and got lucky that they had time to fix it right away for me. Service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Muffler shop that can’t do a simple muffler delete that should of took 30 min... wasted time.

They were very fast and really friendly. If youre thinking about coming here definitely do it it was so worth it. A fix I thought was going to cost me upwards of $150.00 was only $80.00. I will never go anywhere else for anything exhaust related ever again. They were wonderful.

Honest work at a fair price. Even though they are named mufflers and pipes they do a whole lot more. They did some front end work and replaced all of the tires. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them, but they were honest and only fixed what was broken. They have my loyalty now!

Did a great job doing custom exhaust on my car.

Took my 1999 Camry in for an exhaust leak. Didn’t want to spend more than the car is worth. This place was courteous, quick, and very reasonably priced. They repair stuff. They don’t just replace systems. Highly recommended.

They lifted my truck up with one of the feet from the lift on my exhaust and when they lifted it, it pushed up the exhaust which made a new crack ( because the exhaust hung lower than the frame rail) then they tried to show me where it was cracked while it was still on the lift with the lift foot still pushing up on the piece that was cracked but i was told it was cracked before.. no nope it wasnt.... You guys use to do awesome work for me for the last 10 years!! just lost a good customer who use to refer people to your shop..

I was getting the total run around from another company for replacing my muffler, which was still under warranty. After going back and forth with the other company, they finally referred me to Mufflers & Pipes, after admitting the connection for the muffler also needed to be fixed and they couldnt do it. Justin not only worked with us to fix the connection, he also worked with the company that originally installed the muffler under warranty. I found Justin to be honest and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company!

These guys are the best! If you are looking for a shop that does great work and is not out to rip you off...this is the place. Ive been doing business here for over 10 years and I know I can trust M&P. Over that time, and again just recently, they identified and fixed a problem without charge (rattling heat shield). They refused to accept money because, in their view, it was such a small job. Its so refreshing to have, for example, a brake inspection and they tell you Your rear brakes are in really good shape any youve got 50% remaining on the fronts rather than hitting you with a brake job because they can. I have recommended Mufflers & Pipes to many of my friends and they are all repeat customers. This is a friendly, competent, fair, no-frills shop that you can trust. Over the years they have serviced all my families cars including: Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Subaru Forester, Pontiac Vibe and Dodge Minivan. Highly recommend.

Flex tube dropped off on Saturday night and car sounded like a big rig that needed a tune up. Brought it in to Mufflers & Pipes at 8 am Monday with no appointment and had it back by 11 AM for the scant price of $200.I spent about 15 minutes talking with the owner after I was done paying for the work and can tell you this is where you want to go for exhaust work for sure. They sold me exactly what I needed and gave me a fair honest price. The one bad review in here must either be impossible to please or just decided to trash a great business for no reason.

The staff was efficient, polite and helpful. A previous place told me I needed a whole bunch of work done and wanted to charge me a small fortune. I took it to Mufflers & Pipes and what I needed was minimal, as was the cost. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I had a crack/rusted pipe just after the muffler on my 05 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Several auto repair places said I needed a whole muffler but that it was available only from the dealer ($435 + Labor!). A friend recommended Mufflers and Pipes. I took it in and they just cut off the broken part of the pipe, fashioned a new pipe, welded it in place and sent me on my way. Total cost: $80. Total time: 1 Hour. Nice to know there are businesses out there that can think outside the box and not stab you on a repair.

Did the worst job Ive ever seen. My whole exhaust fell off while I was in Illinois, I rigged it up to get it back and had them add a muffler, well its had a bad leak since. And about a month ago their weld broke and it left a quarter size hole in it. I just redid the whole thing direct fit myself. It was cheaper and its right now. Ill never go there again...

These are honest guys who stand behind the work they do. I had exhaust work done on my daughters vehicle, a clamp came loose and they fixed it at no charge which was much appreciated!

I will never take any of my cars here againAll i needed was for a x pipe to be pushed back maybe 1.5 inches and didnt quote me anythingThey charged me 120$ for maybe 2in total of piping and the guys excuse for such a high price oh its high quality 3in pipe the same stuff I couldve bought at a parts store for 10$!!Took them almost 2 hours to do a simple jobI will never come back here total rip off!!!

Absolutely one of the best experiences at a repair shop!After getting a thorough inspection of my 1994 Celica and quotes for each work from a shop in Milwaukee (a good one, many of my friends and I think, too), I just thought of stopping here to get another quote for the exhaust system work that was diagnosed, since, after all, they are the expert (and are local to me).Their end price (which was lower than the initial quote upon oral consultation) was almost 1/5 of what Milwaukee shop said, and the work was done within an hour and a half of me driving in. They invited me into the shop to show what was wrong and told me what theyd do to fix it. Their work is clean, and so far seems flawless! The car now sounds like a new car (which mostly means the lack of the sound, of course).Oh, and also their decoration pieces in the waiting room were great. Mixture of nostalgia, sports fandom, and other things.They do some other services, too. I think Ill make a point to come here for the services they provide when I need them.

I took my car to Mufflers & Pipes LLC a couple years ago to have a dual exhaust installed on my 4.6 Ford. After about a year the welds were so bad that they started to leak around the O2 sensor bungs on bank 1 and 2 and before a bend on a converter. It threw off my tune so bad that I was running lean. Not only did they do a crappy job with welding they threw welding putty everywhere to seal the exhaust. Learn how to weld! POS lazy exhaust shop.

Had a tough situation with a 180k Honda front flex pipe, Justin fixed it perfect, check engine lights out.

Wanted $1,100 for an exhaust system when another local shop did the job for $387. Never going back here.

Not impressed with their customer service at all. Was treated terribly when asking about custom exhaust work, like it was an inconvenience to even look at it and then was quoted double what I ended up paying at a shop 20 minutes away in Milwaukee.

Paid $971 for brakes and rotors. 2 months later rotors are bad. Said no receipt we do not look up. Will fix it for another $971. You would be nuts to go here
