They do a good job but theyre expensive

When my car started making a weird noise I called and they were kind to get me in right away. I was just hoping for an answer on whether it was safe to drive until I got an appointment. Charlie not only looked at my car but had the issue fixed right away for me! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was worried I might be looking at an estimate for thousands of dollars but I was able to go home knowing my vehicle was fixed and safe to drive. They were kind and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed.

Charlie is honest and gets the jobs done very quickly. Had to keep my Taurus there for 2 months last year because a shortage of cash, but he didnt charge me a dime for storing it safely for me. No where else Id rather go and no where else can you match prices like these! Tolerates me when I change my mind which is quite often. Thanks dude!!

My daughter damaged her radiator and more while in Waukesha for a class. Charlie was able to tow it in immediately and fix it in 2 days. He was so kind and more than reasonably priced. So glad we found Glenn Rock in case we have a problem while my daughter is at school.

Obviously way too busy. took my vehicle in for a new brake line, took them over 3 days to repair. then to top it off when they bled my brakes they never filled the master reservoir so it was full of air. also there was a pool of brake fluid under each bleeder valve on my garage floor when i got home. they didnt even bother to wipe anything down. ended up doing the rest myself cause i dont trust these guys anymore. i think the kid took over, and its just not as good. the old man was why it was so great.

The owner is good and very honest!! When my kids got their first cells Glenn Rock was the first # I put in. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair prices, what else do you want??
