I had Midas install an aftermarket muffler and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and quick service!

Tried to tell me it was my exhaust manifold bolts that were broke and they wanted to charge me 1,800 to fix it. Took it to a different shop and the found the problem that wasnt even what I was told it was just a doughnut that went between the manifold and the exhaust

The staff was super friendly, great personalities! Very easy to talk to and get information about your vehicle. Went in for an oil change got me right in and out quickly. They did an inspection of my truck told me things that needed to be fixed sooner than later. I appreciated that. Doug had to deliver the bad news about the repairs needed, but he did it in a fun matter. Thanks Doug 😊

SCAM!!!!! ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!Spent $1300 here on breaks a few months ago. Came back in because I heard rattling in the back wheels. They told me my shocks and struts needed replacement plus my bearings are shot and tires need replaced. Quoted me $900 #1. Tires are 4 years old and in perfect order, no need for replacement. I declined service, and the clerk looked nervous... #2 took it for a second opinion and they found that whoever the repairman was at this Midas forgot to install a simple anti vibration device in the breaks and said my shocks struts and bearings are just fine. 80 dollars spent at another place on Racine Ave and everything was fixed. Hmmmm... Unless you guys can explain this Im never giving money to Midas again and will be telling people to AVOID this dishonest franchise.

The atmosphere was very unprofessional. No customer-facing staff members wearing masks during covid but the sign on the door says customers need to wear them. Seemingly random people, regulars drinking coffee, walking in and out of the service area to have conversations with the technicians while theyre working on vehicles. My brakes were done fine, as far as I can tell so far, but the car leaked an incredible amount of oil after the oil change. Im not talking drops, Im talking a puddle the size of a dinner plate.We checked the oil level at home and it appeared to be overfilled. When I went back the next day they told me nothing was wrong with the oil and that it was coming from some other mysterious spot and theyd be happy to do a test to find out where it was coming from. NO THANKS.I took it to an authorized dealership/service department, spent another $75 there, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. They drained the oil, filled it to the correct level, and everything was fine. So Im now left to believe Midas intentionally overfilled it to try to get more money out of me for additional testing and services. Or they simply dont know what theyre doing.

They fixed an exhaust leak on my Saab and a couple other problems. Extremely friendly and timely.

This is a rating of this location only. Honest and did not push me to buy something I didnt want. I will go there again. I hope that the same person is working there. But, that is the problem with chain stores. You never know what youll get. If I need to, Ill try them again and Ill let you know how it goes.

They have a very UNPROFESSIONAL shop. During an oil change and checkup, they claimed my horn worked, tires were all at 37psi, and belts were in good condition. In reality, if they would have actually checked honestly, my horn does not work at all, and none of my tires were within 5psi of 37psi. one of my tires was 24psi. My serpentine belt was very cracked. However they did rotate my tires and managed to dramatically over-torque my wheel studs on one of my tires so when I took the tire off, all 5 wheel studs broke off... STAY AWAY!!

I can’t say enough to do justice for how great This Midas location is.We had been driving on Bluemound and our tire was punctured, we quickly pulled into the Midas parking lot to get off the road. We jacked up our vehicle and took of the punctured tire, we figured we might as well take it in to see if the hole was patch-able. Right away the guy at the counter took a look at it and said it could be patched no problem. He even asked if we wanted to keep the bungee cord that had punctured the tire. We asked how much it’d cost to have it repaired, he was straight up front with us and said it’d be $20 with tax. He took the tire and get someone working on it right away, the tire was out to us in minutes. We began putting the tire back on and he went back inside and grabbed an automatic wrench and put the tire back on for us. The very friendly and helpful guy went to head back inside and we told him we still hadn’t paid yet. He told us not to worry about it and to have a merry Christmas.We were in and out within 10 minutes and the great folks over at Midas helped us get on with our day. We will definitely be coming back for any auto related work that we may need on our vehicles going forward!

I made an appointment and realized an appointmwnt was going to run into the scheduled time. I called an explained and the manager was extremely helpful, and rescheduled for a later time. The service was done in recors time even with the tire rotation, i was very pleased with the experience and will definitwly recommend to others.

After telling the price of replacing my headlight and us agreeing to it and telling me okay. Let me set there for an half hour before asking if I would drop it off as all their mechanics went home.. After I told them I was headed to St Louis in the first place.....NOT REAL PLEASED...

Very great customer service! The individual that assisted me (this was a month ago, I wish I had his name to say thank you) was very genuine and took the time to go over everything with me. Even for a standard oil change, he made sure to let me know of everything he looked at, what I may need to watch out for and let me know what other services they offered if I decided to come back. Took my car in to have brakes looked at and get an oil change. Ended up needing $800 in brake work done. When I left my exhaust was noticeably louder and there was no oil change sticker. Less than 2 weeks later I left my car with my normal mechanic who I was having fix my exhaust issues and he said my oil was extremely dirty and basically said theres no way I had just had my oil changed. I was going to overlook my exhaust leak getting worse as a coincidence since I needed to have it fixed anyway, but now I feel like I was charged for an oil change that didnt happen. Makes me question the integrity of this business. I will make sure to stay far away from this place for any of my future car needs.

I recently took my car in to get work done on my exhaust system. The staff was really friendly and experienced. They got my car in and out the same day. The work was done fast and efficiently as well as very affordable. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Worse Service ever they had no idea what they were doing brought my car in for a check engine light they told me it was the thermostat to which I got charged $60 for the check after they changed it the check engine light came on again literally 2 mins after driving off took it back told me to come back another day. I took it two days later and they said it was the thermostat AGAIN! So they changed it under warranty but now supposedly it had a bad pig tail and a bad solenoid which needed to be addressed urgently so it was I got my car two days later and while driving the light came on AGAIN! Took it back and they wanted to charge me again for the check I told them no I already paid $60 for you guys to find out what was wrong with it they took it back and checked it again the manager told me we don’t know whats wrong with we normally don’t work with this kind of car so take it to the dealer they will be able to tell you whats wrong. So I was out almost a $1000 for no reason because they simply had no idea. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We blew a tire in a rented motor home. After calling around to many tire repair stores, we finally connected with Midas who said they would help. They provided exceptional, friendly service with no wait. The price was definitely right.

This store is AMAZING & HONEST and the best experience I have ever had when needing repairs on my car. I was given top notch service. The manager Pat was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed and why. He showed me what was wrong and even offered me my old parts. He also walked me through each step of the repair. He kept me very informed. I was also offered a ride back to work if I didnt want to wait. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! I needed new tires and he beat the estimate I had from Goodyear for the same tires..will be getting my tires from here before the end of the year.

I will never go back to my dealers service department! They couldnt even give me a call back! Midas was able to schedule an appointment and fix my car quickly. The staff was very friendly and informative. I didnt know what was wrong with my car, but the staff at Midas figured out the issue and got me back on the road in no time without any issues. I will be going back for regular routine maintenance.

I needed my rear brakes replaced. I’d found a lower price and they matched it happily. In fact, I found a $50 off coupon on their website and saved even more money! No one talked down to me, being a woman that’s sometimes the case. But my service man was smiley, polite and my car was finished when he said it would be. Their front desk lady mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was an all around good experience. The only thing I’d change was the chairs while I waited- not comfortable!

I just got my oil changed the other day and it was the best oil change experience I have ever had. Normally oil change places try to upsale me or make me feel dumb because Im a female. I had no feeling of being dumb and no one tried to upsale me. I will never go another place for oil changes again. Thanks again Midas!

I had a very good experience. The price quoted was the price I payed. The completed the work in the time-frame they said they would, even with having to run to the dealer for an extra part. Everyone was friendly, and being female, they did not talk to me like I am an idiot.

Worst auto shop in all of Waukesha. You should save your time and money and just go some place else. The customer service (if you can call it that) was the worst I have ever seen. If you have to deal with Giovanni I would ask for someone different right away. The all out ineptitude of the service team is almost laughable, even resorting to the beration and verbal harassment of their customers when they clearly know they are at fault for inferior quality of work. I went to them and had two NEW tires installed. Two days later I walk out to my car and one of the New tires is flat. I then had to call a tow truck to take my car back to this sorry excuse of an auto shop to repair the problem that I paid for but had yet been fixed. When asked if they were going to cover my expenses for a tow truck they smugly said it was not there fault and they will not honor my request. Conversation ended with Giovanni swearing at me about how there not responsibly. I will never bring my car here again.

I went in for an oil change and they had a free tire rotation service, so I said ok. Now my car shakes at high speeds because it needs an alignment. I went in and inquired about one and they told me they would change $8 a tire! Everything was fine before they messed with it.They also had a promotion running write a good review get a free oil change. that is a lie as well, I did so...a good one at that...and they refuse to do my free oil change because I dont have a coupon. The receptionist Kayla advised me I didnt need one so I drove from Galena IL to have it done and left without an oil change.I would NOT recommend coming here.

This is the 5th and last time I will be visiting this place. After having the oil OVERFILLED on a previous visit, I went back and specifically asked them to be careful not to overfill it again. Of course they did and the mechanic even showed me himself accusing me of overfilling the oil. Theyre showing me a bill for $2,900 worth of work to be done on this vehicle. How can I trust them when they cant seem to get a $20 oil change right?! The GM gave me a coupon which I have no intention of ever using. I understand mistakes happen, but 2 out of 5 visits? Unacceptable. I should have listened to the other reviewers...

We have only one vehicle for our family and it started misfiring really bad. Took it to this shop and was fearing the worse and scheduled some diagnostics. This is our only vehicle and I had to work that night and the manager even gave me a ride home. I got a call a few hours later stating all I need is a coil pack so I had them do a full tuneup on it with oil change. I told them I didnt have enough right now but if they could do the repairs I could get dropped off after work once my check has been cashed. They said no problem and had it ready for me first thing in the morning. Been running like a dream since. Turned my free beater into a nice family van that fixed a misfire I have had for almost a year that was getting really bad.

I bought a used Cadillac Escalade with known issues. I took my vehicle to the Waukesha Midas where I have had work done before. The personel (Jovanni) evaluated my vehicle. He told exactly what I knew was wrong with it. No more no less. They got my car in without an appointment got it done the same day and made me very happy. The area manager was in at the time and personally gave me a ride back to my work. They even gave me a follow up call the next day.

People that work there are quite rude and are not very personable.

The worst ever. My car was going there once a week for month and a half. After 1800 the car still have noises on the breaks and tires. And they kept adding what need it to be fixed. They did the oil change, two days later the light turn on.
