They were incredible when I had a punctured tire. Got me in and out with brakes and oil change in less than an hour and a half. They also charged less than other companies were going to. Highly recommend

Lets face it when our vehicles are down we want them fixed quick done right and for a good price, thats what youll get here. Andrew knows his stuff got me set up with new pads/rotors all around i went with their top notch products and I never realized how bad mine were until I left their shop smooth as can be, they put in the extra effort and pride when working on your vehicle you dont get that everywhere. Was hearing some noise from the engine area and was recommended to come to this shop! The manager Andrew was amazing and figured out it was just some debris caught in the fan that was making the noise. Even though there was nothing really wrong with my car this time, I would definitely come back for when something actually does break! With all the big name car dealerships on this stretch of Moreland its easy to miss this little place. I would absolutely recommend Monro over the big dealerships. They have more of a mom and pop shop feel. You are more than a number, they treat you with respect and kindness. Over the years I have taken my vehicles to many of these automotive businesses on Moreland. I wish I would have discovered Monro earlier. Low prices, kind people and great service.

Brought in my chrysler 200 for a oil change. Called and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Manager and techs were super kind and helpful. Brought issues to my attention and offered to repair (at extra cost obviously but thats expected). 100% will return and would not hesitate to bring my car here again.

Word to the wise: Monroe has a practice of charging you for the recommended number of quarts per your vehicle. IE GM says our Buick needs 5.5 quarts of oil. So, Monroe bills for the additional oil above the standard 5 quarts (oh, round that up to 6 btw)*****BUT it is their policy to only actually put 3.5 quarts in. How does that make sense? How is that fair? Or right?

I came here due to having a flat tire and they were out of stock of my size due to me needing a new tire. They went out of their way to find a tire shop down the road that had my size, he told me to go buy it, and bring it back here for them to put on due to the tire shop being busy the rest of the night. SO glad they were able to do this for me same day. no charge to put tire on either. Will return here again!!!

I am out of town for work training and I needed four tires mounted and balanced 30 minutes before they close Connor and Andrew helped me out so much. Supper nice guys and supper helpful. They gave me a great deal and did the best job ever. Every other tire place told me it was to late but I needed it done ASAP and these two amazing guys took the job. Very quick at there work and great work done. I highly recommend these guys and would go back anytime.

7/1/17: New manager very helpful. Very attentive to detail and your issue. Had a nail in my tire and it’s not fixable so he printed me all the possible quotes they had and even did a makeshift patch until I can get my replacements.Update 6/21/21: STILL AMAZING SERVICE!! Truly cares about the customer! Was able to squeeze me in a tight time frame for 4 replacement tires and was super accommodating! Love coming here and wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else!

The manager Andrew, and the mechanic Connor were very helpful. Took my van in to get the brakes looked at and fixed in short order. Very professional. Even helped me out to get new tires for my trailer. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!! If I could give them a 10 star I would.

Great honest staff. Pricing is extremely fair. I stopped into get brake pads and they were able to identify that the ball joints that I had purchased from another unrelated shop were shot. The boots were cracked and obviously not installed correctly. The guys instructed me on how to approach the other shop and get them to change them out. It worked, saved me major issues down the road. Service like this is very hard to find these days. Thanks guys!

If I could give more stars, I would! I’m actually a Monro customer in NJ. I was in WI on business and was planning to drive back to NJ when a problem with my car screamed at me loud enough to insist on being done before my 1000 road trip. The staff at Waukesha Monro are so kind, fit me in to an already busy schedule, and made sure my trip home would be safe. They also noticed another problem, and told me to address it with my Monro mechanic back home in NJ. Because of their diligence, I’m at my NJ Monro dealer right now having a repair done under warranty. I love being able to trust my auto mechanics - wherever I might be!!

I have taken my vehicles to Monro Muffler for a variety of services (tires/oil changes, etc) and have always been pleased. Recently I brought my vehicle into them for some extensive repairs. The staff worked with me to complete the correct repairs in a timely and affordable fashion. The communication was excellent, the work was quality and their dedication to a job well done is evident in every step.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and have not had a problem. Everything is done timely, not very expensive and everyone is friendly and professional. Happy customer!

Got in late when no other place was open. Greeted with a friendly face and a nice attitude. They got me in right away and took no time getting to work. They found the problem right away and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes. Not overly expensive like a lot of other places Ive been to.

Simple oil change ended with needing an oil pan due to damage car mechanic did. Never took responsibility trying to hide error by adding more oil when returned as immediately leaking. Manager accused me of causing damage refusing to fix mistake. Monroe insurance company investigated and found Monroe responsible and paid for damages. No refund for oil change or an apology. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Just horrible service for an easy oil change and the response even worse. Cannot trust the mechanic to do a good job or the manager to do the right thing.

When I first talked to Don on the telephone I was confident that I was going to be treated fairly and honestly! For as long as we live in the southeast WI area, we wont take our cars anywhere else but Monro. Phil treats us so well, I couldnt recommend him any more highly. My wife and I were in a situation where our car required work that was more expensive than the level where we valued the car. Phil looked it over for a couple days, and we only elected to fix enough to get us through the next couple weeks until we bought another car. There was a lot he could have charged us for but didnt.On top of that, we were car shopping near Chicago and the car we liked most seemed to have a problem. So I called Phil to ask his opinion on it. He immediately came up with some possible causes of the symptoms we noticed, and explained that none of them were bad enough to dismiss that car. Prior to that, we were ready to walk away even though we loved the car. Fast forward - we bought that car and brought it in to take care of this issue, in addition to exploring some others. For that first problem, the fix is simple, but expensive. Phil recommended an outside the box solution that will be much cheaper for us. On top of that, he has on multiple occasions, done some complimentary work that he hasnt charged for. He even offered to help find a buyer for that old car we didnt fix.Take your car to Monro - youll love how youre treated!

I was in need of a replacement muffler, and came to Monro in Waukesha for my first time ever to see what they could do for me. They gave me a really good deal on a new muffler and replaced it for me while I waited right on the spot. I did have a slight issue when it was done (it was making an abnormal noise), but Andrew and his team took another look at it for me and investigated diligently until they found and fixed the problem. Its always a stressful experience for me when I change service providers, but the team at Monro did a great job making me feel comfortable with the repair and its results!

I go here for my oil changes and various mechanical jobs I cant complete myself. Oil filter and plug are always tight, price is great, customer service is decent and straight forward. They did a free tire rotation that I had neglected to do for a year on my vehicle due to the tread on my tires. The place beats the tar out of other establishments.

I recently took advantage of the special they have that includes an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection of your vehicle.My dad forewarned me that the last time he went there and paid for the same deal, they didnt do the tire rotation. He suggested that I mark my front tires to be sure that they did the tire rotation this time.The staff was friendly but not professional at all. My boyfriend went with me and the mechanic was telling us how there are only two employees working there at the moment and then was talking to us like we were his friends instead of a customer. Meanwhile, the other mechanic was in the office blasting music the entire time.I didnt look at my tires until I got home and once again, they did not do the tire rotation. I took my car back the next day and had my dad talk to them. The mechanic told my dad that he didnt do the tire rotation because my tires didnt need it. My dad did my last tire rotation so he knew that they did need to be rotated, and regardless I paid for a tire rotation so I expected for my tires to be rotated.Besides driving my car home from monro, tonight was the first time Ive driven it anywhere. There was a loud noise coming from one of the tires and it sounded like it was about to fall off. My boyfriend checked my tires and the noise was coming from the bolts on one of my tires not being tightened.I appreciate the great prices they offer for their services, but having to even question my safety after taking my car in, is just absolutely unacceptable.

Got an oil change and charged for the most expensive “package” and on invoice stated no charge for tire rotation that was not done to my car. Extremely disappointed with service.

Wouldnt recommend this place if you hope for a friendly or pleasant exchange. The manager didnt greet me when I walked in. He had no nametag and didnt introduce himself. He was cold and unfriendly. It was uncomfortable. As Im talking to mechanic, the manager comes up and rudely interrupts. He says two words, part, price (just like that) and walks away. He was incredibly rude. The worst. The mechanic was kind and gave me clarification but the manager is not someone I would want to deal with again.

Took my infiniti there for brake inspection, trusting they would give the correct advice on what needs replacing, I followed what they suggested only to find out 3 weeks later at the Infiniti dealership that they put rotors on my rear brakes and not pads and that it caused my pads to wear all the way down only to tear up the rotors. I called them for an explanation or offer to fix the problem, manager never called back and when I called again he hung up on me.

DO NOT GO TO MONRO. NOT HERE, NOR ANYWHERE.I used to go to Monro and receive excellent service and quality of work. Management changed, and now it is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Both the service and customer service department is the worst I have ever experienced. This has been going on for 5 months and I have yet to speak with anyone who was nice or willing to help.- I went to have my cars minor oil leak fixed. They looked to where the oil leak was and fixed that part and told me it was safe to drive. After 1 week, I was leaking 1 quart of oil every 50 miles (this made for a very long 7 hour drive from MI to WI). Not including what I was leaking when my car was not running. My car was more damaged after the repair than before.- I took my car back into Monro and they found another issue, which they fixed. The next day, it was continuing to leak a ton of oil.- I called Monro about the issue and they did not care to resolve the mistakes. I left my car with them for 4 days. During that time, they did a more thorough inspection on my car and found that the problem was actually a $1500 fix. Later, I found out that the original part that was broken had been working just fine.- I went into Monro 3 times during the time my car was in the shop. They told me that it was not Monros responsibility and refused to do anything about my wrongly diagnosed oil leak issue. The manager and mechanic were insulting and disrespectful.- I disputed the charges with Visa because Monro would not claim fault or even compromise with me. I ended selling the vehicle to a dealer because it was too unsafe to drive - so I couldnt have the charges reversed.- Monro requested 2 of the 3 charges I contested. So Visa only charged me for 2. Monro later sent me a bill requesting the 3rd payment.- I then spent 3 weeks talking with the billing department about all of this. Mariam was the person I spoke with and was not helpful. She was short, annoyed, and disinterested in my case and was not willing to work with me. She was supposed to send a message regarding her contact with Visa but never did. I had to contact her each time for 3 weeks, which left me frustrated with the customer service department.- I contacted the manager who was also short and unwilling to help. All she said was Im sorry.Monro Customer Service is the worst. They are rude, disrespectful, and not willing to help you with your situation. I have been dealing with this issue for way too long. I am disappointed and unhappy with them and will never go back Monro.
