These guys went far and beyond to get my wifes alternator fixed in a timely, friendly, fair and professional manner. When Auto Zone gave me the wrong alternator TWICE he drove to Milwaukee himself and got me the right one. I can not thank him enough! A+++++

Do no recommend. very unprofessional. we have taken our car here 4 times. the first time seemed alright. then they said the tie rod needed to be replaced and we had a coolant leak and he said it was just low on coolant. it took him a whole day to replace just that. we dropped off at 10am and picked up in the afternoon the next day. this mechanic never gave us a call to let us know it wouldnt be done that day. we had to drive there in my moms car to find this out when no one was there at the shop. this is our only vehicle right now so it screwed us over. communication would have been nice. we took it to another mechanic now and the same tie rod that miguel supposedly replace a few months ago is bad now and the coolant leak that we had mentioned is because there is a crack in the radiator. ridiculous.

5 guys under one hood and no one willing to help a walk up customer. What I asked for help they act like 5th grade kids and diaper but dont assist. As Im leaving in disgust they curse me out. They tell me truck dont work but if you call they want 90 for a tow. True traits of low life back mechanics

DO NOT take your car here. They replaced a bearing on my Ford Escape a few months ago. I took it in yesterday somewhere else only to discover this shop put HONDA parts on my car, stripped the threading on the axel and caused more damage that I had to pay to have repaired. RUN from this shop!
