Kyle was clutch for me. I was considering purchasing a used car and brought it to him to look over, and he found a leak that the auto lot appeared to be hiding. He helped me think through my options and even let me film a video of him explaining and showing the issue to prove it to the dealer. Seriously helpful and honest guy! I wish I lived closer to his shop so that he could be my regular mechanic.

He took the time to help and so, being new to Waukesha at the time, I decided to start going to him for our car work. I have not been disappointed. What I like about Kyle is his honesty and fairness. I was experiencing a problem with my car and Kyle said just stop in and he could check it out at my convenience. He was able to immediately tell me what was wrong. I was able to get my vehicle looked at/repaired right away due to a convenient opening in their schedule. The mechanic was very effective in explaining what was going on in the vehicle and charged a fair price for the parts/service. I also noticed he did some work on my door hinge without mentioning it, now my vehicle is in working condition without a loud squeaky door.

In the world of auto repair, there are both honest and not so honest mechanics. Since moving to Wisconsin, I have searched for a trustworthy and competent person to work on my cars. During that search, I have had good experiences and some bad experiences. When I first visited Frame Park Auto, I was not sure if the owner/mechanic Kyle McAtee was the right person to repair my vehicle. Initially he seemed very blunt and direct, but as I and many other customers have found out, he is a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. He gives you the straight story and does not put up with fools. He expects his customers to show him the same integrity that he maintains. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired quickly and with great expertise.

I have gone to Frame Park Auto for my regular maintenance and repairs and they have never disappointed. The service is high quality, honest and friendly and they guarantee their work. I was there recently for a brake job and they discovered a different problem that was actually cheaper to fix due to their high quality front brake job that had been previously completed. Kyle and Paul do honest work at affordable rates. Most larger shops and dealerships will try to bill you for everything they can possibly touch in regards to the problem you are having. This is a terrible tactic which only benefits the dealership and the technician that is trying to rush through the job as fast as possible.Frame Park accurately diagnosed the problems with my car and truck and repaired only what needed to be done at a fraction of the cost of other quotes I received from larger shops.Their lobby and premises are also much nicer then most other shops Ive visited, with a nice seating area and a TV looping episodes of my favorite car show Top Gear.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Awesome shop! I always go to them and continue to go for my car needs. I also had tires mounted on brand new wheels and they where very careful with not scratching the wheels. They have been maintaining my BMW for the past 5 years. They have always been fair and honest in their estimates and pricing. Theyve always stood behind their work and everything Ive had done from them has been done expertly. I trust the experience behind the opinions and suggestions that they give me regarding the maintenance and repair of my vehicle- especially when those suggestions are things I can do myself to save money.

I took my car to Frame Park Auto to get my back door/latch fixed and the owner was able to fix it quickly. He doesnt just diagnose and fix the problem, he thoroughly explains what went wrong as well as how he had to fix it which I appreciated. When the latch was stuck again he repaired it at no cost and fit me their busy schedule right away. I plan to take my car back for any future problems.

Terrific service! I went to a couple other places nearby, all of them said to come back later, or that they didnt want to look at it. Frame park auto was the only place that would get it done for me. Terrible experience, my car broke down we towed it to the shop after dropping off my key in the drop box with the required paper work. I revived a call several hours later and asked. Why my car was there and why was I parked in the wrong spot? No hello just a rude response. I was told he couldnt even start to look at it for 1 week. I said I would come and tow it away from his shop. Why could you have responded descent? I understand if they have to much work. I will not be back.

I needed a simple oil change and my car was making a weird noise. I never trust auto shops since they are known to drain your bank account. Car Max (where I originally bought the car) didnt have any immediate openings and they were charging me a lot.I am honestly so grateful for Kyle. Not only did he make room in his schedule for me that same day, he also explained to me why I need to be careful when getting an oil change. It turned out Tire Plus had used the wrong oil and they tightened the oil filter thing excessively. He took his time to see if he could take off the cap without breaking it, saving me 60 plus dollars. Immediately, he told me that the weird noise was just a simple fix (a part was loose and it just needed to be tightened) which he fixed in minutes. I obviously do not know much about cars, and by the time I got to his auto shop I was very irritated, but he remained patient and friendly. Definitely will recommend this auto shop to other people.

Had my Trailblazer detailed a few months ago here. They used the Ozone Machine to remove the smell, it did a good job at getting rid of the smell. Will use again in the future.

I have taken my car to many different shops, and found that I was constantly being ripped off. When i take my car to Frame Park, I know that they will not lie to me or rip me off. They are very honest and I feel I can trust them to do what is actually needed and actually do the services that they charge me for. I would recommend this shop to everyone. It is the only place left in Waukesha that I will continue to take my car to.

Kyle & Paul do an outstanding job and are truly underappreciated in the Waukesha area. A few of my buddies introduced me to the shop, and in short order I felt comfortable bringing my car in. I had additional concerns since my car is highly modified and puts out about 700 horsepower. However I felt comfortable with the employees and owners after a short while. What really sold me on their business was the fact that they really knew the underlying mechanics. If you take your car to any chain or dealership and try to actually discuss whats going on, its likely youll hear a lot of bullshit about how something could of happened. These guys know what is going on.Its one thing to support the small guy. In this case they make it easy. Theyre the right place to take your car.

About a year ago I went to firestone down the road, they charged me $1100 for something Kyle told me he wouldve done for $700. Then a month ago CarX quoted me at $1300 he got the job done at $950 and told me which services were needless upsells. Now Im just going to him directly.

This mechanic takes care of all the details that go with an oil change. Also checks the fluid levels, fills the wiper fluid, air in tires. And takes early morning appointments.
