Dont know what your deal was today. I bought tires from Tire barn a few years ago. Premium installation. Free rotations, blah, blah, blah. I always get rotations and take good care of my investment. Never had a problem until today. My wife went in to get a rotation and got nothing but attitude. Well call when its done. Its gonna take a few hours. She never got a call, either. I was on the fence about buying new tires elsewhere. The way you treated my wife made my decision much easier. Not like you guys care, though.

Took my car here to have tires & car checked they said there was nothing wrong with it REALLY.Had car checked had 2 rear shocks that needed to be replaced and also 4 new tires were replaced .drove over whole that was 2ft deep by 2ft wide.there was damage to car.thanks to Firestone they got us back on the road issues resolved. Job well done.

I went there for rotation and alignment, only to find out website was wrong and there was nobody there for 1.5+ years according to the guy at the desk. I already bought two new tires and need more because Tire Barn never told me the tires were wearing uneven, they simply dont care.

Rude employees that treat you as an after thought if you arent buying there tires. I tried to get my own tires mounted and balanced and they treated me like trash.

Previous management and staff provided excellent customer service. Disappointed in a business I depended on and never shopped around. Last rotation and balance my TPMS system was not reset, all 4 tires had different pressures ranging from 28-36psi. Not sure the tires were balanced.

My family and I were completly stranded on a Saturday evening around 4pm. Tire barn was the only place that had our tire in stock and were willing to help us out 10 minutes before their closing time. I can not thank these guys enough! They were the only place willing to take us in without an appointment. Will be doing all our tire purchases with Tire Barn from now on.

I set up an online appointment to get 4 new tires on my subaru. I then received a confirmation email for the appointment and 4 new tires that i selected. When i arrived for my appointment they didnt have 2 of the tires i had ordered (that they confirmed), or had any idea when the others would be in. They were more than willing to sell me 4 tires at a higher price point. They had an attitude like they were the ones inconvenienced in all this and not willing to work with me on any of it. Last time i use them and i highly recommend going somewhere else. I know i will.

I had gone there before with a great experience; that was in no way this morning. I made a 9 am appointment to get new tires, the store opens at 8 am. My car sat in the parking lot for an hour and 15 minutes. I went to the counter to ask them if it was ready - no. He then had it brought in to BEGIN work on it. I waited another hour and 25 minutes. Mind you, I MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR 9 AM to be out be even 11 am. I could not leave until AFTER NOON. I began speaking to another person, fortunately/unfortunately he was experience the same treatment I was. Other customers were in and out in even UNDER hour and half. The next time I need tires it will not be Tire Barn Warehouse. I gave them one star because I do have new tires - finally.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They mounted tires on brand new 20x12s without leaving a mark. Beautiful, quick work. Furthermore they stayed late to accomplish the job on a sunday night. 5+ stars, will definitely be back. Nothing beats good customer service.

Not sure if it was Nathan that helped me but he was a problem solver for me in regards to my need vs my budget. The mindfulness was helpful and rare to see in this world; in this type of industry. Especially for a single woman. The care and time that was spent taking care of my Jeep was wonderful. The techs work at a great speed, all the while doing a great job, too.

I went to have new tires put on my car. Tire Barn if valpo is my go to spot and I always return, but now that is questionable. This past experience was horrible, a man named Troy helped me and he was horrible! He was rude and didn’t really want to help me. Finally after getting my service done, things got a little better buy once again Troy was just treating me like I shouldn’t be there! Horrible people skills

My son took his car in there for a Tire Pressure Monitor issue. They not only fixed the issue, they also plugged a hole in his tire at no cost!!!! I was worried since he was young they might try to over sell services. So nice to know a place that doesnt take advantage of people.

What a joke, been taking vehicles there for years with no issues until now. Dropped off a tire to be repaired on Saturday morning and never heard a word. Called Monday and said it be ready by 3pm. Went to pickup on Wednesday still didnt have it done and then said I had an attitude when I was upset that nothing had been done

I’m not sure if it was the duck tape holding on my bumper, or the 23 miles to E light on my car. Or just simply the real reason the man gave me which was “he didn’t want to fill out more paperwork”. Whatever it was I am beyond thankful! He didn’t charge me for my tire repair. Which would of been about $20. Financially right now, I’ve been struggling. So when my tire went flat I was dreading the cost of the repair. I was walking an hour to work everyday. But finally had just scrapped up enough money to fill my tire with air and get it repaired. It brought me to tears today to see that good people still do exist. Thank you!!

Used the Tire Barn many times and its where I go for tires in Valparaiso... Went in this morning on a Sunday at 10 am for a set of tires for my Dodge Caliber and as usual was treated very well by a knowledgeable gentleman at the desk... Wish I had asked his name because hes a nice guy who tries to give you the straight dope about the tires and he makes recommendations... Hes personable and treats you well... Hes the perfect guy for the job...! Made me a great deal, since the tire I was thinking about was out of stock and cost $14.00 less than the one he recommended and he gave it to me for the same price... The guys were super friendly and took care of repairing my flat tire in no time at all. To have such great service on any day of the week is admirable, but to be able top ferry it on a Sunday is truly a rare find.

Went in because I had slow leak in one of my tires. I had bought the tires approximately 6 months ago, but lost the paperwork. They were very nice and accommodating in regards to fixing my tire. We were in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely return and would recommend this Tire Barn to others.

We went to tire barn today with our 2 children to purchase tires. We walked in, and the guy at the counter did not even look up. He kept typing on his computer. We walked up to the counter...and not even a look up still. My husband stood at the counter for a while and not even a hi...horrible customer service. After about 5 minutes we just walked out.

GARBAGE. 14 of my lug nuts were torqued on so tight that a 1/2 450 lb/ft Snap-On impact wrench couldnt loosen them. These guys also put zero anti-seize on any of the lug nuts (which is a must to avoid corroded/stripped lug nuts and studs, especially in the north). 7 of the stainless steel lug nut caps came off while my car was in their possession and these people made no attempt to put them back on, even after I confronted them about it. The techs who drove my car to/from the parking lot had absolutely filthy hands and arms covered in grease. Would have done the tire rotation myself but I was travelling. I have worked at three automotive garages and also have an associates degree in auto tech and none of this is even remotely acceptable, not even for a small cheap shop.

I want to give a big shout out to the Assistant Manager Nathan Smolek, he went above and beyond to help me out. A truly good man! And an honest hard worker! I had a wonderful experience at the Valparaiso Tire Barn, and I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you.

Awesome staff. Great customer service. I generally hate buying tires. Always feel like Im getting ripped off. Even though I didnt buy tires I just got a flat fixed and sensors installed. They did it for free due to the fact that it took way longer than originally quoted. I wasnt upset because I dropped off the vehicle anyhow. Didnt even complain.Ill be back.

Went in for the free tire rotation estimate and waited for an hour. I finally got up to ask how much longer and noticed my car parked in the same spot. They hadnt even inspected it. They should understand the value of a customers time. If they had treated me better they would have sold me a tire and a tire rotation. I wont return there again.

Saw they were closed when I pulled up. The gentleman from the shop came outside to see what was wrong and he immediately made the decision to help me and fix my tire so I wasnt stranded in these subzero temperatures. After getting turned away by two other places in Valparaiso they were my saving grace by helping me out eventhough they had just closed. A true class act by everyone there and thank you very much. Its not they find something new wrong with your car every time you bring it to them for your free tire rotation, maybe your car is in need of work. Great service at a great price I came in with a slow leak and my tpms was acting up. They looked at the leak sealed it told me I had a cracked rim and then told me which of my tpms were bad didnt even get charged for them to seal my tire up very nice and knowledgeable staff.

This place was amazing, they were able to find the piece of metal in my tire that the other places were not able to find. i told them of how the other places couldnt find what was wrong but my tire was losing 16 psi an hour and they did this for me for free, the guys here are the nicest people around and i will defiantly be back if i need my tires replacing!!!

So far a solid single star here. Trying to call these guys to set an appointment to mount the tires Im getting shipped to them from tire rack. They have one number listed on the tire rack, another when you search them on Google, different one on their web site and yet another one when you hit contact me on their web site. All of them have the your call may be monitored for quality assurance message, when you call. With no one picking up, and 2 of those numbers going to beeping, like fax does.On top of that, when I try to make an appointment on their website, it wont let me pick a year, halting the whole process, guess I have to drive there in person, just to make an appointment. What a waste of time.Edit: was told they had an issue with their lines. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly when I came in. They did not get my alignment perfect on the first try (the steering wheel was a bit off center), but were happy to fix it free of charge.

Poor service. Was told it was a slow day when I called and made appointment beforehand. When I got there, there was one person waiting. They told me it would take about 45 minutes. It took almost 2 hours--twice as long. Two people came and went as I sat there waiting. They didnt give me an update on progress at any point. As I drove away, I noticed the low tire warning was on! Would not recommend.
