The owner Mike is such a great guy. He really cares and is honest. I completely trust him and his crew with my vehicles. His pricing is fair and wont pressure you into fixing what ant broke, like some other places out there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Tinys is a great place. Im very particular about my vehicles and they are thorough and knowledgeable. They check out everything and let me know what is not needed to be done and what should be done and save me time and money and avoiding car problems. Their prices are very reasonable next to other places I have been. A good, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic is what anyone who owns a vehicle needs, AND... Tiny fits the bill for everyone including for very particular me. I recommend them to every one I know.

I had my engine replaced on 3/4. Picked it up on 3/5 and had to take it back an hour and a half later because it was still running just as awful as it had been when I first took it in. After an hour they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and told me to drive it for a while to see if it would re-learn itself. So. Because they couldn’t figure out why it still wasn’t running right I decided to take it elsewhere (specifically to Kia in Highland) to have them check it out on 3/14. They came back with it needing a new motor mount put in which cost me nearly $500. Just this past week on 3/24 I took it to a garage I have trusted for the last 14 years and they had to do a throttle body clean out as a result of my check engine light suddenly turning on on 3/22. This cost me another $25. I emailed Tiny’s last night (3/26) about all of this (as well as some other cosmetic damage that was done to my car while they had it). Mike (the owner) called this morning and dismissed everything I had to say even after I had told him Kia and the other garage both had their mechanics telling me that they should be responsible for all of this additional work I’ve had to put into my car so far (key words so far) because these things are all things they should’ve been aware of prior to re-installing the new motor. Mike admitted my motor mount was showing sign of wear but nobody ever told me that until today (3/27) so I was never given the option to change it while they had my car the first time. My windshield wiper cowl was also damaged (a giant chunk is missing from it) when they removed my old motor (which I informed them of as soon as I noticed it the day I picked it up/took it back to them) and told Mike that’s another expense I will now have (approximately another $135 worth) and he again dismissed what I had to say about it. Then I found out they did unauthorized servicing to my AC compressor (I literally just found this out today 3/27 while on the phone with Mike) and now I am being told by another garage on Tuesday whether or not that is needing replaced due to the current issues my car is having specifically when I use any defrost mode. Is that another $850 I’m supposed to just eat on top of the other $510 dollars I’ve already poured into my car which, again, I have been told by other mechanics (including Kia themselves) they should’ve ultimately been responsible for? Mike treated me like an average, unintelligent woman who doesn’t know anything about cars but I’m not that woman. He didn’t seem to appreciate any of the input I had about all of this and certainly didn’t offer to give me any money back for these additional expenses I’ve incurred thanks to their screw ups. They should’ve at least admitted their mistakes and tried to make up for it somehow but I was just being treated like garbage the entire time I was on the phone so I’d finally had enough and hung up. If I were you, I’d steer clear of this shop and go elsewhere if you don’t want to go through the same unnecessary hassles I’ve had to go through in the 3 weeks I’ve had my car back.

I took in my Wifes car for a brake fix, as well as my car for aftermarket suspension installation and an alignment. Jamie did a great job with the installs and repairs at a great price. He also was very easy to work with and get into contact with. Great experience overall!

I recently brought in my sons older car for some basic brake repairs. Tinys did a fantastic job fixing up the car, and even worked with me on some items we didnt necessarily need fixed right now to save us some money (they didnt have to do that, and I appreciate it). They were so good to work with I then brought in my much newer car for a wheel bearing replacement. They had my car done the same day and job was done perfect with great communication. I was so pleased to find someone I could trust with a fair price I even brought in my lawn mower and they fixed that up. Thanks guys for your help!

Tinys was very helpful and kept me up to date with my truck. They worked with me on getting the best price for the work. I had a plug brake off in the head and tinys didnt give up and put extra time, effort and will to get the plug out. Tinys let me know that they will exhaust all avenues and keep the price as low as possible. Thanks to Tinys they saved my wallet from a big hit.

I took a vehicle to Tinys that was running fine just had a small coolant leak. They told me it needed intake gasket. When they replaced the intake gasket they ruin my motor. Said it was nothing they did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

The OWNER of this business came into our dealership and got belligerent about not receiving a core charge that he was not entitled to. Got in the face of my 95lb female office manager and started screaming and cursing at her. Had to be threatened with police action before leaving the premises.
