This place got me in the day of. They were able to finish in a timely manner, for a very large job. Since then I have an will continue to use Busy Bee Auto Repair. I have had several oil changes, tires replaced, a/c compressor, recharging the ac unit, struts, shocks and many more things fixed on multiple vehicles. Thanks again Busy Bee.

Busy Bee handled my U-Haul van rental. They were a pleasure to do business with; nice people. They called me the day of the pick-up to say the van was ready if I wanted to pick it up early and talked me through the return so it was easy.

I had brought my car in for a bigger job on my motor. They kept changing the day I would get it back. They changed it 3 different times. The time I actually got there I had to sit for another 2 hours before it was done. I was called into the office and they told me the price was increased by 500$. I was informed when I dropped my car off that it would be a certain price. Papers signed ect. Witnesses there. I ended up having to call the police to get my keys back. They refused to give me the original price and my keys. I ended up paying the 500$ more. Very unprofessional! I will be reporting to the BBB.

We brought my fiancé’s car in because we were having issues with her vehicle. Everyone that worked there was very informative and helpful. They were able to fix all the issues that were wrong. They also brought other issues to my attention that if I didn’t have fixed it would have caused more damage in the future. Thank you for all your help. I would definitely recommend this place.

The mechanic was talking to me about my car when he basically told me he’s abducted to narcotic pain killers. Almost as it was no big deal. He said ya the owner hands them to me to work harder. Needless to say I got out of there. No wonder when I brought my car there before I would always have to bring it back cause it’s not fixed. The mechanic doesn’t seem to get help for his ADD. That’s not a professional diagnosis because he’s not my patient but he fits. The owner smoked right in front of me inside the waiting room which was disgusting. He’s a short out of shape man. My opinion this place should not be working on cars.

Long wait and a high price for a simple problem. Do not really recommend unless you have to use them.

I just rented a small moving van, a local move, prices are very reasonable.

Best Team they can do it all night just right

Whole experience could have been trying. But Bust Bee were accommodating and very helpful. They connected me with two very competent and friendly people to load, move, and unload. No issues and good use of space in moving van so only one trip was needed. If I had too move again I would use their services without a second thought.

My sister brought her truck in to get fixed for a coolant leak. They have now changed the day it will be done 3 times on her. She went on the day the owner said it would be ready by 2pm and now is not going to walk out with her vehicle. Very unprofessional business.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with . They are honest, upfront and their work is top notch . The owner Kareem along with Sandy and their mechanics are simply outstanding . I will never go anywhere else for work on my car !!!

They are very nice and easy to work with. Sandy is the lady that takes care of me when I go in there and she is always very helpful and really pleasant to talk to.

Never been here for auto repair. I use them for their U-Haul rentals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didnt realize this until after a few trips there, but to return large trucks or trailers there is an entrance, a road filled with rocks, behind the building to pick up or drop off.

AS FOR UHAUL RENTALS NO PROBLEM BUT AS A BUSINESS OF FIXING CARS NO GOOD ON THEIR WORK OR WORD!!! Went in 2 weeks ago asked to get my ac fixed and new tire. Tire they found okay not much to replacing a tire when it came to the a/c I went in to have them check it out and fix it, I dont know what they have to do run a leak test do what you gotta do to fix my ac well it was burnt cables $125 on top of coolant replacement paid around $185 not including that tire, at the end pretty excessive to pay for replacing 2 wires but I was promised that was the issue nothing else I was good to go. 3 days later grabbed the car for a 2nd drive no air. Went back to find out what the problem was well it was my fault because I didnt specify I wanted to run a leak test, I never denied one I wasnt offered one, your the mechanic run your tests apparently it was said just theCables which took 1.5 hrs to fix by the way. Talked to the owner he said he will completley check and fix your car, now it had a leak and other parts that were the issue. he had already started the job and now we would wait for him to finish the job and we would settle after everything was done after almost 6hrs later the job was done, this time I was to settle to pay another $250 because the additional things that now they found but I only paid $200 I wasnt giving him any more money. after the car was done mechanic suggested I adda seal to it just in case, thats where we knew if he had fixed all the problems to the ac why would we have to add a can of seal to our car owner signed a paper saying he guaranteed his mechanics work 8 days later guess what I have no ac took it to the manager directly now Im being told his mechanic would have to take a look at it again and I might be liable to pay more money to fix whatever it is, please dont waste your money we didnt get scammed out of more money because my husband fought hard to not be fooled we believed his word but his signed paper was not a guarantee it was just for show. Never ever going to this place again and will recommend to not use this business for any machanical needs totally disappointed

I went in for a check engine light, only looking for a mechanic to give me a diagnosis. He ran the codes and told me there was a problem with the EVAP system. Then, he said we needed to replace the Intermotor Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid.(part # CP808), one of the more expensive parts in the EVAP system as far as I can tell. For a 2014 corolla it costs around $100 for the part. They wanted to charge me $315 for parts and labor, which in hindsight was far too high considering the cost of the part. They told me the problem was dangerous, and that it wasnt safe to drive with. After doing about 10 minutes of my own research on the specific codes that came up (P0441 and P0445), I found that was a lie.That was bad enough, but then they had the wrong part delivered three times in a row. I was waiting over an hour just for the part to arrive (which may not have even fixed the problem). I could understand messing up the first time, but having the wrong part sent in three times in a row is not very comforting. After they sent in the third wrong part they told me they wouldnt have it until Monday. Im actually glad they didnt get the right part in time, because I walked away without them being able to overcharge me just to clear the codes themselves and pretend they fixed the problem. I would avoid this place, they dont seem very trustworthy and probably just wanted to take advantage of someone who doesnt know much about cars. In their defense, I should have scanned the codes myself and been more wary of a scam.

I have been going to Busy Bee for a couple years, to have work done on my car.Have noticed lately, that they have been more professional, honest and caring.Big difference from before, has changed a lot for the better recently.The new lady; I think, Sandy? Has greatly improved the image of Busy Bee a lot.I felt like they treated me like family, very fair and honest. Great work on my car, no problems at all.Highly respectable people. Just got my oil changed here. It was my first time getting it changed by myself. My dad used to change the oil on all the cars himself but never got a chance to teach me after falling ill with cancer. They took care of everything and even taught me how to check all my fluids! I was in and out in, gosh, probably only 45 mins, maybe even less. They were so nice here, felt really taken care of.

I brought my car in for a simple brake pad replacement. They told me I needed all new pads and rotors. They charge me $750 for pads and rotors and for a new caliper bolt, would she probably messed up while installing my brake pads. I pull my car out of the shop squeaking. They tell me that that will go away. A month later it was still squeaking and I brought it back in. Now they explain that I need a new wheel bearing. This cost me an additional $405, which is twice what it should cost. As Im pulling the car out of the shop it is squeaking once again as the brakes are rubbing on the backing plate. Pulled it back in immediately and they made a quick adjustment and sent me on my way. This place is it complete rip off and a bunch of con artists. Absolutely 100% do not go here ever and please help to spread the word that they should soon be out of business!!!!!!

I always receive great service when I rent a UHaul at Busy Bee. I have rented from them on multiple occasions. Each vehicle is well maintained and I have never had a problem with them.

Everything from start to finish was awesome. We had stroke of bad luck after a hit n run in a parking parking lot, so we came last minute to get our vehicle checked out before driving back to California. The pretty blonde lady in the front was so charming and friendly, and after the diagnostics they were even kind enough to take us home while they worked on the car (and pick us up). All in all, we came into the shop frustrated about the hit n run, and left feeling like valued customers.

Went into to get a wheel bearing changed due to vibration while driving. They tried to tell me the bearing are brand new and I needed new rotors and brake pads on all four wheels to fix the vibration which was twice the cost of the original fix. Told them to put my tires back on and Ill be there to pick it up and they called 10 minutes later to tell me oh it is the wheel bearing after all. want us to get started on it? I dont appreciate the attempt to sell me something more expensive that isnt even fixing the problem I can to you for. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Horrible!! Took vehicle to have a coolant leak problem fixed. Got charged $1000. Took car home, still the problem existed, Along with a new one! Brought it back, talked to Manager who promised to fix the problem ended up owing $350. More and problems still existed! Never go there again!! Guy is a lying, cheating drunk who tried to pass the problem off to the lady at the counter. What a RIP off!! Are the mechanics even mechanics?! Wth?!

They charged me over $450 for a tow and to change my altinator, I understand that garages can charge what they want but that seem excessive. Since theyve fixed the car they have called twice a day and demanded the bill paid now. I have no bill and no itemized list of my costs. When I pay them Im turning them into the better buisness bureau.

I seen so many people come in and get extremely upset bc they messed up their car. So I ignored it thinking all I need is ball joints. After receiving service at an extremely high price the problem wasnt fixed so when I went to complain the lady behind the counter started yelling at me then some guy from the back came into the lobby w his shirt off threaten my life. They disconnected my air box on purpose so that mutiple sensors went off so that Id return n pay more money. By free this is the worst place Ive ever been. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me. Just call around u will get way better prices anywhere else and I guarantee better customer service too. They tried charging me 375$ for a 20$ thermostat. Went down the street and paid 35$ for labor and all.
