My guy Karim was VERY accommodating! He let me take the car to my mechanic and even to a body shop to have it checked out. The car passed with flying colors. There was a part missing from the car jack and they replaced it in minutes and then had the car detailed and ready to go! Adrian took care of the paperwork and was thorough, courteous and professional in expediting the process. They got me in and out in less than 45 mins and my wife was on the road in her new ride. They show you the carfax on the vehicle that you are about to buy and make sure that payments are something that you can realistically make. Arizona Drive was one of the final dealerships I visited looking for a Cadillac SRX after my 22 year old Durango was sold and I am happy I stopped by. They had a used SRX in great condition and worked to help me stay within my budget. Even after the purchase, they continue to work with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with the vehicle, going so far as to patch a very small cigarette burn in the upholstery and bringing the vehicle back in to diagnose a noise in the suspension.Now, the 2-yrs included maintenance and service is a little misleading and the reason I can’t give them “5-Stars.” They have a contract with Midas and, if your vehicle requires synthetic oil like mine, the service is only good for $20 off of their $70 synthetic oil service…you pay the remaining $50! I can get name brand synthetic oil and filter through Amazon for $40, change it myself, and save myself the drive to Midas. That’s just me though, I’m “mechanically inclined” and am capable of doing a lot of my own maintenance…been doing it for nearly 30 years.Adrian Amparano has been a pleasure to deal with and, if we are end up in the market for another used vehicle, I will see him first.

Ive put over $550 in repairs into this vehicle and I have had it less than 3 months. We went in there to talk to them today, and they had nothing to say about it. Horrible customer service after you have already made a purchase with them.Another update: my car was put into repossession due to lack of communication between them and my finance company through them. I highly do not recommend this place as they seem to be the perfect place to help you get what seems to be a decent car, only to drive off the lot and realize its no where near as nice as they made it seem. Engine light came on the next day. Told finance company and contract was on hold. Lot was mad at me for telling finance co.Lot would not fix prob til I told finance co. lot fixed prob. All lot did was use scanner to turn off engine light. Light came on again 2days later (after finance went through) . Prob was clogged cats!! Very big Bill to replace these!! Use Caution!! If u buy take to mechanic 1st !!! This is a Sand Lot. Location says it all!!

Very Courteous staff. Fast friendly and great prices. Had to have new rotors and pads put on after 2 weeks which they did without charge, but one month into I need $250.00 worth of work done on a 2012 car, also 2 year maintenance cost at brakemax. Not happy at all...... should have gave back at rotors and pads!!!!!!
