While living in Marin County, California I called to buy a new 2022 Audi in preparation for opening an office in Tucson. In the face of major supply chain issues Vicente Valdez of Chapman Audi in Tucson was able to find the car I was looking for, arranged for it to be held on the lot until we could arrive, stayed in close communication with us, and even dropped the car off at an airport parking lot after my flight was delayed so I could pick it up seamlessly when I landed. He later patiently gave us a set up orientation. He went above and beyond the call and was a pleasure to deal with.

Recently purchased a pre-owned A7 and it was time for a well check. Tony in service was awesome. Took care of me promptly and answered all my questions. Even the service manager came out to help me with some diagnostic questions. Top-notch building and personnel. Even the sales people greeted me and welcomed me into browse the showroom. The staff at this facility have always been courteous and professional. I’m usually there for the parts department, but I also stop by sometimes to relax in their waiting area or to check out some of their latest Audi models. Highly recommend a visit to their store. It’s aesthetically pleasing.

So this was the first time I brought my car in for service (oil change). The service guy Jordan was quick to come out and greet me and get the process started. They did the oil change and inspection in about an hour and the complimentary car wash took another 20-30 minutes. Everything that was noted during the inspection was explained as well as the recommended services. Overall, very pleased with my service.

The complimentary car wash is always on point. It looks good as new. The team always goes above and beyond with my Audi Q8. I had forgotten to mention. I received the 40,000 mile service at Tucson Audi for my Q5. I was on a family trip from San Antonio and decided not to wait until I got back home to have the work done. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the next morning where all work was accomplished in two hours. Tony, my service advisor, ensured I was provided a loaner car after the Taxi ride fell through. Although not dealing with my San Antonio home team, I was made to feel like a key member of the Audi family throughout the pre- and post-work interactions with Tony and his team. Getting major service on the road is potentially an uncomfortable situation, but not here. Thanks Tony!

I went there to get a sunshade for my car. Lance in parts suggested that I try it first to see if I would like it. Lance came out to my car and tried it. It was a good thing that he suggested doing that. It was a nice sunshade, but very hard to put in and take out. I didnt get it. I appreciated that he suggested I try it first. That is customer service.

The new video of the required work sent directly to your phone is a great feature, along with the loaner service.Theyre not the cheapest, but the piece of mind of knowing that your vehicle is being repaired to the manufacturers specifications by certified techs is worth it in my opinion.They actually take care not to damage the rims during tire replacement too. What a concept!

This was a very pleasant experience. Rebecca was the sales representative. She was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She was very respectful of my time and provided some much needed cold water on a hot day. It was not a hard selling environment and they provided an OTD price. This is a no haggle dealership. With the usual dealership mandatory add ons the price was ~$1,200 higher than a completable product through Carvana including shipping. My experience with Chapman Audi and Rebecca was sufficiently favorable that I would definitely consider going to this dealership in the future. One must decide if keeping business local, seeing the car and the dealer add ons are more important than the price differential. Both had Carfax and a multipoint inspection.

Im so glad to see customer service improving here. Been going on & off over the last few years since it’s the only audi dealer in town, and it’s sometimes been disappointing. As soon as they have your money youre dead to them and they wont return calls, texts, or emails. My name was misspelled on my title (it was spelled correctly on the application) and it turned into a huge pain. Im sure theyll blame ADOT, but ADOT said the dealership was the one who entered the information on the title. I cant say for sure if thats true because the dealership was ignoring me and I couldnt get an answer from them. Even if it was ADOTs fault, thats horrible customer service to leave me hanging like that. I went back and forth with ADOT for more than a month. You can imagine how fun that was. Finally someone at ADOT took mercy on my soul and sent me a new title.Vicente Valdez was the salesman, so never buy a car from him because hell ignore you after the deal is done. Nobody in the finance office would ever call me back. Typical shady car dealership. I can only hope that karma exists, but I doubt it.

So what is really to comment about? They can’t really do anything about the prices since those are set by Audi. Our salesman, Dylan, is top notch. The waiting room seems like it was designed by someone whose other projects included prisons. There is no changing table for babies.

I live in Massachusetts and bought a used vehicle through Roberto Rivera. The reason being, I wanted a rust-free used car, which you really cant get out here on the East Coast. As you can imagine, it is pretty risky buying a car sight unseen and trusting that there are no issues with the vehicle.Roberto was seriously the most helpful sales consultant Ive ever dealt with. I first requested in depth pictures to help make my decision and he delivered. I got about 50 pictures of the vehicle from every possible angle. Inside, outside, undercarriage, wheel arches... you name it I got it. Getting these pictures is what made me confident that this would be a good purchase.Furthermore, I called him two dozen times throughout the process from signing papers, scheduling transport, working through a title issue and getting my car registered here in MA. Roberto answered eveytime, and was always willing to help. He was knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and honest. If Im in the market for another rust-free used car again, I will be going through Roberto and Chapman Audi.

I wanted to potentially buy a newer A5, but no one seemed to want to help me. I had to go find someone to help me. When I found some help, I can tell he really didn’t want to assist me at all. He was a tall slender man with dark hair and glasses. I don’t know if you’re supposed to set an appointment or not,but I wouldn’t know because of course nobody said anything. I honestly wouldn’t spend a dime at this dealership for I’ve felt more out of place when I’m only here to make a purchase. I know others have had better experiences but this was one worst I’ve had at a dealership and I didn’t get chance to buy. I have traveled and lived in multiple states as a medical professional and bought several across the United States. I just hope they improve for the next person.

Tucson Audi offered us an option to pickup and bring back our car after service. In these days of Covid isolation this was the perfect option, for us, to get the needed service on our daily driver. The fee was reasonable and the pickup was on time, service done quickly for a fair price and brought back to us in a half day. Highly recommended if you dont feel comfortable waiting in the dealership for your car.

TL:DR: Dont buy any of their extras on the loan (e.g. GAP and Vehicle Theft Recovery) and dont trust them if they tell you the extra items are refundable (get everything in writing). None of the extra add-ons actually figure into lowering your finance rates, so they dont really matter. So one star for a good sales experience with the sales person. One star for honest diagnostics. -3 stars for the finance experience and its lingering effects.Sales: So this is an overall review from purchase, maintenance, and later trading in the car and attempting to get refunds for extras that I was told were refundable. So the sales experience was pretty good. It was low key and no pressure. I wanted the car they had and they didnt attempt to pressure me into more expensive vehicles. Caesar was great. +1 starFinance: The finance experience turned out to be truth mixed with lies or omissions I was told I would get full terms for the warranty I purchased in the mail (never did). I was told if I did not use the warranty I would get the full amount back. There was never a mention of pro-rated time or anything if the vehicle was traded in early. I never received the warranty info so I was never able to confirm that the warranty did indeed cover everything I was told it covered (it didnt). I was told some of the extras I had spent on the loan (like the vehicle theft replacement) would be refunded if they were not used. That was also incorrect. -3 starsRepairs: I discovered the warranty didnt cover the majority of electronics until I took the vehicle in to get an A/C high pressure switch replaced and was informed that it was not covered by the $3500 warranty. It would cost north of $400 to install a part that costs the manufacturer $40 (replacement only takes 20 minutes). I paid the diagnostic fee and replaced the sensor myself then took the car to Jiffy Lube for them to recharge the A/C, which overall cost $190 - sensor included. Now the warranty is not an issue the mechanics caused so I do not blame them. They did some honest work on the diagnostic and I appreciate it. +1 starTrade-In and Refunds: I traded the vehicle in because I needed a truck for towing and hunting, and Audi/VW do not offer a truck in the U.S.. So after trade-in I cancelled the warranty with Audi. This was mostly painless and I just had to fill out a form and provide the ADOT odometer reading from trading in the vehicle. I was then informed the refund would come from the dealer. This was end of March when the warranty was cancelled and I was attempting to get the refunds I thought I was owed. Calling multiple times after work it was impossible to get someone on the phone from finance to confirm the refund status. I used the Contact Us form on the website and finally got a response. Turns out I was a few months short of the full warranty term, so I only received a little less than $700 back from that $3500 warranty I did not use. Also turns out the other extra item I was expecting to get reimbursed since the vehicle wasnt stolen was actually not a reimbursable item. Had there been a little integrity in the finance process, where pro-rated fees would have been mentioned and that some items were not in fact reimbursable, I would not have spent the extra $4000+ dollars on those items. So feeling pretty much cheated of ~$3300 I cant recommend purchasing any extras during the finance process. Of course, your mileage may vary in your own experiences. If you do, dont believe anything they say is reimbursable unless you see it in writing. I already spoke to one of the finance personnel about this, so Audi Tucson, no need to follow this up with a please contact us response.

For me, the measure of great customer service only begins when there are problems. It is how they acknowledge and rectify the issue(s) that matters. The pre-owned A7 that I purchased had a couple problems, warped brake rotors (only found after taking delivery) and someone scratched the car during preparation to deliver the car to me. The dealership put new brakes on the car and agreed to repair the scratch without a problem. Since the car was pre-owned, they could have pushed back on both issues, but did not. Thank you Audi of Tucson!

Respectfully, this dealerships sales dept is the very worst I have ever experienced. I have attempted to purchase cars here are 3 different occasions over the past 8 years. I have purchased three Audis and one Porsche in the past 8 years and all of them were purchased out of town to avoid working with this dealership. Recently my son attempted to buy an Audi from this dealership which I warned him against based on my past experiences. He spent one week trying to purchase a car with little to no support from the sales team. When they did finally respond they quoted him a sales price which was $1600.00 higher than the price advertised on their website.One day later he purchased an Audi from a dealer out of state over the phone with no hassle at a great price and received excellent sales support, professional & courteous service. The car will be delivered to his door from Alabama within 5 days. Even with the transport cost from Alabama he is saving money and the dealership there was outstanding to work with.We do get our Audis and Porsche serviced at this dealership and it has always been a very positive experience. They have a great service dept and staff.It baffles me how the service dept operates at a level of excellence when it comes to customer service and the sales dept has been the worst customer service at any dealership I have ever experienced.This dealership has a great service dept but save yourself a headache and buy your car from an out of town dealership.

This is by far the worst Audi Service Department I have ever dealt with. I currently own two Audi’s and have owned a total of 5 Audi’s. I had service scheduled for rim resurfacing work. I live in Sierra Vista and took the day off from work. I dropped off the TT and picked up the loaner. I was called a few hours later and was informed the person that does the rim resurfacing work was sick. We went home to Sierra Vista. I rescheduled the rim work and also to replace a side mirror for 01/16/21. I called the central service center on Wednesday, 01/13/21 to ensure the rim repair would be accomplished and that the mirror had arrived from Germany. I was informed that all the work would be completed. My wife and I decided that since we were going to Tucson, we would spend the night. Jordan from service TEXED me at 5:21 PM on Friday 01/15/21 to inform me that the rim repair person was not available to perform the service. I would reschedule the mirror service to another day when the rim resurfacing service could be completed, however it was too late to cancel the hotel room. I understand that the rim resurfacing is completed by a third party, however this is the second time they have cancelled. This is just unacceptable. If there was another Audi Dealership in the area, I would definitely change dealerships. I usually purchase a new Audi every three years. Most likely I will be going to Phoenix or another location.

First time having my car serviced here. Previously I also had a great experience at Acura next door as well, so Id say Chapman group is organized and client oriented. Dan was great to work with. Fast, efficient, straight forward, and transparent. I felt that the service is anticipatory to the client. I was kept in the loop, communication was quick, and things are done before I even had to ask. Car was ready the moment I arrived. Hopefully I dont have to deal with many car issues, but if there is a need or when time comes for maintenance, I would return with no hesitation.

I just bought a new to me CPO Audi from Audi Tucson, and wanted to give a kudos to Fred Fox, the Internet Manager. Fred made the whole buying process as smooth as possible, and had everything ready to complete my purchase when I arrived. He whisked me through the buying process, yet spent a good deal of his own time after close of business showing me all the functions of my new car. 2 hour drive to BUY a used Lexus. What a train wreck. Price was agreed on. Get there and the Air Conditioning does not work. Svc Dept finds a leak. 1.5Hrs to fix. Was uncomfortable with everything. Just wanted a warranty to cover if there were more issues. They offered me a bottle of water. No manager even came to talk to me until I was leaving. I was a GM at multiple stores for 10+ years as well. What an absolute calamity. They offered to deliver the car to me but that was unimportant to me. I was clear upfront before driving 2 HOURS. Actually 4 hrs round trip. Holy smokes. I felt bad for the salesperson Eddie. He was good but got 0 support from his management team. This is a fact. And they had nothing to do. Saw them sitting on Facebook and couldn’t come talk to me. The GM should be embarrassed.

Was quoted a price for a new battery. when purchased it was higher. same for installation. when i questioned this, the mgr tap dance around and never got back with me. when i did my first oil change i noticed the underside was exceptionally clean and had previously utilized the dealer. suspect they sucked the oil out instead of draining like the service rep said. they would have noticed the oil leak from the rear main seal had they drained the oil from the pan.

We met with him and we agreed on a fair price for both the new car and our trade in. Antonio is extremely knowledgeable of the Audi line of vehicles, he is pleasant and courteous to deal with and he made the buying experience extremely enjoyable. When I moved to Tucson I was unsure that I would receive the same service I had experienced back in Connecticut. I have been pleasantly surprised time and time again by the care and attention I receive at Audi of Tucson. I would credit most of positive experience to the care I receive from my service advisor, Dan Paris. He has been incredibly attentive and flexible with my appointments. He remains mindful of my budget and helps me prioritize future suggested services based on importance/safety. Getting my car serviced is no longer a drag because they make it so seamlessly easy.

Found a vehicle, spoke with staff via email/ phone/text. We made an appointment, got pre approved finance, and they sold it before I got there for my appointment. I feel this was a a bait and switch to get me in the building and try to sell me a lesser for more money.. Just shrugged and said sorry.. I will take my business else where.

Ive bought a jeep on March 4th my tempory license plate expired the 18th!! Till this day i have not received anything !I call customer service they are no help!always say the same thing will have someone call back never do.im leaving this review maybe a manager will see this and help me..i have to pay coworkers to give me rides to work since I cant move my jeep!!! Really frustrating

I have been taking my vehicle to Audi of Tucson for service and maintenance for over four years. I have always received honest and excellent customer service from my Service Advisor, Dan Paris. Dan cares about his customers. He understands that parts and the subsequent repairs can be expensive and time consuming. He has never recommended any maintenance or repair that my vehicle did not need. He always has a clean loaner vehicle waiting when I drop off my vehicle for service. And when I pick up my vehicle it has always been washed, vacuumed and detailed. Dan also does not waste your time. He calls to advise what the problem is with your vehicle. Then once again to give you an update on when the service and/or the repair will be completed - something I really appreciate. Mr. Paris is a true asset to this company. The service department also has some gifted master technicians like Mike Oberstar and Barry Weber. They are able to efficiently handle any issue with your vehicle. Best of all, when you get your vehicle back it runs as smoothly as the day you bought it. I would highly recommend the Audi of Tucson service department if your Audi needs routine maintenance or repair service.

I went to this dealership twice looking to buy my wife an A3 or A4, NO ONE greets you at this dealership. Where is the customer service? The salesperson finally spoke to us but couldnt even find the keys to the vehicle we wanted to drive...wanted us to come back lol. We had to get back to work.Bad vibes from this place, told the wife we wont be buying from this dealership, nice cars though. We ended up buying her a 2019 Volvo, they know how to treat people.

I recently got my Audi serviced at this location and Jill was amazing! She went above and beyond for me and I had the most pleasant experience here. Generally customer service is on the decline where ever you go nowadays but this was not the case for me. I highly recommend this location as the personnel was wonderful. If youre getting your Audi serviced definitely ask for Jill!

After having a horrible experience with a different Audi dealership in north Scottsdale, I was amazed at the impeccable professionalism and customer service Audi of Tucson provided. My sales associate, Eddie Zglinicki, was professional and extremely knowledgeable with respect to the Audi brand, and took the time to go over the features of the 2019 Audi A4 I purchased. Tim McElvain with the finance department was professional and not high-pressuring as you often encounter with a finance department. I was also surprised to find Audi of Tucson had the largest inventory of certified Audis, as well as very fair prices. It was well-worth the drive to down Tucson from Phoenix. Highly recommend buying from this dealership. Thanks guys for making my buying experience with you, relatively painless!

Thank you Jill for all your personalized assistance and support! You will be missed. While I like my A3 eTron, my salesman exhibited few good traits. He was only interested in selling, absolutely no followup. I doubt he is still employed by Audi. This experience alone turned me off on doing business with Audi Tucson. They need to teach their new sales people how to treat a customer after the sale is done. Lackluster performance.On the warranty/service end I can only give praise for the excellent professional manner they treat their customers. Jill was always great to deal with in Service. Now I deal with Dan Paris, another great in the Service end.

Great experience at Audi of Tucson. My 2013 Audi A5 had some damage to its grille after taking it through a car wash. Because it has only been 7 months that I had this vehicle, I was able to take it to Audi of Tucson to replace the part at no cost. Audi of Tucson were able to repair that part easily and the customer service from Jill was the best customer service I have received from anyone since purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend Audi of Tucson for servicing of your vehicles.

They just change my key battery with no charge. It is FREE. When I go Tucson Mercedes, they do charge for that. Well, I got no problem if they charge me. It just make me feel I got a really nice day on this bonus : )

UPDATE: One of the selling points for the high price was that they had redone the front-end among other things. About 6,000 miles after purchase I started getting vibration, especially when braking. By 12,000 miles it was so bad I decided to take it in. Took it in to a highly reviewed local shop. Wheel bearings and ball joints shot, rear drums were out of adjustment which caused the front discs to warp because they were doing all the work. They either did terrible work with cheap parts or lied about it altogether.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As with most salespeople, they were friendly. They are not at or below market price according to KBB and NADA. They were $2,000 above it for the van I bought (before taxes and some BS nitrogen tire fill service they threw in without asking), they insisted otherwise. I knew the market value going in and bought the van free of my own will because I had been trying to find one just like it. So Im not saying I was taken advantage of, just that their advertising is BS. They also took around a month or so to get me the title, this didnt annoy me too much until I called the MVD and the MVD said the hold up was not them because Chapman does their own titles, etc. That makes me suspicious, not sure of what but if they can do their own titles, how could it take a month (should have been before I left that same day if they can do it). In the end, I bought a van that was overpriced because I really wanted it. I had to hound them to get my title in a reasonable amount of time but it all worked out and I do not regret buying the van as weve already had many adventures together.
