Took my car in to see about some problems I was having with my car Brent helped me out and when I say he explained everything I truly mean it, he took the time to take pictures of the things that were wrong so that way he could sit down with me and go over everything one by one and actually explained it to where I understood everything, he gave me his honest opinion and professional opinion of everything usually other mechanics will try and hype up the problems and not really explain things to you but I did not have this problem here’! The entire team was extremely nice and genuinely helped me they were quick and I trusted everything they said Brent is amazing and I’ll be recommending him to everyone! Thank you all for the help!

If you ever need body work done, dont even bother getting an estimate at another body shop. I got an estimate at another shop of almost $3,000 and Family Auto was recommended to me by a friend that had work done there, so I took it there and they were cheaper by $900! They also are very good about calling and keeping you informed about what they are doing to your car and when it will be done, not like at other shops where you always have to call and bug them. The work was done in a very professional manner and was not just rushed thru. When I picked it up after it passed their quality control inspection, it looked better than brand new. Take your car there and talk to Chance, he will take very good care of you!

Ive used Family Auto a few times, for different issues on my vehicles, as have a few friends. I can recall one mistake theyve made, which was issue with a paint finish. They corrected it immediately. Anyone can make a mistake. The mark of a good business is in how they deal with that mistake. I wont bring my vehicles to anyone else, and have recommended them to many other people.

They took care if my truck door handle within 1 hour of dropping it off. Very professional and caring.

After an accident, my car needed a new bumper. I was recommended to Family Auto and am so thankful to everyone there that brought ease to a potentially very stressful situation. They accommodated me quickly. Brent went over everything with me thoroughly. Ordering parts, details with insurance, contacting the at fault drivers insurance.. The front desk was courteous and made sure my rental car was delivered promptly. Repairs were completed on time and everything looks great! Paint matched exactly and was well done. Everyone I encountered during this process was friendly and helpful. Ill be bringing my car here for anything else I may need in the future! Bonus= supporting local family owned business!!

They took care of managing a change out in my 09 Corolla for a sport suspension. They showed me that the initial sound from my suspension was a broken axle. When another clunking occurred, they tightened up everything and that issue was resolved. The old Corolla corners like a go cart. I think that Family Auto are people that care deeply about customer service. Dont just meet expectations, exceed expectations. Thats the wow factor. Thank you, guys.

Well I did have a wonderful review up. Its probably going to drop another star. They started out wonderful. Now I feel like they are just waiting for time to pass on our vehicle. No call backs. Guess we will see if the other reviews are true. We had our hopes up about them being real.

Joey always gets my vehicles taken care of and thier staff are very friendly. My husbands family has used them for over 20 years. Its the only place i take my vehicles and have never been unhappy. Great work. Did know they did automehchanic work. Will be trying them out tomorrow.

What a rip off place. Dont go to them. They have no truth in there words. Life time warrenty is not true. Was told my truck would be done in 5 months and took 1 1/2. Lost or didnt install all my parts. They hid dropping my truck off garys towing truck. Bent exaust and ruined my motor by burning all my exaust valves. My paint was very bad. Dont let them install a stereo in yr car. Very bad install. Left air cleaner off my engine and was tons of bondo in my carb. I could go on and on. Save yr money by not going there and find someone else to go to. They destroyed my dream truck.
