I needed some work done on my car due to an accident. I went to three places in the area and the quotes were in the same ball park but what made me choose Premiere was the customer service and how easy it was to work them.Leo was friendly and straightforward. He didnt talk over my head and just plainly explained things that needed to be done and in order for the car to respond safely in the event of future accidents.At the end, I was total blown away by the amazing high quality work they did on my car! Im not an excitable person but I was excited to see the finished product!It was the detail they paid attention to and the finishing touches they put on their work that made getting my car back a special moment when I didnt expect it to be special.Make them your first and only stop here in Tucson.

This shop is amazing! I was road tripping across the country when a car ran into me. My car needed some minor repairs to get me back on the road and headed to my destination - the owner at this repair shop was so so kind and attentive, he agreed to fix my car at no cost and helped me take pictures of the car for insurance. It was a great service to the public!

I do not know how they do it! Armando and his crew at Premier Collision Center are superb body and paint professionals. My custom Cobra-powered Alfa Romeo Spider was severely damaged in a freak freeway accident and the crew at Premier went beyond my expectations in bringing my car back. My Rav4 had numerous scratches and they were all removed and the plastic parts were cleaned and shined including the tires at no extra cost.

Unfortunately I have needed the services of a great collision shop more than once and every time they have exceeded all expectations the attention to detail, taking care of insurance and rental questions. I have recommended this shop to both family and friends and all have been very satisfied with the quality of work and the way they were treated by the whole shop.

I was referred here by Firestone to have a spoiler attached. It had a small crack in it and needed new paint. They stripped amd repainted it, fixed the crack and bolted it on for $300. In 3 weeks I go back to have the car buffed. Overall im very impressed with them

Ok so I took my car here less than a year ago. It was urgent for me. They said they would fix it in a month and took way longer. They said they were gona pay the extra days for the rental. But the rental charged my card. When I picked up my car, my dad showed them where the paint was chipped and the poor paint job they did. And the guy argued with my dad that he hadn’t painted that part but that’s the part they fixed but whatever we just let it go. They charged my insurance for a lot of extra parts that when we looked were still the same old parts like for example my bumper. The sides and The bottom of it was all scratched up which they supposedly replaced that entire part. Not to mention my hood is not even one side overlaps and the other has a big gap. Then they said the lights they put on my car were different ones that they had ordered the right ones and they would call me when they arrived. Never received a call. I called back again to let them know that since I’ve received my car back from then power steering warning would come up as well a check battery notice. He started saying oh no we didn’t even touch that but my mom has a picture of my car completely taken apart in their garage! But again I’m not one to argue to I just let it go. So now...my brand new 2017 car I’ve only had it for 3 years: makes a weird noise when I drive, Sometimes it won’t turn on, sometimes struggles to accelerate, My battery constantly dies, it has 3 different warnings of connection errors with the battery and power steering, has the old lights not to mention the amount of charges they told my insurance they needed to do for parts they probably did Not use on my car. It was a very poor job. Do not go here!!! Save your car! This place looks like it would be a nice place but I’m sure the only reason they have money to make it look nice in the first place if for the large amounts of fraudulent charges they do to people’s insurances. Just like my lights that they charged to my insurance and never replaced. I will be calling my insurance so hopefully they can start an investigation with the charges and the part numbers because before this place my car had ALL its original Chevy parts that the car was made with. So if anything weird happened we’ll see. Regardless the job was awful, I’ve ended up paying more money fixing their errors. Save your self the trouble just go anywhere else.

So my husband and I got hit by a deer when we were in Colorado. It damaged most of the drivers side. Took off the mirror, damaged both doors, and the frame by the windshield. My husband found this body shop to get an estimate. From the day we dropped off our car with them, to the day we picked it up, they have been nothing but helpful and friendly. The body work they do is top notch!! Before we picked up our car they completely detailed the inside. It looked better after the detailed it than it did when we bought it!! They guarantee there work for as long as you have that vehicle. I would recommend Premier Collision Center to anyone!!

Vince and the Premiere crew were awesome. I needed to get my driver side door and window fixed for a wear and tear issue that was time sensitive. They were able to get me a much more accurate quote than I was previously given (difference of $500) by a competitor. They got me in the next day and got it fixed within an hour and even fixed a loose window operating button that was giving me trouble. Quick and well done repair job all together.

Premiere Collision Center has always taken great care of me and my vehicles. I have taken many cars in to be either repaired or to have custom work done, and they always do a beautiful job. I have recommended Premiere to my friends and family and they have all been happy with the amazing customer service and quality of work they receive. They did amazing work on my Mustang, Camaro, BMW, and Jaguar and I trust them explicitly.

Im a locally owned tow service and one of my drivers dented a hood on a 1999 Honda Accord customer took vehicle to get estimate done at this place and they quoted over 1300 dollars. Come on rip off artist damn car blue books at 1100 I called around and got quoted around 500 from three different places

I cant express enough how great the team at Premier is. I was in a bad accident and had no local mechanic yet. The guys at Premier came highly recommended, and from the moment they answered my first call at the scene of the accident they were incredible! They sent a tow truck out immediately, and had my car being inspected the same day. I had it back in less than two weeks, in MINT CONDITION including an amazing inside detailing. They discounted my deductible and recommended a great wheel and tire shop for some repairs they pointed out I would need soon. I brought them my Infiniti M35 - it had extensive fender damage along with the a light fixture. I spoke with Vince and he gave me a quote in minutes. They did the job at an affordable price and when I picked up my car today, it looked like I just drove it off of the showroom floor in 2006. They gave the car a complete detail and had the car ready on time. Well done fellas. I hope I dont need you again, but if I do, Im coming back.

These guys worked on my vehicle. When I got it back the side view mirror had been broken off that they refused to replace. Then I had to put an additional $700 in mechanical repairs into it. Ended up selling the car at over $1,000 loss.
