I took my car here from a recommendation of my Auto Insurance. They were very detailed oriented when I took the car in and took lots of pictures and told me everything they would fix. 29 days later, I picked up my car to have it in terrible condition. When they handed me the keys there was still tape and repair adhesive on the car. The gal who walked me out said, oh you can remove that! The car has 4 major areas that were not even addressed. Including the handle that opens the car, which was damaged in the accident. The whole door was still bowed out. The paint is subpar at best with many blemishes in it. The inside of the car is filthy. The car was 2 weeks off the lot when I got it and the inside was spotless. I would not take another vehicle to this company if I had too under any circumstances.The worst part over and above all of this, is they could careless about it. They acted as if I put them out by wanting the car fixed right.

I was in a car accident last month and my insurance company recommended this body shop. They answered my incessant questions about the repairs, costs, insurance, deductible, and curious questions about the paint job itself. They helped to arrange a rental car and then transported me to the car, and texted me twice a week to update the progress of my repairs. Jose was my main contact and I REALLY appreciated how upfront and honest he was about the extended length of time it would take due to the logistics of truck deliveries (for parts) falling behind due to Covid. He was detailed in what I should expect, pandemic logistics pending. He and Chapman gave high quality service and they delivered all that was promised. The quality of body and trim repairs/ paint job was great. They even detailed the inside of my car and made sure that I was happy with everything. The receptionist was friendly and up to date on my case without having to look at my file. Very impressive business!

Probably the worst auto body shop Ive ever been to. Between them doing incredibly subpar work to bringing my vehicle back multiple times for missed things ( could not for the life of them put nuts and bolts back where they belong! ) they were a nightmare. I went with the insurance companys recommendation and boy will I never do that again. Take advice from someone that really regrets doing business with this company and find somewhere else. Youve been warned.

The body work and other repairs were well done, but the vehicle was not ready within the time it was initially promised.. And, the customer service left a lot to be desired...calls were not returned and it was difficult to get updates on the progress of the repairs.

Do not use. For the same amount of time it takes them to repair I would recommend watching a DIY video. Not only would you be able to finish your car’s repairs in the same amount of time (if not quicker); your final product would more than likely yield better results.

I own a business, I know the importance of good service. The body shop has been top notch. They Diagnosed a problem from a repair I had done previously and are fixing the problem. Avoid this repair shop! For an advanced windshield replacement they were out of their depth. I experienced ever-changing dates as to when my car would be completed due in large part to a failure to communicate with their vendors and me regarding parts availability, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, during the windshield installation process, they left installation material at the edge of the windshield, damaged the headliner, and left paint scratches on the A pillar. Also, 1.5 hours AFTER I picked up my car, a representative called to inform me my car would be available for pick up the following day after they checked the repair and washed the car. Their right hand apparently does not communicate with the left hand.

Quality of work was awful Im not the type to give reviews but this has been a headache. My car was in the shop for over a month. Since my insurance company only covers up to 30 days of rental I was left without a car. When I picked up my car it was still not finished, it was drivable but work still needed to get done the paint/buff work was horrible you can see holograms and swirls, the rim was still damaged, and the wheel well still needed to get replaced, compound was left all over the work area it was a sloppy job, also they didnt fix damage on the back door of the car. I was told they didnt fix the back door damage because it was not in the insurance work order and they concentrated in fixing the area that was mostly damaged. I was told to bring the car back when the wheel well part came in and they would refurbish the rim and buff the car again and talk to my insurance company about fixing the damage on the back door. Same day I picked up my car I began to hear a beep noise coming from the front of the car also for some reason the ash tray was jammed, I couldnt even charge my phone I had to use the backseat charger. When the wheel well part came in I took my car back to Chapman to get the rest of the car fixed. When I went back to pick up my car the car still had Holograms and swirls and compound left all around the work area. The car began to make the beeping noise I had been hearing the technician was also able to hear it but he couldnt figure out where the noise was coming from or what was causing it. I was told to take it to the Mercedes dealership and get the engine looked at there to figure out what was causing the noise and to also bring the car back to get it buffed out again. As I was driving out of Chapman the compartment above the ashtray, popped open and wouldnt close back up, I kept pushing it to close and it wouldnt close, for some reason that was now broken after the jammed ashtray was fixed. I took my car back to Chapman for the 3rd time to get the rid of the Holograms and swirls. When the car was brought out to me it looked like the swirls were gone but as I looked at the lower part of the car the marks where still there at this point Im upset its my 3rd time having to come and get the car buffed. Compound is all over the work area still, over spray is all over the hood, windows, tire and so on. It was just a sloppy job. I told them if I get a wall replaced at my house I expect the area to get cleaned? then Im told they cant cover fixing the compartment thats broken because its wear and tear I would have to pay out of pocket for that. So it just so happen to brake from the time I dropped it off to the 2nd time I had to drop it off till the time I picked it up?, wear and tear in one day? Since my cars back door damage was never fixed by Chapman and my insurance did cover for the damages since it was part of the car accident, Im not getting work done hear or recommending anyone work gets over looked and if something brakes your held responsible for the damages.

Sadly, my family and I had an accident. They told us to go to the Chapman Collision Center. It was a very stressful, difficult day. From the person who drove us in the tow truck, to Luis Espinoza, who received us at the collision center, we began to feel some relieve in the middle of all this situation. They were very empathetic about our situation. Luis Espinoza went above and beyond! The service staff was very communicative about the status of our vehicle.

I had to travel for work and something flew up and hit my window this if my first car and the first time I ever had to experience anything like this. Victor was amazing he was so nice he explained everything to me went over all my options with me and called to check in and give me updates. He told me it was gonna take a week for my car to be done and it was done a day early he gave me a call so I could pick it up ASAP so I wouldn’t be without a car. He was so professional I hope nothing ever happens to my car again but if anything does I will most definitely call Victor again for his help!

Three weeks ago I had an accident, the Chapman Collision Center has excellent customer service they helped me to contact my insurance due to the bad reception I had during the accident. The collision center kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process and they left my car as it had never been in an accident. I totally recommend this place to have your car worked on.

First I was told it would take 1 week for the repairs on my Honda Pilot. Next it would take an additional 3 to 4 days, the insurance hadnt approved all repairs. Then another week very frustrating not having been informed from the beginning on the time it would take.

I was very happy and impressed with my experience at Chapman. Tom was the manager and great to work with as I had to leave car in Tucson although I live in Phoenix, so I could use a family members car while mine was being repaired. They worked great with my insurance and the car looks fantastic -- way better than I imagined. I got it back sooner than we originally expected and I would definitely take the time to use them again if I have to have body work done again. Worth the trip and thanks much.

Dont let the misposted reviews about buying a car confuse you; this is a body shop, not a dealership. I brought my car here for repairs and was thrilled with the results. The car ran and looked great. My estimator kept me updated on the repairs, explained what was being done, what to expect, and even took care of some non-related glass work while my vehicle was there. The manager was very friendly and approachable and stopped to just chat while I was waiting to pick up my car. Everything is covered under a lifetime warranty and the fact that they have a car rental company on site was a nice bonus as well. A great experience all around.

I took my car here to get a dent in the hatchback door fixed or the whole door replaced. I was paying out of pocket so there was no need to wait for insurance. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready the following Thursday at the latest. I planned a job interview out of state for 6 days after the pick up date. I called Chapman the Thursday I was suppose to pick it up (because they never called with an update) and they told me it wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready until the following Monday, which was the day I was planning to leave to go out of state. I had to push back my travel plans because of their poor time estimation. They didnt even have it ready Monday morning (after I insisted I need it asap), instead I finally picked it up that afternoon so I couldnt really start my trip that day. They were able to fix the dent without replacing the whole door, which did save me quite a bit of money. The finished job was nicely done but I just wish the time frame to complete the work was more accurate so I couldve planned accordingly.

I went to Chapman with a difficult body repair that my insurance company did not want to cover. After consulting with Tom Hiller and Eric Thrall, they were able to not only have a great solution for my repair but also were able to explain to my insurance company why it should be covered under my policy. And yes, the insurance covered it.They got the repairs done in a timely matter and also went above and beyond when both Tom and Eric personally washed my vehicle. In the dress shirts and ties!!I highly recommend that people in need of body repair should use Chapman. I have been to plenty of other body repair shops and been very disappointed but not here. I have not had to have repairs done in quite some time, so I was at a loss on where to go. Chapman Collision came recommended to me, so I gave them a try. I dropped my car off and was set up with a rental with no problems at all. Later that day I received the estimate and we went from there. They took the time to explain to me how the process worked, and although the accident was not my fault, they educated me on how the insurance companies deal with the claims. I got my car back pretty quickly, and it looked great, they actually even fixed a small area near the accident damage( not accident related), just so my car would look new again. When I came to pick up my car, I met with the manager Tom Hiller, and I cant say enough good things about him. I work in a customer service industry, and I can say he/they went above and beyond. Very happy with my experience, and I wish more people would take the time to post the good experiences! Highly recommended!

I’ve had my car repaired here twice in the last six months. First time was fine, second time my car was returned to me a mess! There was paint overspray all over my windshield and paint “dust” all over the inside of my car. Every a/c vent, every speaker, every nook and cranny of my car has white dust. I keep my car very clean and feel like it will never be the same. The manager did offer(after telling me there was no such thing as paint dust) to have me drop it off for 4 hours to have their guys detail it but at this point I’d rather pay someone I trust.

I just purchased a used vehicle there. Everyone was really helpful and nice at first. It wasnt until I signed the paperwork that this experience turned into a nightmare. When I test drove the car both I and the salesman heard that the brakes were squeaking badly. I told him that was a concern and he told me that they could easily have that fixed in 2 days. I came back 2 days later and he told me the car was ready to go only to drive it home and hear the awful noise again. Its been an on going battle ever since. Ive called multiple times, spoken to multiple people, and Im still driving this new car with squealing brakes. Its embarrassing. I have no hope of them ever fixing this issue. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Its been over a month and we are having to take the truck back a fourth time because they cant get the alignment correct and the the truck bed still isnt on correctly. They also routed the wiring harnesses incorrectly and broke the securement clips. The parking brake did not work correct then made a loud pop noise and works right now. I asked them what they found and they said it was fine. I also had to show them they didnt straighten the leaf spring perch and they had to redue that as well. They also say the frame is straight but cant show me any measurements. Im completely discussed with the service and quality.

READ MY ENTIRE POST. I agreed to let them do repairs on my vehicle because my insurance company suggested so. All they have done so far is make unsubstantiated excuses as to why ALL the damages to my vehicle caused by the collision should NOT be covered by the insurance company.Okay, earlier in the repair process I said the above. Now, I am increasing my rating from one star to four. After the manager was involved in the process, the appropriate measures were taken. The manager Tom went well above and beyond to correct my issues and insure that my vehicle was restored to pre- collision status and that I was made comfortable and informed. I only leave my previous rant as a reminder of what frustrated and stressed customers can and do feel during their personal and individual vehicle collision experiences. But the Chapman Collision shop did go the full ten yards to redeem themselves with regards to my personal negative, initial, experience. Overall, a good organization that does outstanding repair work. They just had a hiccup initially with me. It happens. No organization is perfect and just as we the customers are only human, so too are the hard working staff at the repair shop.

Horrible experience, I was quoted one price but when my truck was ready (one week after the date I was told) they told me the total had changed to $800 more than the price I was told they would not exceed. When I spoke to the manager about this his response was pretty much, tough luck. I suggest anywhere else but this place.

I am not convinced that my car was repaired correctly. My bumper had almost completely torn off from getting caught on a concrete block when parked. I tried to make do by having it reattached with clips my cousin gave me. On the recommendation of Chapman Honda, I finally took it in to Chapman Collision to have it repaired the proper way. They repaired it but then bumper started coming away on the drivers side again after it was scraped on a curb while being parked--this is not Chapmans fault, of course. But after reexamining, I noticed that the fender cover on the passenger side was very very worn away, which means there was little to nothing for the bumper to be securely fastened to. I believe this fender cover was worn out prior to my bringing the car to Chapman Collision and it should have been noticed by them and fixed then, which would have made my bumper more securely fastened.

Went in for insurance repair on driver quarter panel (speedway location) left with a line of overspray on decklid and door. They told me a molding was discotinued so they glued the broken molding on (unpainted) The taillights weather strip was rolled underneath. And 3 fisheyes above my gas cap.

They damaged my car while it was being repaired, then refused to fix what they damaged. Also, worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not call me when my car was completed. There was tape residue left all over where they had prepared it for painting. I did not receive any update phone calls nor did they verify all repairs were covered by the insurance before they did them so I had to argue with the insurance company to get them covered. All work was supposed to be verified by the collision.center before done. The whole process was a disaster!

So this one is really hard for my wife and I. We have no problem with the work. The work was quality. The car is driving great. Our problem is with the time between dropping off the car and picking it up a month later. So heres what happened:Geico has you take your car to any shop you want to, but THEY have to come out to whatever shop you take it to and assess it themselves. We were understanding that that was out of Chapmans hands. We took the car to Chapman because it was the collision center associated with the dealership that we bought it from. They assigned Patrick to our car. We met with him, he was very nice, he assessed the initial damage that he could see and we went on our way. We were told that they would handle everything from there and that as soon as they got Geico out there, they would let us know what the story was with regards to how long the repairs would take. This was January 11th.Fast forward two weeks: We havent heard anything at all from Chapman, and definitely hadnt heard anything from Patrick. So I call up Chapman. Patrick isnt there. I talk with Phil. He tells me Oh yeah so we havent been able to get Geico to come out because they say they arent accepting liability. So I call Geico and after about 10 minutes of bullying them, they assign a claims adjuster. The next morning at 9 AM, we have a writeup from Geico and a promise that everything will be done by January 31st. If we had known that Chapman was having a problem, if someone had communicated that to us, we could have solved that issue much quicker. But we didnt get so much as a phone call the first two weeks that Chapman had our car.So, fast forward to January 31st. Still no communication. So im assuming we are good to go, it should be done. But I figure I should call. So I do. I finally get a hold of Patrick. He tells me it wont be done that day. But he tells me hopefully itll be done Thursday or Friday (February 2nd or 3rd). I ask if we can get a phone call on Friday letting us know if its done. He agrees to that, no problem. So then, it gets to Friday. No phone call. So we go down there. Patrick comes in and tells us it wont be done today. Nothing about the fact he didnt call or communicate that to us. He says its been reassembled and hes hoping itll be done Monday. I call Monday to ask if its done or not. They transfer me to Patrick. He says they had to take the car apart again. I ask if its been put back together. He says he isnt sure, but would I like him to go and check on it and call before the end of the day that day with an update? I say absolutely, because at this point, its been almost a month of this where I have to keep calling to find out something that should have been communicated to me.Monday ends. No call. Tuesday ends. Nothing. Wednesday rolls around (February 7th). Still no call. So at this point I am pretty much ready to do whatever it takes to get my wifes car back. I call Chapman again at the end of my work day. I tell the lady at the front desk the situation and she gets me in contact with the manager. This happens to be Phil. Great! Phil gets on and remembers our phone call a few weeks ago and immediately is apologetic and confused as to why we havent been communicated with. He then gives me his personal cell phone and from then on, texts me every time he has an update. Phil was excellent every time we met or spoke with him.Long story short is this: The work is 5 stars. The lack of communication was unacceptable and frustrating. Make sure if you take your car to Chapman, that you ask for Phil. He will take care of you and is truly 2nd to none. Id recommend him to anyone. If we had had him from the beginning, combined with the work that was done, this rating would be much higher. My wife and I are completely understanding of the fact that sometimes work on a car can take longer. In fact often times, even. But we just wanted to be communicated with and instead were left in the dark about it.Thanks so much again for the work done to the car. The car is working great.

The time I had to take my car in when it was involved in an accident, people I have referred there, or people who I have talked with who used Chapmans services, all the conversations have been the same; Chapman Collision Center returned the vehicles like nothing ever happened and they were taken care of in a timely manner. The quality of repair is like no other in town and if you care about receiving your vehicle back looking like an accident never took place, take it to Chapman Collision.

Yesterday, Tuesday at approximately 8:45am I got a flat tire going to my doctors appointment at the VA CBOC clinic traveling on I 10 east. Fortunately, I was not far from the S Palo Verde turnoff, so I took that turnoff. I stopped on the shoulder of the road and started to look for a tire repair shop on my cell phone. It gave me the address and telephone number of Chapman Auto Collision Center which was about 2 or three blocks south from where I was parked. I called Chapman Auto and told the person about the flat tire. Told her I needed to have my vehicle towed and asked if she can call a towing company to tow my vehicle, this she did. After about 45 minutes had passed the towing truck came and towed it to Chapman Auto Collision. I asked the receptionist if the towing charge could be added to my Chapman bill. After about 15 minutes later an employee came up to me and said his boss was waving the towing charges and that he was going to have the spare tire mounted onto my car. This is when I found out that Chapman does not do tire repair/-replacement. They gave the directions to Jack Furrier Tire center. The employee gave me his bosss business card so I could thank him from the bottom of my heart. In fact, I did not have to spend any money for having the spare tire mounted. The persons name who waved all charges was Tom Hiller. He was an outstanding person to talk to. He took the time to chat with me for about 20 minutes. Knowing the position he has at Chapmans and the busy schedule he has he still took the time to chat with me. That is the type of person he is and anyone would surely be proud to work under him.

These ppl are the worst customer service I have seen in some time. You never get a person to talk to when you call. Everytime, you get a voice mail. Guaranteed. Even if you leave a voice mail, you almost never get called back. I guess they have a monopoly and really dont care.

In Aug. I got an estimate to fix my antenna and fender and was told parts would take about 3 days to get. A week later, still no parts. Another week later, estimator said there was a national back order, he would call. Checked 2 weeks later, still no parts. Estimator never would return any of my phone calls. 2 weeks ago here I am still calling and he tells me I should call the dealership to see if the parts are in. There was a descrepancy concerning a part so the dealership faxed a picture to the estimator to make sure we were talking apples to apples. Checked back again the next day and the estimator says hes still waiting for the fax (whick was sent the day before). He tells me well, you know this isnt going thru insurance (does that mean my money isnt as good as theirs?), and frankly me and my crew dont know too much about Jeep Libertys and he has about 900 things going on and hell call. Here it is, 2 weeks later and Im still waiting. This is the worst customer service I have every experienced.

How and where do I begin. I and my family are all Honda fans and each have had multiple Hondas and are always recommending people to buy buy buy Honda. Recently in the last two years weve purchased two new additions to our Honda family and have had to have had work done to both plus an existing Honda in the last year. Tom Hiller the Collision Shop Manager has gone above and beyond ANY & ALL expectations weve had and provided us with excellent customer service. I am a very difficult person to satisfy and am a stickler for customer service, Tom and his team have not only provided my family and I top notch service but have delivered on all repairs and have in my book become family friends. I first met Tom last November when our 2011 Honda Accord was backed into at the grocery store and the person left leaving us to pay our $500 deductible to repair it. Not six months later it was back in the Collision Center because again someone backed into it at Pima College but this time a note was left and we were fortunate to have it repaired with no cost to us. I inspect our vehicles daily and hold anyone accountable when the vehicles are in the possession of someone else, Tom returned our vehicle showroom ready. This July our 2007 Honda Accord was involved in an accident with an animal that caused front end damage. Tom addressed all of my concerns and went up to bat for me with my own insurance company to make sure everything was covered related to the accident. My insurance company tried to use the fact of the age of the vehicle but Tom didnt back down and the car is back to proper operating order. Last Friday we went to Chapman Honda to look at a 2013 Honda Accord and feel in love with it. On the back bumper and around the car there were very little minor nicks that were a deal breaker but I took the car to the Collision Center to see Tom personally and get a quote on repairs. Needless to say we signed papers Saturday afternoon and bought the car because we couldnt pass up the deal Tom presented to us and we cant be happier.I offer up my name to anyone to verify my vehicles and repairs, talk to Rose Ballis in Sales and my Service Advisors Chris Graves or Carl Arrington and they will tell you just how many Hondas my family and I have had and can verify any repairs. Tom Hiller and the Chapman Collision Center have earned customers for life.

Manager was a total jerk and the work wasnt great at all. I have alot of negatives and the only positive was the coffee machine in the lobby smh. Beware of what you sign most importantly. I went in for an estimate came out a month later with shitty work.

Work done on the car was o.k. But customer service is deplorable. The cover for my hitch was not given at the time of the repair, after that it has taken weeks to have the cover. After 4 weeks from the repair I am still waiting for a call back. I originally purchased the vehicle at Chapman Honda, and was not that impressed with the purchase at the time. After this incident I am not going back to Chapman.
