I wanted to say thank you for the timely, professional, and affordable service I received on my vehicle today. My car is lowered on coil overs and needed an alignment and TCR II willingly worked on it when several shops wouldn’t. They gave me a recommendation for my rear suspension and I will be back on my next day off so they can install the camber correction kit. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Theyre priced very competitively and are thorough in there work and analysis of your vehicle. The advice they gave was perfect in allowing me to know which steps to take to get my car in tip top shape. Great shop. First of all, the guy who is actually going to do the work on your car takes you into the bay and shows you exactly whats wrong. As a woman I find this particularly refreshing because most mechanics treat you like you wouldnt know a brake pad from a dirty diaper. Theres a nice waiting area with comfy chairs. They tell you just how long the work is going to take, do it, and then get you out of there. Their rates are posted and reasonable. All in all, TRC II is one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had with car repairs.

The quality of the workmanship and the parts they used to replace the suspension on my 2008 F250 Lariat was outstanding. The truck performs so well now and they guarantee their labor and parts! My Toyota truck was not handling well, especially on the freeway. I was not pleased with my current tire, balance and alignment shop I had been going to for years because they had been bought out by another company, resulting in the service quality going down. I did some research and read some of the reviews about TCR II since one of their specialties is alignment. TCR II doesnt balance wheels, I got my wheels balanced where I purchased the tires before I arrived at my alignment appointment.I was very pleased with my experience, the alignment mechanic even spoke with me, showed me the specs of where the alignment was off and discussed the issue of it drifting to the right on the freeway. As soon as the alignment was done I tested it on the freeway and no drifting. The truck even rolls better because the toe angle was corrected.Im very pleased with the service, the price was much less than other tire and alignment shops I have gone to before. TCR II is my new alignment shop!

I have 1964 Mercury Comet that is set up for Autocross Racing. Been having trouble with front tire wearing out. This is all racing suspension. I have been to three other shops and no success. TCR FOUND THE PROBLEM. I am very happy and will always be back.

My mechanic wanted to do job on lower control arm on my Subaru Forester 2018 with 46K. He said he cant do alignment on my car. I came to TCRII for a second opinion. It took them 30 minutes to figure out that the lower control arm is perfectly fine and the car doesnt need alignment at all. They saved me $800! They are very honest.

I was in a rush to leave on a trip and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. I had just finished a installing a lift and doing some front end work and the truck was far from spec. When I got it back it drove like a dream. They were very friendly and clearly know their business.

Great and outstanding customer service. Went in to get leveling kit install on my Ford F-150. The cost was in my budget and the overall look after the upgrade was awesome. Mike was very informative and really knew how to explain the changes and what to expect with the drive. Absolutely on time, on price, and on the money! I would trust these guys with anything I can ride. I took a COMPLETELY off the wall project by there, knowing I would be along like the other shops in town. I called all the shops first, and was told naw, or stop by, and no thanks. When I called, the gentleman encouraged me to bring it by, and stay outta the heat driving around. A technician went out, listened while explained. We went inside, and he explained to his boss, whom I could tell was apprehensive. Next thing I knew, I had a hard estimate in hand and a ride home while they pampered my ride. Excellent service and quality care. My car was pulling to the right. Went to two other alignment places before I found TCR. TCR diagnosed the true issue with my alignment. Unfortunately, to repair the real cause of my misalignment would cost me thousands of dollars. However, TCR adjusted a couple things with my alignment and rotated my tires so they don’t wear incorrectly. I barely feel the pull now and my drive feels smooth and more secure. Thank you TCR.

TCR II has always been good to me. I have taken a couple of my cars to them throughout the years. Theyve always been honest with me and reasonable with their prices.

However, there is DEFINITELY opportunities with customer service and professionalism from some so I wont bash everyone there and you guys as a whole.REPLY- you guys should have my information as this review was requested by you guys sent to my email? And this was resolved with the management already (which i appreciate for the work done but not the words said).. which i communicated with the personnel that told me he was the owner.. Diversity! TCRII just installed a 2.5 lift on my Can Am Commander. Done quick and on time just as they stated. When dealing with Tony or Mike... theyve always explained things straight up. Came in for a front end alignment and was happy to hear that should it fall out of alignment within 6mo I could return for a free one-time adjustment. Three weeks afterward, the truck became misaligned but I didn’t have time to come in until almost 4 months after the original appointment. I was then told that I would have to pay for an alignment because the truck was modified, regardless of what I had been lead to believe initially. After a short discussion they owned their mistake and honored what they had previously told me. Any future alignments will be my responsibility, which is fair, but the fact that they took ownership of their mistake says a lot about their character and business operations.

Employees that go out of there way to make things perfect! Will be taking my vehicle back here for all suspension related services. Would highly recommended!

What I liked about Mike was that even though I asked about all the latest bells and whistles, he didnt relent nor take advantage of my ignorance. He dialed me back to what I only needed. All I needed was just a more comfortable ride that didnt cause excessive and irregular wear on my new tires.Mike also mentioned that they are a full-service shop. We were treated with such respect, kindness and professionalism. They repaired our truck the 1st time, unlike another shop that charged us and could not fix anything. Every single person we came in contact with was knowledgeable and kind and appears to love what they are doing! I would highly suggest this shop!

First time taking my truck to this shop. Love the customer service, calendaring my appointment, follow up on what they found etc. The team checked my truck out and let me know that my brakes were fine, no work needed. They test drove it twice and then checked all four brakes including using a micrometer to measure brake pads and rotors. I will be taking my truck back to them from here on out. TCR2 just recently replaced my upper and lower control arms, timing belt and valve cover gaskets on my Lexus LS430. Car rides like new and is running excellent. When I walked in I was not greeted in any manner, not even we will be right with you. I stood around for like 3 minutes and was asked how can I help you. I stated I had an appt at 9 and gave my name. The man (I didnt get his name) was like oh we spelled your name wrong. Lets fix that. After that he took my keys and I turned to sit down and wait as I had work I could do. He said oh you are waiting. I replied yes. He stated well it is going to take a few hours. I told him I was aware. After this the tech that went to get my truck, but went to a green stock GMC....my truck was a lifted white Chevy K1500. I had to walk out and tell the tech that wasnt my car as everyone else was to busy talking to each other. I do have an issue with a lack of customer service, I wasnt even offered to make any appt. Just charged $35 dollars and given a sheet stating that I need $1200 (roughly) of work. Nothing else. Expect the statement, that it wasnt my fault.For me the people clearly were putting out that they did not want new business.

They do really good work. No complaints there as they are experts at what they do. Just always overbooked and attention to detail is a bit lacking. I have ended up 1 or 2 different lug nuts than the ones I had. But no other issues

Took a truck in for alignment. Could not align due to worn parts. Gave me an estimate to do repairs. Just had all steering components replaced prior to taking truck to them. Had less than 20 miles on all steering components. Still refused to do alignment.Would not recommend this business.

There is nothing to complain about at TCR II.I brought my 2007 F 250 in for an alignment.They notced some issues, explained it in detail. They did not pressure us into using thier services. Brought the truck back after our mechanic did the repairs. Gave us a credit from the initial diagnostic visit.Truck drives nice and straightI highly recommend thier service.

I went in for an alignment and balance and rotation of tires, I also asked them to pin point a squeak I was having. They were able to show me what was causing my squeak and although it couldn’t be fixed that day (needed special parts) they helped me find where to get the parts. Instead of doing an alignment that I would need to do again anyway, they informed me it wouldn’t be worth it to do it twice. I loved their honesty and helpfulness. I will be bringing it back to them once I get what I need for it!

The quote was $1,000, I had an appointment on Monday morning and they were going to be done on Monday afternoon or Tuesday at the latest.On Wednesday, they told me that they are not working on my vehicle because they have customers with appointments who take precedence.On Thursday afternoon, after I had to call them about the status twice, they finally had it done. The bill was more than $1,800. No apology for the delay or the 80% price increase.

I like these guys just because they clearly know what they’re doing I’m not sure if prices are reasonable because I’ve never gotten the kind of work that I need to get done, done anywhere before(but I will be doing my research). 1300+ dollars is a lot of money to me currently and in these times, however I would trust them to do the work absolutely because I can see that their vehicles are done with expertise but again those are “their” vehicles.I am pretty confident that they do good work for sure and I have always wanted the type of vehicles that they have and I know it cost to have the best work done.I would confidently have work done on my truck or any future trucks at this place.I totally respect and agree with the response.

I had a recurring problem with my brakes shaking. I had 2 other mechanics fix it. Each time it was fixed the problem resurfaced within hours of taking the truck home. TCR II was highly recommended by a co-worker. I dropped off the truck and they had the problem diagnosed the same day. It took a few days to get the parts but they installed them quickly and for a good price. I have driven the truck over 500 miles since they fixed the brakes and have had no problems! I will be using them for all my brake and suspension work!

This place sucks at communication and their quotes are a joke. They will charge you more than what they quoted you. I do not recommend this business, they need to work on their customer service skills big time.

I believe they did a good job. Breaks felt great after service, however the communication to the customer could have been a lot better. I was told it would typically take an hour when I made the booking so I waited for the service. I was not updated during my wait or offered any water. I had to keep asking for an update. I was there for 5 hours with nothing to eat or drink. I would have spent my time better if I had known it would have taken half that time. It was clear that my time didn’t matter. I was dissatisfied with customer service but satisfied with car service and final price. I would use this service again but I will not wait there.

Gave Mike a 4 star this time and explained that despite an appointment time scheduled the oil change + took nearly 90 minutes for a 2011 Prius. First time for a minor disappointment. Work is good, prices are fair. Customer waiting area is attractive and clean and new reclining chairs are a nice addition. Have used alignment service in the past and it is top notch.

Got my first lift and new set of tires down here back in 2017 and was very happy with the outcome! Came back last week to get some ball joints/wheel bearings/hubs and transmission fluid pan replaced and my truck is running flawlessly again! Very professional, easy going set of guys and straight to the point. I am about 45 min drive away from them but if I ever have any suspension issues I will always go to them first!

My truck was quoted and lift ordered due to covid and shipping it took a bit but was still pretty quick kept in touch with owner tony great communication dropped my truck off was quoted a day in a half but they found some other steering components that needed to be addressed took an extra day but three techs busted it out and stayed late to get it done and did an awesome job thank you jesus, jj, and miguel for staying late to get me my truck asap everything was done quality

Mike was great! Had my Tracker lifted. I brought the wrong parts (twice). He was pretty patient with me, showed me the correct thing to order. I asked them to look at a couple other little things, and they were quick to call me to give me feedback. Work was exactly as quoted and done exactly on time as expected. Would highly recommend!
