Seriously debated between a and one star with just how irritated I am and a three-star because it could totally be worse So Im settling on it two.We bought some tires here just over a year ago and have had a lot of issues. Granted some of the initial issues did come from us, But their lack of communication just made everything worse.We literally have to go out of our way to ask them what went wrong with the tires. They wont just offer you this information. They also dont give you any kind of receipt or record of what they did on the follow-ups.Weve also been there multiple times and for the first handful of times that we had to go in they didnt have our information in the system at all. Luckily when we first came the first representative we talked to really emphasize keeping the receipt so we still had all of that handy so that our warranty was still being honored.But honestly the quality of the tires the quality of their service - I would not buy tires from them ever again.Im literally to the point where Im sick of this building even just passing it.All that said, they have honored our warranty. They do take care of us the same day.But they have a lot they need to figure out to make this place better.

The guys at Embassy tire & wheel call you to remind you about tire rotation. Thats nice when you get busy and forget. Showed up 30 minutes early & they still got me right in. I went to Discount tire like i had for years & waited my turn behind a man that couldnt make a choice on tires but when it i got to the counter the rep showed me 1 set of tires & left me standing there while he went on to the next customer. I didnt feel they cared about giving me a choice so i went to Embassy tire & they waited & answered all my questions while giving me multiple options at a better price. Im now an Embassy tire customer.

Super slow. I honestly have been going for a couple years because the team is pretty friendly and easy to work with. However, the last 3 times I’ve waited 45 minutes to either put a tire on (it was already ready), or to take the wheel off and show me the puncture. I was the first customer at 8am both times. One of the team members told me they had to get everything set up first so it took that long. They should do that before they open. I could have put the wheel in in 5 minutes.

I’ve been here for my tires and car maintenance and these men are all great! I had to get my tires rotated and an oil change. They were able to work with me because i had a Groupon for another company but they went out of their way to match it.

Let me just start by saying Elmer, Cisco, and Sam are solid dudes. You have to give Cisco a little extra time because, well he played football (he has suffered a few concussions). I called Embassy T&W for a used tire. Sam said they had one in stock and quoted me a reasonable price - he said he would lower the price if I left them a favorable review. When I got there and while inspecting the tire, I asked Sam if the tire had any flat repairs on it. He said he did not know anything about any used tire that comes in to his store, and declined to provide a clear yes/no answer. I inspected the tire further and found multiple flat repairs and patches. Before I could say anything he offered to quote me the price of a new tire. Disappointed by his reluctance to give me an honest answer about the flat repairs on the used tired, I decided not to proceed with buying a used or a new tire at Embassy T&W. He seemed puzzled by my decision. When I explained to him the reason for my decision, he asked me not to scold him about used tires.While he and I were talking, another worker, stepped in between us, extended his hand, his hand and voice shaking in anger, and sarcastically said, Thank you, Good bye!! Sam put his hands in front of this worker to keep him from getting any closer to me, and I proceeded to leave, telling them, I would be sure to leave that review Sam had requested. The worker who had interrupted us, yelled, My name is Tattoo. My name is Tattoo. Be sure to put that in your review. Therefore, at his request, I am doing so.I then drove two minutes down the street to Contreras Tire Shop at 1153 W Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705 and bought a used tire, balanced and installed for $30, within 10 minutes.

I have been back to Embassy 4 time to get a single wheel sensor replaced. The first time they too busy asked me to return an hour latter. I wwas then asked to return 3 hours latter at which time I had to wait for an hour for them to change the sensor after which the computer still could not read the new sensor due to scantool not being able to conect to the computer. They sent me out saying the light would go off on its own. Aftrr driving the car the tire senser dash light was still blicking meaning that the sensor was still bad. After checking found all sensors working but could not connect to the computer. Asked to reurn on Saturday at which time I was told to wait as they were busy. Pretty sad considering this was an unsolved problem from the day before.

Not only did I keep returning for other things like brakes and new rotors, I referred friends and family. These guys are some of the most understanding and trustworthy group of guys that i have come across through any shop here. They have helped me beyond belief and have helped me when I was severely struggling. I got Toyos on my 350z (keep in mind I hate letting anyone touch my car) and they did it with care and precision, they didnt disrespect my pride and joy and on top of that, saved me some money! I wish I remember who I was working with but it was one of the owners im pretty sure. Later on they helped me out in such a HUGE way during my time of struggle and again showed me that same respect and care to not only my vehicle but me as well. This is the type of genuine, trustworthy car guys you just cant find in your average tire shop. They really care, theyre so genuine and respectful. I am a permanent customer and if youve gotten this far reading, skip the trouble and take your car to these guys. I can’t say enough about this tire shop, I’m a military veteran, just recently got out of the marine corps driving to California, while driving through Tuscon, I caught a flat looked at a local tire shop and seen this shop about a mile out, and wow am I impressed, not only did Sam Mejia took care of me and my Honda but turns out he’s a marine veteran as well, I was in and out in no time and on the road back home! I have been a loyal customer since 2011. Since then I have bought tires, rims, balance, rotations, and every 3 months oil changes. The prices are great and it is a local business. Recently I got an oil change and Im not sure If I will be going back. I noticed I dont really see the owner anymore and the guys that work there have been playing around alot in the shop everytime I go in. I went a few days ago and the guys were yelling, laughing and playing around. It took over 2 hours to get my oil change and there was only one car in the garage before me. I do want to acknowledge Jorge. Everytime I go in he is very helpful and professional. I only recommended going in when the owner is in, or when Jr or Jorge are in.

Phenomenal facility! Ive had an experience with these guys man! My ride runs on 24s and everywhere in Tucson tries to finesse for pricing as far as tires. They may not keep them in stock all the time but definitely within the next business day and they will have them with a great price! Love it. I get great customer service 24/7 and they will help to the best that they can to get you the bang for your buck but also with quality .Sam is awesome along with Junior and Senior. Embassy tire was great. I was able to get in right away, they diagnosed an issue with my tire that was caused by another shop. Sam was awesome, explained what the issue was, did not try to up sell on anything and was also pretty funny. Services are also very affordable. I will be back.
