Upbeat and funny staff, very clean and welcoming. Took our truck in with transmission issues, needed to be swapped and we anticipated at least 5 days without our truck. Mike gives us a call the next afternoon letting us know we can pick up the truck at the end of the business day, it was complete. Chris was able to get it done in a day for us. What an amazing auto shop! The staff was great and very honest, which is refreshing this day and age. The manager, Mike, was super accommodating and very detailed which help me tremendously with a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle by inspecting many important parts of the vehicle. He saved me a lot of money and not getting conned by someone passing off a vehicle that had some serious need of replacing parts. Manager dealt with a disturbance very well! A man came in and started questioning people about whether they were vaccinated or not and the manager immediately stepped in and kicked him out. Because of the disturbance, manager did not charge me for my oil change. Will definitely go back!!

Awesome experience. Being a woman and walking in alone, with a vehicle in distress, I did not feel taken advantage of at all. I was barely able to make it into the shop, smoke coming from under hood, smelling hot, and having no clue what was wrong with my Jeep. the manager identified the problem quickly, showed me the belt off of its track (?), and then the broken pulley as the originating problem. For a very reasonable price, ordered the part and fixed the problem. Threw in an oil change as well. They have my business, No Doubt!

I own a 2013 Lexus IS 350 F Sport.I had been having my brakes serviced at the Sierra Vista store for over 2 years.They never got my brakes right they squeaked nonstop. I took my car back to them no less than six times.They finally told me that they would fix them one last time but if it didnt stop there was nothing more they could do.I left Sierra Vista that morning and my brakes were even worst just after a few miles.I took it to the store on 260 W Ina Rd near my Tucson home.I talked to the manager BOBBY GROVES he let my know with great confidence that he would indeed fix my brakes.Bobby did his research and ordered my some new brakes and my car has ran like it was brand new ever since.I after going back and forth for over 2 years had my car back again.I gave those guys a big old hug and took them a few pizzas.I would like to thank the entire team at the Ina store for doing such a great job and to also let them know that they have a customer for life.Thank you again Bobby Groves and the Brake Master team on Ina rd in Tucson!!!

About the best service you can expect from a shop. The guy at the counter (Sorry I forgot his name!) was incredibly polite and helpful. As a young woman I was very relieved to be treated so respectfully. I believe I paid an honest price for honest work and I didn’t wait any longer than I expected to. I had a transmission oil leak I check the car before take it to shop they said it was the transmission pan seal they fix it $300 plus tax next day I see the same oil leak coming from the same spot. Call them they told me to bring truck back now they said it’s the transmission pump seal and need to be replace but they don’t do that kind of job at break master and that I have to take it to a transsmission shop now I’m short $350 with the same transmission leak they didn’t do nothin even corporation because I call . Never taking any of my cars back to the shop becarful people when u take it to this shop. Obviously they are not break masters mechanics 👨‍🔧

Called ahead one day later after missing an appointment and store manager Bobby was great over the phone and just told me to bring it in and theyll take care of it quickly.Whole staff was nice and the tech Joe who worked on my car in the bay was great as well. Walked me through every issue and showed me, even allowed me to come along for the test drives to see the process they were kind throughout the entire service, thank you guys again.

Jay and Bobby continue to impress. I had my car towed to the shop and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem that the alternator failed. Bobby Groves (Store Manager) and his team are not only professional but they go above and beyond the call of duty. The work they perform is first class and they ensure integrity every step of the way. You can TRUST this shop not only with getting the job done, but also with protecting your wallet. Last but not least this shop doesnt treat you like a customer they treat you like a client. What I mean is the experience doesnt stop once the transaction is over (which is what would happen if you were a customer) it continues forever (as if you were a long standing client)...Heres a prime example sometime last week someone tried to siphon gas out of my truck. Saturday my gas light turns on so I stop to get gas but to my surprise I cant get the nozzle in the tank? As I look deeper I realize that there is broken off hose in my tank. This is obviously a huge problem because Im out of gas .. In addition I am on my way to meet a client for the first time who is getting ready to pay me $25,000 for my services.. I know a few machinic but I only really trust this shop. I know my best chance to get to the client on time would be store 109. I would have been willing to pay $400-600 to solve that problem if I could of got it done quickly. So I pull in talk to Bobby and he grabs a team member gets right to work. Bam its done in 5minutes. I try to pay him and he smiles and says dont worry about it.. WOW.. I meet the client and close the deal .. You need these guys in your corner .. Bobby thank you once again for your exceptional service you have a client for life.

My alternator suddenly failed (140,000 plus miles). I called this Brake Masters store and Jay, the cordial and knowledgeable manager, was able to arrange for it to be replaced the same day while I waited in an air-conditioned waiting room which had complimentary bottles of water, a restroom, soda machine, and magazines. I would highly recommend this establishment.Follow up: They forgot to replace a part of mine which caused me inconvenience and over $125 to replace.

I came in today to get my brakes on my Fiat 500L done and had a wonderful experience. I had them inspected there last week and was blown away at the level of service i got for just the inspection. Went in today for my appointment and they were very honest. And the level of customer service i received was amazing. This is our first car so i had never had to replace anything on a car. Went to Pep boys first but wasnt impressed with the type of service I got. I will be coming here for all of my maintenance needs in the future. Matter of fact i made another appointment for my rear brakes and brake flush. They are a great place with great honest people. Thank you for making my experience wonderful

Being broken down on the side of the road is never a pleasant experience. As the panic was beginning to set in, I received a call back from Bobby, and he immediately soothed all worries. A tow truck arrived within 15 minutes, and I was at the shop in no time at all. Another mechanics mistake was corrected swiftly, and the whole ordeal only lasted two and a half hours thanks to Bobby and his crew. I cant say thank you enough! So thank you!

I went to Jay for an inspection after being quoted $1,200 for a leak from someone else. Jay was very helpful and didnt take advantage of me or my money. I ended up getting the problem fixed for a little over a $100 because the problem was only a minor one and he didnt try to charge me for a job that didnt need done. I recommend getting your car worked on here! Its been over a month and I havent had any problems!

These guy fixed what the amateurs at #240 in oro valley broke. It’s amazing what a difference good management makes w in the same franchise.I’m glad I gave the chain a second chance. Will definitely be going back to this location.

Went to a local car shop in Phoenix to see what’s wrong with my vehicle, they told me my bushings were messed up and it will cost me $1000 to fix it. Talked to my dad about it and he told me to go to this break masters by his work because they’ve always been good to him so I drove from Phoenix to Tucson to this place and it turns out the only thing wrong with my car was the hub cab and not the bushings and they saved me $1000. Highly recommend this place they are completely honest all the time!

I was concerned about the reviews, however I was blown away by customer service, knowledgeable and happy mechanics, great prices, and a beautiful facility. Seriously, I came here just for the location, but ended up asking for more services and getting a lot of maintenance taken care of. I was able to take some time doing other errands in the meantime, José talked to me on the phone, I was updated with every step. While at the location, I was able to meet the team working on my car, and even got to observe my car on the lift, as I was curious about its condition. This may have been a special case, as Im talkative and friendly, but these guys were professionals, and took care of my wife and I, and our two daily drivers. Also, with lifetime brakes, Ill be coming back for the next brake service. Keep caring for your car, and start going to location #109 for the best Tucson service!

Unacceptable. Brought my Subaru WRX here to figure out a brake problem. As soon as he gets in the car I can hear him getting into WOT. I check the boost gauge and of course he hit 22psi Of boost which is only possible when wide open throttle. Needless to say I will never be taking my car back here again.

I called these guys up they said sure come on down for brake inspection. I get there they say sorry we cant do it today were too busy now. its only 15 minutes after the phone call. So I give him another try call a few days later they say sure come on down half an hour wait no problem. I get there same thing they tell me they cant do it that they dont have the right lifts or equipment to work on my 1973 Mustang.

I originally went in because my breaks were making a funny noise. I am not very car savvy, but Bobby and Carlos helped me so much! They were so nice and explained everything; very professional!

Never have I had a brake shop tell me, Brakes are fine! There is only about 30% wear, you are good to go. They topped even that, though, with topping off the fluids and not charging for any of it!Well served, Gentlemen. Ill certainly be back again.

NOT the place to take your vehicle for AC service. I was almost another sucker story. Tried to tell me the whole system needed replacing. Glad I got a heads up about this place before entering the door. I told them I was there against better judgement. Another words, dont mess with me. Sure enough, within a few minutes I was told there was a gross leak and everything needed replacing to the tune of $840. Thanks but no thanks. Took my vehicle down the road and got an honest and competent diagnosis and repair for $150.

I took my car in to have a ton of work done (Im pretty rough on her) and they got me in that morning, no appointment needed. they were straight up with me about the price, and the work needed. He even gave me a couple discount coupons to lower my final cost! My car was put on priority and finished the same day.....did I tell u it needed a lot of work!?!? As a female, I would definitely recommend this spot. And will be going back

I dont know where all these good reviews come from. I had an appointment but I waited 45 minutes before I asked the manager what was happening and he told me it would be another half hour. I asked for my keys and refused to get them until I made another appointment. I wont describe what happened next but it was very unpleasant. I have been a BrakeMasters customer for 30 years. I have sent my friends there many times. But I always went to the store on Broadway and Campbell where Danny always provided top level professional attention. I will take may car there again tomorrow but the store at Ina and Oracle will never see me again! Incredible rudeness, even an old man slur thrown at me. Nobody needs that kind of treatment.

I was told it would take a few minutes to check AC in my car. Its been 15 minutes I went out to check on the car and see how long it was going to take. None of the techs knew about my car, they all just saw it sitting in there. Really dont appreciate my time being wasted after Ive been told it would take a few minutes. Do not go to this Brake Masters they had four people working on one car and scratching heads.

BEST Repair Shop in Tucson!!! I went to Brake Maters at Ina and Oracle and I received the best service i have ever had in my life. I had had a Radiator put in my 1989 Toyota Van by Primarily Japanese in 2011. Within a month my car overheated and that garage REFUSED to take any responsibility for the damage which they SAID was a Cracked Cylinder Head, and THAT was the reason the Check Engine Light would always be on. It would always be on they told me. Brake Masters knew more about my car than P.J. and they found that the Computer Heat Sensor was disconnected. The manager, Patrick Cooley took the time to really examine the 25 year old car, something other shops had NOT done at all.I replaced my Brakes, my front end and finally a new alternator.This Brake Masters shop fixed everything in a timely matter and did so with a great deal of compassion because I had little to spend on repairs and they worked with me in every way. The managers Patrick and Art took the time to really explain all the details of the work that would be required and they, unlike other shops, took the time for an older vehicle. I can still hear Patrick, the manager there, saying...Dr. Simpson, dont worry, We can fix almost ANYTHING! And they DID!!!! The car runs like new. The prices for the repairs were MORE than reasonable. This shop is an Honest Garage and I am taking the time to recommend this BrakeMasters as the best Repair shop in Southern Arizona!!! Brought my 1995 Volvo in for an oil change, front brakes and something loose in the front end work. Did not have an appointment but Art was extremely friendly, had a written estimate within 20 minutes, explained in detail all the repairs. Definitely did not try to upsell . Offered me a ride home. I stayed and Art kept me updated on the repair status several times. Other customers that came in were treated the same way. Final bill and estimate matched, car was clean inside and drives like new. Ill continue to go there for anything I need done. Highly recommended!

I would not go to this place. They do not appear to be honest. Every time, I went there for oil change, they were aggressive in talking me do something in addition not crucial at all. I really think they are lying just to get more business, and they appeared quite desperate to get any money. In general, Break masters should be avoided. They do not have good reputation at all.

Great service. Had problems with my breaks squealing. They identified the problem from what a dealership did wrong when servicing my breaks. They contacted the dealership and I was able to get 300.00 towards the 900.00 fix. They gave me a discount as well to help out with a large bill.

I did not get work done here. But my vehicle overheated in 100 degree weather, and this is where I managed to pull over. They welcomed me and my 2 young children into their lobby, gave us free water, made sure we were ok, and let us hang out in the a.c. until our rescue showed up. The employees made a terrible situation bearble, and for that I would like to say thank you.

New to area and went to Brake Masters for an Oil Change. They tried to overcharge me $25 and told me that my struts were leaking very bad wanted over $500. Had the struts looked at by another mechanic and they said that they were not leaking.

So our brakes had been squeaking but when they started making grinding noise, that saturday we looked for a place to take the car. Based on good reviews from Yelp, we headed to this Brake Master for a free inspection.When Patrick looked at the brakes, the rotors and pads were beyond worn out and needed to be replaced immediately, but we werent planning to or able to to pay for all that then. Because it was a safety issue and knowing that we still needed to be able to drive the car, Patrick took the time to check for other parts availability in the area and came back with a quote for half the amount which made it an option for us that day. He and the mechanic also stayed a little beyond closing time to make sure it was done that day and our car was available and safe for my wife to drive.Some people you can tell they actually care about people and their well being and thats the impression I got from dealing with Patrick. And he and our mechanic (sorry I dont remember his name) backed that up with action by what they did for us. So just wanted to say thank you.

I went in to fix my alignment . The guy said 50 to 75 bucks .... 600 bucks later, the guy said my truck would drive straight and smooth ... Came out the same as it went in with the steering pulling to the left .... They said I need to spend another 500 bucks for a steering box ... This is an admission that they misdiagnosed the situation and tried to mask it with an unessary repair ... I got ripped off !!!! Now they are constantly harrassing me on the phone leaving messages that they want to talk to me 🤔 . The talking ended after the rip off was done . Unless they have a refund for to offer ... Leave me alone before I contact the BBB and other government agencies . Go away Brake master

I called for an estimate the day before i was planning on visitingbthe store for business. The quote was great for my budget. But then when i came in the next day for service the price suddenly was increases by $100.00! ! ! When i told them what ibwas quoted the previous day via phone was, they looked at me as if i was speaking jibberish..... After back and forth conversation about if they would still honor thier original quote with me they finally came down a minute amount!?!?! Will never return again for service! They dont appreciate your business here! Plus all they look for is more ways to increase your bill! Stay away! Stay very far away from this location!!!!

Manager on duty was very deceptive and pushy. I asked for an oil change and he tried to give me new struts despite me telling him twice that I just wanted the oil change. After watching him try to deceive another customer, I asked for my keys (they hadnt yet started on my car) and I left. Very disappointing because this was my preferred place to get an oil change.

I went with a coupon of $79 . 99 for a break service. After an inspection of my vehicle, the manager and I agreed that he was going to charge me $135 plus tax for the brake job, he came up with a total amount of $149.97 while waiting for the work to be done I calculated the tax and I didnt think the tax would be nearly $14.97 when I said that the tax can not be that much he said that he added an additional $8.50 to our agreed amount for shop supply. He said that this is in the tax column.
