A year ago, my car was misfiring. They diagnosed it and replaced the thermostat as well as one of the fuel injector (the 3rd one). We were charged but was told they couldnt fix it and if we wanted we could bring my car back for another diagnostic. Obviously, I didnt go back. Now after fixing it myself, the car started misfiring again earlier this year. So I decided to put in the old thermostat they left in my trunk that they apparently replaced. The thermostat was different! The two connections were different, had four prongs instead of two. One of the tube is longer and the old one was missing a sensor. I bought myself a new thermostat and my car works amazing. Ridiculous.

Thorough, professional and informative. You may not get the cheapest quotes but a good place to check out if youve got a German car with a bit of trouble. I took my Volkswagen there for a tune-up and they were able to identify 3 additional issues that my previous mechanic could not.

Mechanics here are the equivalent of horse whisperers for European cars. These mechanics are excellent. Fast repairs, reasonable price, exceptional service. They took my classic Volvo which had been sitting for 3 years in the sun and got it running like new. They gave me a list of repairs they preformed, when I got the vehicle back, gauges and indicator lights that never worked do(these were not in the repairs listed by the shop. I had been told by another shop that a new wiring harness was required), my cars love this shop.

I wouldnt trust any of my cars to anyone else in Tucson....this is the place to take your Mercedes. I have a 2002 and Keith and his team take excellent care of this older car and I expect to have it for many, many more years to come. They are honest, fair, and fairly priced.
