Mike was very helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable dealing with Him and I observed Him helping several people including women and He has excellent customer service. The Guys in the shop are very courteous and knowledgeable and the prices were Very Fair. I will definitely be back

Honest and excellent work. Estimated 2 hours of labor and it only took one. He could have charged us for 2 but didnt. Plus a military discount on top of that. Even took our jeep in on a day he was closed, but just happened to be there.

Horrible. Charged twice for one part and charged twice for diagnostic fee. Given the runaround multiple times. One day job took 6. They left my car unlocked and window down over the weekend and someone stole stuff out of my truck because of their negligence. They kept changing their story and what was happening every time I talked to them. Rude employees.

These guys did an amazing job of boring and rebuilding my 351. I bought and brought in all the parts I wanted on/in it. They milled, balanced e.t.c Communication was great, the work was not rushed so be patient, but its worth it.Prices were great too in comparison to other places around Tucson. Make sure to give these guys a call if youre looking to get a rebuild or any maintenance.Pictures below are on the stand after getting it back. This shop is horrible. I had made an appointment to have my truck worked on, and left it there at 9:00. They had said they would get to it today. Well, I called them an hour before they closed, and spoke with Louie, and he stated they were unable to get to it, and to bring it in tomorrow, and they would put it up on the rack 1st thing in the morning and work on it, and only charge me 1/2 price. Well brought my truck in 1st thing in the morning, and went to work. called at around 3:30, and was told they would get to it in about 15 minutes. So basically I had been lied to twice, in regards to service to be done. I stated to forget it, that I would pick up my vehicle, and Jack Furriers auto said they could do the work, and get it done that day I bring it in. I lost 2 days of my vehicle sitting at Motor Works, and nothing was done. Just to let people know, this place is filled with vehicles, and Mike at the front desk is running around, answering phones, and running outside to check on vehicles. I saw 3 mechanics, and 2 cars on lifts, and a lot full of cars. I would say that this place is busy, and if they do the work on your car, it could be either a rushed job, or not done at all, like mine. I would rather pay a little more to have the work done right and on time, than to be lied to, and wasting my time, with my vehicle in their lot, not having any work done. I highly recommend to go to another shop. I would give them no stars, due to no work.

They ways us up. They turn fly wheels for us usualy in under 3 hours.

This place is wonderful. They are honest and helpful. They made my moms awful weekend with her car a bit better.

Took my car in because it was blowing hot air..they supposedly did a diagnostic, called me told me it was a broken shader valve. Then charged me 149.. and told me it would be ready in 30 min. Another mechanic Mike calls back and tells me actually no the whole A/C system is broke ..needs a whole new system for $700 well thank you so much for diagnosting it correctly ..took it somewhere else and got it fixed...It did not need a whole new system!!

This business refused to work on my truck. I thought about it for a couple hours, but could not come up with a good reason why they did not want my business. The only thing I can come up with is the color of my skin. Not sure.

Have taken my 2011 car here several times. Their are well priced and the work is done quickly and accurately.

We went to get our expedition fixed that we recently bought. The brakes hadn’t been changed in 4 years so we went to do that and see about the car shaking. They said the brakes didn’t need to be changed and they said they are going to fix the upper control arm for the shaking and all will be good. Not at all what I wanted ( plus he added $600 on top of our bill ) and when it came time to get my receipt they gave me one that belonged to a whole other vehicle. And now my car still shakes and the brakes need replacing. Waste of money and my car came out worse.

Ive come to Motor Works for quite a few years. Mostly Ive had really good work and service from these guys. As with ANY place, you run into a problem now and then. My experience is that the fix the problem every time.. They have ALWAYS been very fair in our dealings. I will continue to bring my business there and I would recommend them to others.

Motorworks well best I can say about them is it least the guy at the front desk can do his job Mikes a great guy but thats as far as this company goes is right inside the front door. This place had my vehicle for a weekand then called me and told me they cannot diagnose or figure out whats wrong with the vehicle. I was taken here by the seller of those seven Grand CherokeeI was told by the desk that this vehicle was just ran diagnostics on and is throwing no codes as there was codes on the vehicle still get my vehicle for a week and just now got a call saying they cannot fix the problem.keeping in mind this is after I was told while purchasing the vehicle by the seller and the front desko motor works that there was no codes and they would fix the blinker and they would also fix a starving for air issue that they had just fixed a couple weeks prior.I woke up to call this morning telling me to come pick up the vehicle that they cannot diagnose or fix the problem they dont know what it is.keeping in mind same people who told me there was no codes or issues on this vehicle upon my purchasing of it from the seller right in front of the mechanic the mechanic just basically gave me the green light to purchase the vehicle once purchase now they cant figure out whats wrong with it and they literally had it for a week didnt even fix the blinker.so now I will drive an hour and 45 minutes from Mesa to go pick up my vehicle thats been in motorworks shop.they did tell me they are not going to charge me because he had originally promised me there is no codes on the vehicle but the point is they did nothing to my vehicle in order to charge me and they could care less about promises they made upon my purchase of this vehicle based on their word. I would not recommend this shop. I will never use them again obviouslyits hard to find a good mechanic I guess at least Im picking my vehicle up without being ripped off thousands of dollars thats the brightside but a week later this mechanic vouched for the cellar and now Im screwed out-of 4 grand. Thanks for trying motorworks and thanks for vouching for the seller who is shady and rip me off.

I was skeptical seeing so many positive reviews but I have to say they are right on. Took my car in, got it fixed same day. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no worries about being sold unnecessary services as a single female. Highly recommend!

Awful experience try to save some money because they had a better deal. They were in a rush couldnt take the time to do the work properly. My car came out with worse problems due to the unprofessional sloppy work done. Used non-motor vehicle materal to mask there mistakes such as home plumbing tube to patch a problem. Absolutely recommend you take your car to a reputable dealer. You get what you pay for I suggest you pay for a professional guarantee.

Dont know what happened. on my 289 rebuilt they dropped the ball. didnt install oil galley plugs. cost me 3 days labor trying to figure out where they all went. finally found it under intake. and it had shiny machine shavings in it. they didnt do what i would of expected from a shop that knew anything. im so mad. feel like ive been shorted with metal shaving in my freakin oil passage.O)MG

I sent my wife in with press work I needed done. When she reported back to me about her experience I was pleased with her feedback.
