Went to check out the 07’ Jeep Wrangler Sahara I took it to a mechanic and the front shocks, rear drivers side shock were bad and the differential was leaking. After asking them about it they lied and told me that it was not broke or leaking. They said it was seepage on the differential. They rushed me into making a decision then told me they would fix all the issues on paper then the day before I was suppose to make the purchase they told me they didn’t want to put more money into the Jeep which is pretty much admitting it is definitely broken and leaking. The GM there was rude on the phone with me and the second time when I called him he would not budge on price for the Jeep. Just a horrible experience after I spent days looking over this vehicle and making the adjustments to get the vehicle. I would never go there again. Salesman was straight and nice but the GM was calling all the shots.

They financed us when no one else would or when dealers wanted too much per month! Low pressure sales, a maintenance department that keeps their word all add to a nice car buying experience. Yes, we used our stimulus check as a down payment, but they would have financed us even with no money down. Be sure you have 4 references. This was the hard part for us. All in all Chapman saved us. We have horror stories from other places around the city.

This was the best and easiest vehicle purchase that both my husband and/or I have EVER experienced! We knew what we wanted and had been researching and pricing for over a year and knew that Chapman had the best inventory and prices for what we wanted but thought that we were still a few months away (after a little more work on credit scores) from getting the interest rate and deal that we needed. Regardless of that, we stopped in to scope out and test drive their current offerings just to make sure that we wanted to continue to pursue the same vehicle. Not only did we find the PERFECT vehicle that we would have been looking for in a few months, but they also were able to get us an EXTREMELY low down payment AND an interest rate at almost half of what we thought we would be paying AND for a shorter term than we thought we would be looking at in order to keep our monthly payment in the range that we needed. Sammy and Gabriel were absolutely INCREDIBLE! No sales pitches, went out of their way to not only ask the right questions but to LISTEN and give us honest answers and options! The entire process was less than 3 hours of our time..... and the only reason that it took THAT long was because we had to wait for them to finish detailing it and sending it out to be gassed up before we could take it home. This is a PHENOMENAL team that I would recommend to ANYONE!

I went in after driving by then came back the next day. I spent maybe 45 min test driving cars. The rest of the time (about another 2 hours) were spent sitting there waiting while the salesman ‘spoke with the manager’ and little bits of time in between while I tried to negotiate price and figure out what car I wanted. He refused to budge on one car price at all and also priced another car the same cost as the same exact car at another dealership except this one had 20k more miles on it and damage I noted. I have no need of the location services or collision package but they refused to remove them. I also noted that one car was about $400 more on the quote that it was online. The salesperson went to talk with his manager yet again and as I was waiting the price online changed to the higher price.All in all, I left in a horrible mood, a bad taste in my mouth, and feeling like I literally wasted 3 hours of my life.

My daughter had tried to get a car through Eric and Brian the on-line agents and they gave her the run around. She and I went to the Speedway location and where we met up with Uziel and his manager Ralph Soza treated her with respect and helped her get into her first car. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my vehicle in for repairs and the day before i was supposed to pick up it was STOLEN off their back lot! happened on July 3rd 2020. They did not offer to help. My insurance paid a large portion of debt from car. But they refuse to do anything. Now i am stuck with another car payment. Again. DO NOT GO HERE...

Would be a 5 star if the receptionist at this location had any kind of customer service skill. If I’m spending my money on a car from somewhere, I expect to be greeted when I walk in, not given the obligatory index finger indicating I should “hold on” while she wraps up the call on her cell phone. Other than that 5 stars across the board.

BUYER BEWARE- Complete manipulators! Salesperson, Ramon Rodriguez, said that if we put a deposit of $100 down immediately that they would honor the online price (they were closing early for the Holiday) and that the price for sure would go up the next day. Went inside, did the application, pulled our credit, get approved, then they came back with a higher price of $5000.00 saying that what the salesperson JUST told us was a mistake.PLEASE dont waste your valuable time with these deceptive, dishonest, corrupt people.Worst experience ever!

Absolutely horrible to deal with! Frank is a joke and only seems to be interested in finalizing a deal. Charged my card without my authorization and then told me after the fact. Wrote two checks dated for a specific date, he held on to them for almost 2 weeks each costing me $60 in fees. The vehicle has non stop issues and weve only had it less than 2 months.I will never do business here again. It was a disaster from the start. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. We drove 2 hrs to be completely disappointed.

What a great experience I had with manager Charlie Amarillas! I had purchased a Dodge Ram from them in April. I had a small nail in my front tire. After taking it to Pep Boys, they brought it to my attention that my tires were cracking and that they should be replaced. After contacting Charlie. He made it his priority to help me with this issue. And had my tires replaced! I highly recommend Chapman! And please see Charlie!

I purchased a vehicle with a trade at this Chapman. I currently work in the sales market so I know how the process is supposed to work. I found a car on their lot with little hel from their inept salesman, discussed price and then agreed on a price. I on my own got insurance for the car and had it faxed to the dealership (again without any direction), then hours later was led into the finance office. Once there a completely different set of numbers were presented. The finance lady told me I was mistaken and left to check with the sales manager. Again a long period of time passed and she came back in agreeing she/they were wrong, but I had to come back the next day to sign (completely out of my way).Total non-professional! Never use this dealership ever!

Awful experience they sold us a broke down piece of trash. Also several of these reviews are by the people who work for the company theyre dumb enough to put their picture and name. The sad thing is that they are continuing to sell broken cars as my wifes co worker just bought a busted jeep from them that broke down on the way home from the lot!! Dont buy from these ppl they are shady as hell. When we first got the car right away we noticed the tires rubbing which means not the right size tires...bought it back and they didnt fix it. Still has this problem on top of transmission issues and computer issues less than 6 months after buying it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Very good service, but didnt have what i am looking for...

I was sold a car that the radiator busted and leaked within 48 hrs of purchase. The worst part is I was told there would be a gps installed but was promised no kill switch. They lied to me and there was a kill switch. Shady business to deal with they own their finance company which they call CAG, they refused to work with my bank because now i know they wanted to charge me subprime interest rates

Bought my first car from here and couldnt have had a better experience. They were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and I knew I was getting the very best price.

I recently used Chapman for auto body repairs, based on the fact that Geico and them are partnered. What an awful experience. Upon retrieval of my car after the work had been done I found out that my antenna was non functional (repair was on the roof). I had to take it back and they discovered that it was damaged at some point during their repair. Four days later, they replaced it. During the wait time until they got the antenna in I suspected a shoddy job. I went over my car with a fine tooth comb and discovered poor workmanship and quality all around. Dirt in the new clear coat, over spray on the door trim pieces, dirt or grease marks on my headliner and I realized that two trim pieces included in the original claim werent repaired or replaced at all. The day that they replaced the antenna I pointed these issues out and the shop guy said hed address the over spray. He took the car back and 10 minuets later he brought it back sans (most) of the over spray. Yet to remove it they used some scraping tool. So now rather than over spray, the trim has a dozen or so scratches. There may or may not be a resolution in my favor with the way things are going...Do not, under any circumstance take your car into Chapman for body repairs. Theyre incompetent.

My insurance company towed my car after a accident. They were nice but took a long time & Im still having issues with my car

I bought a 2013 Ford E 150 with approximately 65000 miles about 8 months ago. Of course the car comes with the license plates and registration, but 8 months later when i need to renew the plates, the readings at the emission station from the computer are not supported. I took it back 3 times because they kept telling me that it needed to complete a certain cycle for it to read, but i drove twice to California and around town but still not reading. I talked to my sales rep. and he connected me to the service manager ( Manny Larios) and instead of taking care of the issue right away, he tells me to bring it back later even when i tell him the plates have expired and i took a 30 day permit which has expired as well. I dont know if from the beginning the truck was not passing emissions and they sold it to me like that. They could not provide the emission test that was done when they got me the plates. I dont see why i have to be dealing with emission issues when i bought a relatively new vehicle. This is something the seller should be dealing with. The sales rep. has been helpful but can only go so far.

Went after work to buy a Pontiac Solstice. I had decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and buy one. After checking out the car for about 10 minutes (give or take) in the cold, I finally had to leave as I had no jacket. Im used to there being plenty of salesmen around and not having to go looking for one; maybe business is just different now. Anyway, I was unimpressed.

Horrible experience. Communication between staff and manager was horrible. I was continually lied to. They are trying to make a sale and exadurations are expected . I was given a bad car, returned it after 3 weeks and they wouldnt give back part of my down payment. I will not recommend doing business with them. It is not werth the stress.

Spoke to Uziel and got approved for a 2007 Yukon on a Friday. Was told it needed repairs and would be ready the next Tuesday. Tuesday came and no contact. 3 days later after no responses from daily e-mails, I get a notification from a car app on my phone that the vehicle was sold. Thanks for nothing.
