Ive never had such an easy time of buying a car. The whole process was quick and painless. Mark Weiss was the most helpful salesperson. He listened to me and helped me get the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. A few days after the purchase, my check engine light came on. I called Mark, and he was just wonderful. I was able to get in for service right away, and everything was taken care of quickly and effectively. Nico in the Service department was awesome. He helped me feel at ease and I felt completely taken care of. I highly recommend Lexus of Tucson for all your auto needs.

The BEST car dealership experience Ive ever had. Was purchasing from out of state so everything had to be done virtually and it couldnt have been more personable. Buyer beware of the service department. They will try to sell you parts and services that are not needed.My mother took her vehicle in to have the air conditioning checked. A/C was fine, but the service writer claimed that her battery had failed their test and was bad. Except that her battery was less than a year old and had just driven across the country two days previously. Even if the battery had been bad (it wasn’t), my mother told the service writer that she had purchased the battery from Advance Auto and it should still be under warranty (it was). Rather than be honest and direct her to an Advance Auto parts store, the employee claimed that the dealership would give her a “credit” for the battery and that she should just allow them to replace her battery with one from Lexus. The credit was a core charge, which would only apply to someone buying a new battery without an old battery to trade in.Do NOT trust this dealership’s service department.

I would like to give a shout out to the Lexus Service Department, in particular, Sean McKenzie, Service Consultant and Robert, Service Manager. My service experience was absolutely wonderful. I expressed some concerns I had to Robert, going into the appointment, who then conveyed them to Sean. All my concerns were quickly taken care of in a very courteous, professional and expeditious manner. The customer service these two gentlemen and every one else that took part in checking me in and checking me out was superb. Thank you so much!!!!

I cannot believe that this dealership is rated so highly. They are either the most dishonest or inept Lexus dealership that I have ever experienced. Took my car in for an oil change and checkup and they told me that I needed $5,930 of additional repairs. $1,260 was for tires and wheel alignment although I had between 5/32 and 6/32 of tread left on the tires. Timing cover gasket for $4,670. I took the car to another service center which indicated that there was no leak whatsoever in the timing cover gasket. They should be prosecuted for fraud. Obviously, I will not be returning with either of my RX350s. My review shows as a one-star rating only because I could not post with the stars left blank.

We went to see the truck the next day and bought it. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle, and it was one of the best dealings we have had with a dealership. I recently picked up my new Lexus from the brand new facility, Lexus of Tucson on Speedway. Besides the great staff, the building is amazing as well! It has everything you could ask for regarding luxury and comfort! The showroom and waiting area leaves nothing to chance with all the great amenities including refreshments, comfortable seating as well as a space for me to work on my laptop. Of course all the best cars are on display for a relaxing view. Ive purchased several cars from Todd Hollander at your facility and now the experience is even better! What a great experience! From beginning to end just great customer service, all thanks to Todd Hollander.I’m from out of state and I purchased a vehicle from Lexus Speedway sight unseen. Todd was very helpful in getting me extra pictures and information about the car to help me make a decision. Never felt pressure to buy. Buying process was easy, even from out of state. He gave me the contact for a transport company, facilitated the pickup, and I had my car in one week!I drove the car, which had a minor wobble in the steering wheel. I contacted Todd and they sent me a check for getting it fixed at my local dealership!Todd made the experience great! I bought a car 4 months ago, when I went to look at it the first time, he was very friendly, no pressure at all. Just the other day my battery gave out! What Im going to miss most is the excellent service I received at THIS location over the years and the absolute wonderful relationship I have built with Nina Redden in the service department. In terms of Lexus of Tucson on Speedway, I have felt that work recommended was needed and not excessive. The car detailing work was so impeccable that I starting using them frequently. And Nina Redden became my go to person. Professional and friendly, Ms. Redden seemed to have the right answer to meet my every need in a timely manner. She even helped get my seats reconditioned, which came out beautifully. She had a solution for every request I ever made. My husband and I have owned many high end vehicles and weve never experience this level of consistent superior customer service. Thank you Ms. Redden for years of superior customer service and if I were to buy another Lexus, I would absolutely go to Lexus of Tucson on SPEEDWAY.

Mark Weiss, Internet Sales Manager, returned my call regarding a used RX 350 in their inventory. Mark was honest, clear, and offered none of the usual used car salesman rhetoric one fears receiving when working with a car dealer. I made an offer on the vehicle (the American way, right?), and Mark indicated my offer was fair & reasonable. He called me back soon afterwards. Long story short: we met half-way on the their asking price and my offer.Mark worked with me, completing the paperwork over the phone, taking a small credit card deposit to hold the car until the weekend, and scheduling an appointment the next Saturday for my wife and I to drive from Mesa to Tucson to finalize the transaction. Mark met us at the front door of the dealership, and within an hour, we had our new (used) RX 350. Keith in the F&I Department was also a pleasure to work with. All-in-all a great experience with the Sales Department. I will check with Mark / Lexus of Tucson for any future auto purchases, and look forward to several years of enjoyment of our new toy! I’ve been servicing my Lexus here for almost a year now. People have tried to dissuade me from taking my off-warranty vehicle to the dealership, saying that they would be dishonest and expensive. Shawn McKenzie is my service advisor and he always takes good care of me and my car. They are always on time, courteous, and respectful. It pains me to give 1 star, but after our experience with Nina we will not go back here for our cars to be serviced again. After our car was in the shop from 12:30-4 she claimed that the shop couldn’t replicate the grinding noise that the brakes were making. When she asked the shop what they did to replicate it, the answer was,”I drove it for a long time.” We were there at the dealership for two hours looking at another car to buy, and no one let us know there was this problem? When I asked Nina what we could do to solve the problem of the grinding, sure she gave some answers but it was alarmingly clear how much she didn’t care. I told her I wanted to continue bringing my car to be repaired at Lexus, but if the issue was not resolved I would go somewhere else because to me, brakes=safety. She was smart for one second and got her manager to talk with us. The manager solved the problem and when good old Nina saw that our side was being handled the way it should have been originally, she changed demeanor.Previously we worked with Chris. I had an experience where I called in for an oil change and told him,”I need a loaner car because my husband and I work opposite shifts. I won’t be able to return the car for a full day, if that’s a problem, let’s reschedule.” He assured,”No problem at all! Return it a day later as soon as you can!” The next day at work after dropping the car off, I get an angry message asking where I was with the loaner. Then my husband receives a call,”Where is your wife? I needed that loaner back this afternoon.”The auto repair service has become extremely disappointing.*****UPDATE*****I just read the response from the owner, and yes, it is A LOT of sequences of events. I just took my car in for an oil change yesterday and also asked themabout some noises the car makes when I turn. Today upon getting it back, half a tank of gas is gone. Your mechanics are really crappy at their job and take the cars on “drives” for longer than necessary in order to avoid work. I’m treated sub-par because I don’t get $500 of service every oil change. I will NEVER be using the Lexus of Tucson speedway location again for service. Congratulations for always providing too little too late. I’ve spoken with several people at this location about it including managers and no one cares unless you pay for every recommendation they make and don’t question their mechanics.Their salesman are AMAZING and because of that, we’ve purchased two cars from this location. I hope the service department gets their act together soon because if they don’t, they will be personally responsible for destroying the reputation of some really trustworthy salesmen.

This is the first time that I’ve been to the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Tucson and I had a wonderful experience. The folks at the front desk were so courteous and professional……As I arrived another gentleman that works there opened the door for me. They had fruits, goodies and all kinds of drinks available for their customers. Mr David Layton was outstanding…he was so professional and so patience and explained everything for me. I was given a car while they worked on my vehicle, I received a message later that evening requesting my approval to proceed with a price breakdown of what needed to be completed, you simply approved or denied the service online…… Easy as pie. When I picked up my vehicle, not only did they fix my car, they washed the outside and inside of the vehicle…no charge.Overall this was a very positive experience….Last I would like to thank you Mercedes.....I appreciate the “Quality Customer Service”

Needless to say, he and his son (Lamont Morrison @ Jaguar) were instrumental in helping me out of my problem child and into a super reliable Subaru and my favorite color, too.I was treated with patience, kindness, understanding, genuineness, luxurious lounge food (fancy coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, cookies, pastries, etc.) and at the end of the buying process, I was given the most beautiful dozen red roses embraced with babys breath. My driver side mirror had a cracked casing. I called Lexus and spoke w service and was told the entire mirror has to be replaced as it was not possible to buy the case. Cost about $1000. I lived w the cracked case and spoke w Lexus several times.A month ago I called dent busters and shared my story as I asked how much would this mirror replacement cost. He said let me call you back. Within a few minutes he called back and yes you could just buy the shell. $100. Trust is important as most consumers have to count on the dealerships to be somewhat transparent and honest. HardTo believe Lexus had no idea the shell or case could be purchased.

Now have my second Lexus RX. I ❤️ my Rxs. Went from a Matador Red one to the Satin Cashmere Metallic w/light bamboo interior. Beautiful, sexy car! I ❤️ the people I deal with - Iman Makki, Cameron Robinson and Chris Fischer! Matt & Keith, as well! Super super people! Really everyone is very nice. And the Lexus vehicles - yummy! 😎

I had a noise in the left rear wheel area and took my Lexus to Lexus on Speedway for service. The service manager got behind the wheel, drove 150 feet, and instantly recognized the problem as being the left rear shock absorber. I left the car, was given a loaner, and received a call an hour later: there was, in fact, a manufacturing defect in the left rear shock absorber.The car was out of warranty, but Id actually complained about the same noise a year ago. Lexus on Speedway had checked my car then and hadnt been able to find anything. They now knew that the shock absorber was faulty last year. As a result, they told me that they would replace it under the now-expired warranty, since it should have been replaced while under warranty.I am impressed at their honesty, their attentiveness to the customer, and their desire to make things right--for a repair that would have cost $1,557.I love that dealership!

I took my car for scheduled maintenance. Whoever was the service technician that serviced my car did not put a protective covering on the mat which is nothing but paper other Lexus dealerships use. The end result was that my mat was dirty with what look like a combination of mud and oil.

I went in without an appointment on a monday morning to see Dave Loper of Hummerand ask if he could see why my back window is not rolling back up.He later came back and informed me that the belt snaped and would need to replace the whole rotor along with a leak in the water pump and steering box is leaking fluid too.I trust Daves experience and long time friend at Royal that the money is no problem thanks for checking the engine.Dave Thanks for all you do you really know how to take care of the customers and my wallet...Just kidding take care keep up the good work :D
