Very disappointed. Several issues:1) the new overseas phone reservation is tedious and exhausting.2). My appointment was at 10 am, my car wasn’t even moved into the service bay until 11 am and only because I complained.3). There are signs posted about supporting cancer in the lobby. I am currently receiving chemotherapy and the lack of concern for the extreme time delay was infuriating. 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. No thanks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

An amazing experience from start to finish. My wife originally visited here to look at a pre-owned car and met up with Seth. While we didn’t end up going that route our shopping landed us on a new Pilot.The experience was exactly they why I would run things if it were my store. We live quite a distance away and Paul was able to work the numbers, come to and agreement remotely. Seth drove to Chandler to get the car for us. Pat was nice enough to show my wife around the car last night when she just stopped in to see it ahead of delivery this am. Joseph in finance was amazing. No pressure, just options and terms.Like I said at the beginning. If you are in the market for a Honda and want a straight forward and pleasant shopping and buying experience, these are your guys.

It was a great experience for me, my dad and my friend Julie that bought cars from Honda auto nation in Tucson. Joe, Pat, Ritchie, Charley were great!I will say it is hard to get a hold of the sales dept. on the phone because I have not heard anything from the bank I will be paying my car payment to and its been about 3 weeks. I would love to get this going with being able to set up my car payments. My Dad bought his passport a week after my car and everything is all set up for him. I get a little nervous because I dont need anything wrecking my credit. Hopefully Ritchie can follow up on this very importance matter. Thank you

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was billed for both, but when I went to my vehicle I noticed the tires were not rotated. This was obvious because there is a small gouge on one of the wheels and that wheel was still in the same position as when I brought the vehicle in for service. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled. This really makes me question what else is done (or not done) in this maintenance shop. Are they actually performing the work you are paying for, or are they just ripping people off? They offered me a free car wash for the error which is unsatisfactory in my opinion. Chapman Honda gives you a free car wash with every service. To make matters worse, I inquired about getting an interior tear fixed and a wheel fixed a few months ago. To date, these issues have still not been resolved.

We were very pleased with the sales persons we spoke with both before and during the purchasing of our new vehicle. I had left something in my trade-in vehicle and called immediately when we got home and asked my salesman if he could get it for me. After not hearing from him, I called again and he told me he had told another salesman to get my property and would call me back. That was over 2 weeks ago, guess the sales process and customer care ends with the sale.

Super busy. Had to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone would come over to me. Started my research. Had to wait what seemed to be worth or 30 minutes to have someone appraise my current car. Low balled it as I expected. Couldn’t give me a test drive in a car I am interested in. Though they had one somewhat similar on the lot they let me sit in but not drive because it was pledged to someone else. Said they will call me in about 3 months when they get a car in I would be interested and test drive and subsequently purchase. These are weird times for sure.

Excellent service as always. Ive been getting my cars serviced here since 1990! The car is always done when promised and if theres a reason it cant the service writer always lets me know ahead of time. Also the price quoted is always the price charged. Never a surprise. Also appointments are pretty easy to get in a timely manner. Also the job is done correctly the first time everytine.

I received a recall notice for my vehicle, and called the number listed. They said a service representative would need to call me back (was that not who I was talking to?). Received a call back the next day, and they booked me for an appointment but couldn’t confirm if the recall was applicable to my vehicle since it needed to be inspected first. However, they assure me that the parts are in stock and it’ll be fixed the same day if it needs replacing. Drop off my car for my appointment two days later on Friday, and the representative tells me it will be about 2-3 hours. I receive a call later that day stating that they don’t have the part (!) and have put in an order for the next day, but found other repairs they recommend doing like tire alignment - I had literally had my tires replaced and aligned at my mechanic two days before. So they couldn’t do what they told me they would, but wasted time on a check up I didn’t need nor ask for. However they assured me that the part would be in today at noon and I’d be first in line to get my car repaired, and if I had any questions he’ll be working till six. I didn’t hear from them all day, so called at 5:30 to check if I can come get my car. I spent 15 minutes trying to get a human on the phone only to find out THE SERVICE FOLKS ALL LEFT AT FIVE. And they’re closed Sundays. So instead of being without a vehicle for 2-3 hours, it will now be 3.5 DAYS. Unacceptable. I’m beyond frustrated.

I bought a really nice Honda Civic sport hatchback back in February 2020 and let me tell you they did a very good job. I knew I had to finance and they made it extremely easy with the process and made it so that I could afford it as they work with you to ensure it’s the right choice for you. I just wanted to thank Neil for the amazing job that he did. I know sales reps need to make their sales and meet their quota but he was very patient with me when it came to the process as this is a huge financial decision especially when it came to getting a car that I wanted by choice and not just one that can get me from point a to b. I also want to thank them for staying late after they closed for me and being very patient with me. Keep doing what y’all are doing!

Had a great experience as a first time car buyer. Due to low car inventory nation wide, because of the chip shortage I was worried I wasn’t going to find the car I wanted. I was fortunate to find a pre-owned 2021 Toyota RAV4 I worked with Joe Gonzales my car salesman and he made everything work smoothly. Also the general manager of the facility Paul Peranzi, genuinely wants the best fit of a car for you all within your price range. The financial manager Richie was bilingual which was perfect since my co-signer was primarily Spanish speaking. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.

The first salesman we had was great. Unfortunately the day I went in to purchase he was busy, so I given to someone else. To this day, 5 months later, Id rather not call the salesman for help that sold me the vehicle. I left not knowing all features when leaving at 11pm on a Saturday night. I felt like he really didnt want to stay for the sale. I feel bad if I call the other sales guy for help. I just had to call the service department to get a knowledge of when to do the first oil change. It is my first hybrid. If you want 5 stars, get me someone I know I can talk to and trust.

On the morning on a day we were about to leave on an important road trip, my check engine light went on. My mechanic wasn’t able to do the work, had to be the dealership. They called autonation and they were able to have me take it in that day, and were able to get it fixed with time for us to leave on our trip. If it weren’t for them we would have had to cancel. Went in for my Ridgeline’s 1st (~6k miles) maintenance, oil & filter change, rotate tires & multi-point inspection. Fast & friendly check in, very courteous service rep (Jonathan). Was told to expect it to take about 1 1/2 hours, while I waited, in a very disappointing waiting room (?), minus 1 star in rating. Maintenance was completed “on-time” and at a very reasonable price, which is why I’ll go back again.

They had our car for almost a week for warranty work and couldnt find it and didnt know where it was. No one in service was interested in finding it. I gave them the correct number to contact me 5 times and several times they had wrong digits. They called my cellphone, which I didnt want because of poor cell reception where I live. We eventually called the Cadillac dealership nearby and they found the car on a Buick/GM lot in 5 minutes! Right now Cadillac is repairing the car. I reported this to AutoNation Toyota Tempe, where we purchased the vehicle. This has been the most unpleasant and stressful experience we experienced in over 50 years of driving. Hope we never have to deal with them again. We only had the car for 2 1/2 weeks. Next Wednesday, it will be 4 weeks broken down and in for repairs.

I had an amazing experience!I had been trying to find a 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback for awhile before coming in to AutoNation Honda. My previous experience at other dealers was horrible to say the least. Once I came here, I was immediately taken care of. It was such an easy going process and I could tell that they had my best interests first.Seth and Bob were awesome and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. Why arent more car dealerships like these guys?My experience with AutoNation Honda in Tuscon was thankfully a very positive one. The process from first contacting this dealer, waiting for my car to arrive from overseas, and delivery took about 2 months. Throughout this process, Aaron (my salesperson), Charlie, Nick, Paul and Seth (who werent) kept me informed of the cars status. My feeling is they work as a team, with customer service as their key core value, and it shows. Pricing and transaction was a no games, straightforward affair. Its refreshing to see that there are some dealerships out there that know how to appeal to its patrons.I would buy from this store again and would recommend anyone to them.

Came for an oil change and to fix the left blinker that was flickering.Was told that what was needed:1.lube oil and filter2. Rotate tires3. Wheel alignment4. Transmission service5. Brake fluid6. Left blinkerTotal $402.03Waited there 2.5 hoursI dont know what REALLY was performedLeft blinker still is blinking Rapidly like out of control. I called the advisor to let him know about the blinker not have it been fixed and that I wanted to stop by. He was rude; he did not want me to stop by the shop to have it fixed; he gave me conditions on when to come ( not morning, not today, not tomorrow, etc.). I am extremely disappointed. We have 3 Honda cars and have been coming to the dealership to buy, and service our cars since 2002. Needless to say, I will not come again to the shop and will not recommend it to my friends and relatives. Too bad.However, I want to blinker to be fixed immediately and I am not prepared to wait another 2,5 hours for it. It has to be fixed right away.Here it is a loyal customer, but not a loyal service

Well, once you reach a service agent - on the phone for the appointment and later for the actual service - they are all friendly and helpful. What disappointed me this time is this: the service agent told me the service might take an hour (standard, I believe). I came back a little later. The tire was not done yet. So I waited some more. At noon, I asked when I might expect my car back. The agent went to check. When he returned, he told me, Our tire repair machine is broken and they first need to fix it.I would like to suggest to Honda to automate even that part of their entire service offering. When a perdon needs some service done, the agent should be able to tell the customer whether Honda is able to service a car for a problem on that day.HONDA is ok normally, but they failed me that day late September.

I was very nicely welcomed at the service desk by Tredell. Had the oil changed and an all points inspection. They also reset the compass and clock time, which Id been trying to figure out. Tredell added a 10% price discount for my new battery, without being asked, and courteously escorted me to my vehicle out on the lot upon completion. Thanks for continuing the excellent 5-Star level of service that Ive become accustomed to at Auto Nation over the years.

I originally came in to help my mother purchase a 2021 Honda CR-V and after dealing with the GM, Paul, and our Salesperson, Frank, we knew this was the place to buy all our vehicles. My mother had the best car buying experience shes ever had in 60 years. Because of the integrity and professionalism of Paul and Frank, my wife came back a few days later and purchased a 2021 CR-V for our family and a few days after that my father-in-law and niece both purchased 2021 CR-Vs too! We told him exactly what we were looking for and our budget and he showed us exactly that, wasnt pushy about upselling us, was upfront and honest and extremely knowledgeable. I had a hard time reaching anyone on the phone to find out about service under warranty for a used car I bought from them (not a Honda). I ended up scheduling online. When I got to the dealership, the serviceman kept inferring there were issues because it wasnt a Honda. Another serviceman ended up figuring out what part was needed and said they wouldnt have it for a week. I never received a call back when the part came in and had incredibly long waits on the phone to finally sort it out. I even had to track them down once it was done to find out about getting my car back! When I picked up my car, it was dirty inside and out (most places send it through a quick wash when they are done). This is not a service center I will ever return to, even if my next car is a Honda.

2.5 hours for a scheduled service appointment. Oil change, tire rotation and computer update. That is a long time to wait. They did replace the battery also under warranty. Also wanted to change cabin filter ($70). It was 3 years old but the car only had 11,000 mile on it, so it had not been used that much? Should not have need to be changed. The cost of the filter is $20.

We live 120 miles from Honda Nation. Allison set up an appointment, and we were met at the door on time. We chose to wait for the transmission oil to be changed. The nice waiting area and the timely service of our car made for a great experience. A special free service found our brakes and tires were good. Allison was very professional but friendly. I had purchased a Honda lifetime battery. My battery died. I called, got an appointment within 45 minutes, a free tow service. A man jumped my car; so didn’t use tow service. I arrived 15 minutes after my appointment since I didn’t know how long until I would get my car started. With 2 hours, I was ready to rumble and I had a new battery. It was super slammed at the maintance department, but I was seen. I’m a very happy customer.

Awesome guys down at Auto Mall Honda. Went down to check out a super clean used 4Runner and couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. I’ve bought a ton of cars and Tristan made this one one of the easiest transactions I’ve had. Really nice guy and really appreciated his “straight shooter” approach. Finance guy was also really cool and made the process easy even though it was a cash deal.When I showed up, Tristan showed me the Car Fax report and a few service invoices the dealership did right away. Made the test drive a breeze and set me up with an awesome detail on the way out.One thing to note- as they are a part of the AutoNation franchise, they have a no negotiation policy so don’t expect to be able to haggle for your price.Overall an awesome experience and am really happy with my car. My service tech, Brandon Lee, is fantastic. However, the service department itself leaves something to be desired. I arrived at 6:35 am for a 7 am appointment (the service department opens at 7 am) for an oil change service which included a tire rotation. It took 2 hours!! My 80+ year old husband could have done it in 30 minutes. Sure am glad I didnt have to be somewhere right after 8 am, which was how long I thought I would be there.

I had a really great experience with my salesman and the finance department, however the service department is what made me give a low rating.When I went to pick up my vehicle after purchase, it was severely scratched and dented.This had to be corrected on the dealership’s end, and left me without a vehicle for a couple of days.Now, barley a month a half later, less than 800 miles in, I have service lights for general maintenance coming up. I thought they would have at least completed an oil change before selling me the vehicle, and this is the reason for the low rating I have given.I will not be a returning customer and I will not refer family or friends to this dealership.

I ARRIVED AT 6:45AM FOR A 7AM APPOINTMENT TO PLACE GLASS INTO MY PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR. I WAS THERE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS TO PUT THE GLASS IN THE SIDE MIRROR. WHEN I PAID MY $19.75for the labor and got into my car to go home I could barely see out of mirror because they did not even clean the mirror. It was filthy. The person I was working with came to me told me i need a new battery even though I have only 15,000 miles on my battery and he told me I needed a new cabin air filter which was replaced a few months back. I dont know whats going on but very unprofessional. Not sure what is going on here but other clients were just as upset as I was.

I had a speaker recall and after the work was done the car has a terrible grounding issue where the whole console shuts off. We brought it back to work on and were told it was fixed. After check the paperwork they just took it on a 7 mile drive and said they couldnt find the issue. It turned off in the first 2 minutes I drove home.The response you see below was a # given to autonations call center. I bought 3 cars from autonation and get a new one every 3 years. From now going forward I will only buy from chapman. If they make a mistake they will just give you their call center # even after they made your $50k honda pilot elite undrivable.

We have been using AutoNation Honda (previously Dobbs Honda) since 2006 and have always had superior service. They go the extra mile to make customers feel valued. Our new Service Advisor, Scott Evans, fits right in with the previous Service Advisors weve had. He is friendly and service oriented and made a point of getting to know my wife and me at this first meeting. He made us feel confident and comfortable about having a new person as our advisor.Didnt want to forget the hardworking mechanics, like Chris Valenzuela and the team, who keep both our vehicles in top condition. We even bring our Toyota Tacoma to AutoNation for service, which speaks volumes regarding our trust in AutoNation.

This review is for the service department. The actual service on the vehicle appears good; however, the customer service was terrible. When picking up my vehicle, I was not greeted, despite there being multiple employees around. A woman walked passed me multiple times as I stood there and left me unacknowledged. I did make eye contact with an employee on a computer but he just looked away. After standing there for a while, I walked up to the man I had made eye contact with and asked him if I could pick up my vehicle. He then directed me to my salesman Mike. Again, the service on the vehicle is good, but the awkward standing around while you are ignored experience was not something I wanted to go through.

Do not buy a service contract here. Like at all dealerships you will be pressured to do so, but their service drive computers do not interface with the sales contract computers, and you will always have to be proving that you have a service contract in order not to be charged for things that are covered.The prices are fair, the staff is generally nice, the surroundings are clean and inviting, but you can get that at almost all the other dealers. This service contract issue is enough for me to take my business elsewhere after buying or leasing no less than five vehicles here.Management cared so little about my concern they did not even bother to reply to me.Im gone.

I loved that I didn’t feel pressured and they even offered me the highest trade in value. I normally hate shopping for cars, but the Auto Nation team made it fun and pleasant. Went in for 5,000 mile pre-paid service. All personnel at AutoNation were polite and efficient. My only complaint is that there is not a quiet place at the dealership to wait while your car is being serviced.

It started out great (due to purchasing a vehicle and paying with cashier check), however towards the end due to requiring services prior to 90-day warranty the perception was, I was bothersome and given a condescending tone when Eddie Holquin would communicate with me. I still have all the text messages as proof. I tried dealing with another employee, Scott Evans; however, he wouldnt return my call after leaving a couple voice messages. He (Eddie) was more concerned with how many years he has been with the company (9 years) and some policy, instead of being professional and helping with customer service. Apparently, the employees need more training. Thankfully, I didnt sign up for their service agreement. My regret was purchasing from AutoNation. I will be purchasing a new vehicle within 1-2 years. It wont be from AutoNation.

The website is easy to navigate, and I found a vehicle I wanted to test drive. I used the email option to contact a representative, and I was contacted very quickly. Aaron Blom was knowledgeable and responsive to any questions and requests I had. The Honda Pilot was located at the Chandler location, and Aaron made the trip to collect the car in time for my scheduled test drive appointment.At the dealership, all staff members were polite and helpful. During the test drive, Aaron explained features of the vehicle while being friendly and honest. The entire process was a breeze, and I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location.

First new car purchase from AN Honda. Sales rep Mario Valenzuela andfinance manager Richie Cantabrana were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A misunderstanding between me and the staff about a particular price element was very quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. My only suggestion for an improved buying experience would be to shorten the time it takes to complete the transaction. Still a 5 Star experience on balance. I would recommend AN Honda to my family and friends shopping for a vehicle.
