Very terrible customer service if customer service means anything at all to you do not go here. The service center workers are great but over the phone Asdistance is an absolute nightmare! Extremely rude people I’ve never had so many terrible experiences over the phone. They have no compassion and are completely ruthless. Even throughout the pandemic they continued to be extremely rude and disrespectful. They hang up on you, refuse to help, and forget a supervisor. Good luck trying to get help if something is wrong with your machine. You might get someone on a bad day who doesn’t feel like helping and will make up every excuse in the book to not help you. RUN!!!!!!! Do not come to this place for your interlock. Go somewhere(anywhere) else! I’ve been with them for a long time now and I’m shopping for another place last straw.

There was a little confusion at first but after talking with Ron everything worked out great. If you ever have any problems there just go to the palo verde location and ask for Ron. He is very helpful.

So went to get my interlock removed today but guess what they were closed why because of covid . Why because they never wore masks . Now they trying to charge me extra as well nah if you need interlock services go to vibrance or another interlock company smart start blows

Breath mints, my gingivitis mouth rinse, and even hand sanitizer sets off violations. Saying I have to have this on my car for 2 more years? Ive already had it a year. My supposed violations were after Vivid started and you can get a hearing date from the DMV. I went to rehab and have been sober since my DUI at age 51 (first time Id EVER been in trouble) on 10-7-17!!!

So after my 6 months of having the ignition interlock device in my car I go to the DMV and they tell me that I have a violation and Ill have to have another 6 months on interlock even though Ive literally never had a violation. It seems in their interest to give someone a false violation because then theyll have six more months with the ignition interlock in their car and its beneficial to them. Im requesting a hearing with the DMV court but that means Ill have to at least pay for one more month with my interlock when I should be completely done with it by now. Steer clear of here.

These guys are corporate trolls. I needed one day to come up with payment.... One day! They refused to work with me. My advice is to find a local company that values your hard earned money and not some lazy paper pushers.

This is the worst company ever everyone there has a bad attitude to what does not need to be in the work place. They believe that because they work here and have a little bit of power over those that need this that they can speak to anyone any way that they feel like. Please find a different company to use as this one has the worst customer service ever i wouldnt even have given them a star if i didnt have to but wanted to leave this comment. I will also be reporting to the BBB as they believe that they can charge and do what they want when they want.
