Wonderful experience!I was pulling into the parking lot not sure where I was going when the most incredible young man, Micah, came to my rescue!He showed me where to park & offered us (my 8yo granddaughter and I) refreshments! He got her a drink then walked us to the parts department! He then walked us back to our car opening the door for my granddaughter then quickly running to open my door! WOW!!I didnt think kids had manners these days and this boy proved me wrong!He was so polite, well spoken, thoughtful and kind! I was absolutely Blown Away and he needs to be acknowledged!THANKS MICAH!You will go far in life with your incredible attitude & demeanor!Kudos to Lexus of Tucson for finding such an incredible asset!🏅Go Micah!!! 👍

I found the phone operator rude and unhelpful - she asked me to repeat myself several times stating it was hard for her to understand me and tranfered my call. I left a voice mail for the service department requesting a call back to schedule an appointment for service on my Honda Odyssey - I had purchased from them two years ago. My call was not returned.I called a second time a day later and spoke again with the phone operator, who again stated she was not able to understand me and asked me to leave a voice mail for the service department - I declined.I am aware and proud of my accent. I have been in the US for over 30yrs. I have a doctorate level education and worked for a government agency for over 20yrs; in a position that required English oral and written comunicación with lawyers and courts employees; doctors and hospitals employees; in addition to daily oral comunication with co-workers and clients.I found the voice and attitude of the phone operator insulting and discriminatory.So, would I recommend this company? NO!Im giving them one star because this page did not allow me o post this without it.
