Once they found my appointment in the computer, everything went great. I was checked in, waited in their waiting area. I was kept informed of everything by the mechanic who was working on it of what was done and what needed to be done. It didnt take long for the repair to be done. TONY IS THE BEST! I have used this Jack Furrier for years and the service has always been great. When I had new tires put on a few weeks ago, a couple of the tire emblems were broken (they were old and brittle, it was only a matter of time). Tony was upfront about what happened and ordered new emblems at no cost to me. The manufacturer ended up sending the wrong sizes and Tony made it a priority to call them and make sure the correct size would be sent. He stayed in constant communication with me about when the parts were ordered and expected to be delivered. He went above and beyond with his service to help me. I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.Jack Furrier is lucky to have an employee like Tony. Jason is the best. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Even when I didn’t live close by, I would pass by other Jack Furriers locations to get to this one because of Jason. He’s always given us more than a fair price and I wouldn’t take the cars anywhere else. I even have a story where they insisted I didn’t buy brake pads from them because I didn’t need them because there was plenty of material left. I’ve also asked for things to be replaced because Honda said the car needed them replaced and Jason said it all checked out okay. If you’re looking for honest car repair, check them out.

You know when you see a truck getting dropped off by a tow truck before close, the least you could do is wait two minutes and take the keys for the vehicle instead of watch it get unloaded and pretending you dont know whats going on and driving off.

Wow, these guys go way above and beyond anything one would expect or even hope! Even at the end of the day they are willing to check all your tires and see whats wrong with them, then fix the problem, and then explain everything to you thoroughly and politely and in a very good natured way! On top of that they have great prices and great warranties! AND they repaired my stepsons tire for free! BEFORE we even got tires from them! Theyre awesome!

These guys are always my number one recommendation for car care. I love that they are always understanding and actually listen to their customers. I went to a few places for a quote on my power windows and no where else did they want to listen to what I was telling them was wrong. These guys know that you cant judge a book by its cover and I love that about them.Being somewhat mechanically inclined, I know how to work on my car, but most the time, I dont have time to fix what is wrong. These guys always listen and never dismiss what I say just because I am a woman. Its so rare to find that and I will always go to them. Had a slow leak in my tire (air up 15psi once a week).... They told me it was too big a hole they couldnt plug. Made me purchase a used tire.... Went flat again 3 days later! Turns out it was the valve stem leaking... Got the dirty pricey treatment from them and wont be returning!

Theres tire shops everywhere in Tucson. Jack Furrier had the right trailer tire for me at the right price. They gave me excellent service and had the tire ready for me when I returned to pick it up. I found the sales people had an up beat attitude and ready smile which isnt always the case at tire shops.

Both my parents and I have bought tires here on several occasions. One of the reasons is they have a credit card if you qualify were if you pay off tires in 6 months there is no interest. The staff are pleasant and generally know which tires are best for your vehicle and the reason why. They also keep up on the maintenance of the tires. They have a little waiting room with TV and coffee and a restroom. I was out in a reasonable amount of time.

Dont feel like those discount tire places are saving you money. Theyre not. Furriers does not charge for valve stems, and includes balancing in your purchase. Furriers also wont push the road hazard insurance on you. They merely ask if youd like to have it. If you say no, the subject is dropped. Great place Ive been doing business with for over 19 years.

I had an extremely bad day today, I had to wake up at 3am for work and when I went to go to work I saw my car had a flat tire. It just made an already bad day worse before it even began. I took my car here to get the tire fixed and they did an amazing job, I cant say enough good things about the people that work here! I will for sure be going back to replace my tires in the future

Ive been to a number of mechanics who try to sell you things you dont need, charge more than whats necessary, and just give you the run-around.This particular Jack Furriers is amazing. After more than 10 years of coming here for service, they have consistently done high quality work that doesnt need to be redone a month later. They go above and beyond to really check your problems, and if theyre not 100% sure they can fix your problem, they will be up front. They wont charge you for things you dont want/need, and they are some of the friendliest, most helpful, least sleazy staff Ive ever done business with. Jason in particular is especially amazing, but Tony and everyone weve ever dealt with has been great!For any car work, they are my first and last recommendation to anyone.

Pulled into Jack Furrier on Golf Links and Kolb because my air pressure indicator showed I had low air pressure. Sure enough, the courteous mechanic found a nail in one tire. He repaired the tire for free in less than 30 minutes! Great service!!!

Ok, but lost my wallet somewhere there. Either in store or outside. Charges already used at grocery store. I left at 9 40 am. Have filed police report. Went back within 20 minutes, nothing turned in. I have been going there forever. Great place!!

Went in to check my brakes; I could feel a difference when stopping. Ended up needing rear brakes replaced. I was in and out in no time at all! And the prices are great!

I have been taking my car here recently because pepboys has the worst service ever. These guys have done work on my car, Jason calls when the piece the car needs is in and even offers a shuttle service when the car is getting worked on. I appreciate the patience because my car is really messed up. They get work started as soon as the shop opens at 7:30am and it takes 9 hours but it is worth the wait. They even offer shuttle service for going back home and getting back to the shop when the work is done.

On top customer service and very good on letting you know how long the job may take. That is a big + to me and family.

Jack Furriers has several tire and car repair stores in Tucson, but my review is primarily for their Kolb & Golf Links location as Ive done business with that one store over 25 years. They have fair prices on tires and a wide range of automotive repairs. Ive stuck with them because theyve always been honest.

We have been doing business with Jack Furrier on Golf Links for several years and have not ever had anything short of an OUTSTANDING experience. Lon and Ron who run the front desk are always very friendly and professional and we always appreciate their honestly when it comes to our cars and have always been happy with their maintenance/repair work on all our 4 vehicles.

The customer service is great. They work with me explaining everything as needed and havent tried to get me to buy unnecessary work. They are honest, dependable, and the best prices around.

Jack Furrier is hands down the best auto repair shop of any in this town. Their name says tires, but they offer a full menu of repair options, you can get any automotive service you need here. They are all about customer service, way above and beyond.

I always take my car to Jack Furriers but today went to auto zone for some information on my car issues, well the guy inside auto zone was rude and said I needed to go to a transmission shop for answers, I came out a little upset and started my car and as I tried to go in reverse the car wouldnt go into any gear at all, Im blocking people trying to come and go and a guy comes out of nowhere (Lee) to help ..he knew exactly what was wrong as he works at JACK FURRIERS, at another location other than where I go,so he proceeded to help me and bought ( out of his pocket) some wire to connect the shifter arm to hold so I could drive it to where I was going, Lee then voluntarily offered to follow me to make sure I reached my destination, Of course I was so upset lol I forgot to let up the emergency break..(geez) Lee informed me ...so I made it to JACK FURRIERS and Lee told the guys there what happened and that he wanted to make sure they knew exactly so they could help...Tony (whom my family and I do business with ) there immediately looked at car and got on phone to price parts...had to leave car for repairs, Lee..then offered to give my friend and I a ride home, and he took all this time out to help us while he had his beautiful son in back in his seat, awaiting to go to dinner with his dad (Lee)..So I give JACK FURRIERS EMPLOYEES ALL a great big thank you ESPECIALLY LEE...GOD BLESS YOU LEE..I will never go any where else but JACK FURRIERS

GOOD but not great. Bought 4 new tires, allignment and oil change. Was a happy camper until the 40000 mile tires only got 27000 before wearing out with regular tire rotations and 2 of 4 developed dangerous bubble on them!! Why would they even sell such cheap Diamondback tires?? I called and told them on Saturday that i could hardly drive the car with its dangerous shaking.They didnt have the tires in stock, said were closing soon, and wanted me to wait to order them. I had no choice but to go elsewhere. I use to take all my cars to their shops but now I shop around since they have very short weekend hours. There are alot of other options in town, some better, some worse.

A little while ago I brought my 2002 town and country van into the east gulf links location to have a CV boot repaired .The quoted cost seemed reasonable, had things worked outLater that day I received a call stating that the axel was stuck in the transmission and they can not repair it and that I should arrange a tow truck to take it somewhere else.. When I arrived they had put the wheel on, tied the brake caliper to the suspension and pushed it into the parking lot. The inside of the axel was gone due to their efforts to remove it .I could not afford a tow so it sat overnight until I contacted a general manager and he agreed to have it towed across the street to a transmission shop .unfortunately the mechanics who put the wheel back on did not adjust the alignment so the towing caused the front wheels to lock up.Unfortunately I could not afford the second s shops estimate to repair the situation so had it towed once again this time at my expense to my home Where due to circumstances has never drove again since my journey to Jack Ferriers..I did not I didnt receive any offer on Jack Ferriers part to make this right . Nor could I afford any other repair facility .This was my unfortunate experience with jack Ferriers that I leave as a warning

This shop is a total joke. I brought in a vehicle for new tires. The salesman calls me up and tells me I need new axles. I say I will just wait on it. He then says he cant align my tires without new axles and my warranty will be void. He says it will be 75 dollars for the axles so I authorize the work. I pick up the vehicle and he charges me 150 for the axles. He says he only quoted me for one axle. Why would you quote per axle when you are replacing both? I later learn that they are known for these bait and hook scams. IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO

NOT HAPPYMISINFORMED!!!I HAD JUST BOUGHT 07 MUSTANGTOOK IT IN FOR OIL CHANGE A FULL INSPECTION AND ALL FLUIDS CHECKED..I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND ALLL FLUIDS WERE GOOD.HA 5 mo. LATER I AM LOOKING AT REPLACING TRANSMISSION!FLUID LOOKS LIKE BLACK COFFEE..THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY DIDNT CHECK IT BECAUSE IT IS A SEALED TRANSMISSION..I COULD HAVE PAID A FEE TO CHECK IT..I WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE AND THEY CHECKED ITTHX A LOT!

Paid alot of money for high performance brakes that rusted really bad! I have a camaro and it looks awful with rusty rotors showing through the rims! When I called I spoke with Jason who told me I could pay more money to get some that would not rust! Really, I already paid over $800 for the ones I bought that should not have rusted! I had know problems with the ones I had before rusting!

Got one estimate on the phone, then when I went in to have work done they quoted different price, so I ended up paying as much as other estimates, when I chose them because of the savings from their estimate. Dropped off car when they opened and they didnt start work until after noon. Because they started so late, when the parts I bought elsewhere had to be exchanged they were unable to complete the work because they were working on another car, and told me that my car would not be ready until mid morning Monday (this was on Saturday). This left me with with no car for the weekend.

We used to take all of our cars to them untill they started way over charging. I thought they where taking advantage of me bexause i am a woman and when i called around to see if i could find a better price i was shocked at how much more they where charging me. $350. more!! Plus I had my male friend call and ask for a quote for the exact same services on the exact same car and ironically the price droped down over $300!. We will never again take any of our vehicles to them. We are very disappointed.
