The folks at Midas are awesome. They got my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation quickly. The front desk staff was great, and the overall environment is positive, understanding, and helpful. I saw quite a few clients leave really happy and appreciative. I’ll be back for sure!

I was quickly checked-in, for my groupon appointment. The staff was friendly. They completed the oil change showed me maintenance that would be needed in the future but didnt pressure me (this is HUGE for me.) 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely will return they made me feel like they actually cared that the only vehicle I have and use for work was out of commission. They did everything they could to make sure everything got taken care of.

Midas has some good people but the website really forces you to call to get more details and unfortunately, you arent always able to get ahold of someone. Otherwise, dropping by in person is best.

It was my first time at this Midas location. I came in for an oil change and Gabe was really helpful. He talked to me about my truck. What was wrong with it and solutions for the problem, but didn’t make me feel pressured to make any decisions. I’ll be back for sure (:

Felt like they couldnt have cared less how about what I needed. My last trip to Midas they got trigger Happy on the tire changing ruins of the studs and posts on my tires. You can go to them in a pinch but I wouldnt recommend it.

Nice, comfortable waiting atmosphere. The manager is really nice, and didnt get at all offended when they told me that the air filter needed to be replaced and I asked to take a picture and ask my boyfriend, since he works at an auto parts store. He saw the picture, agreed that it needed to be replaced, and asked the price. He told me it was a good price and told me to have them change it out! Most places are jerks when I ask to consult someone I know, but they were great about it! Definitely will come back!

If you would like to be mistreated, damage your car and pay for what you don’t need, that is the place.They are so bad that they even don’t know how to lift the car in the proper way, what result of course, in more frustrating experience.The worse is to see the guy that try scam you being sarcastic with the damage that he did.

Went in for an oil change .. was satisfied with the service.. though this place they try and upsell you whatever they can. Was baffled that they work so hard to upsell but really could care less if they do what is expected .. like top fluids off. Maybe I went to the wrong place to get the service I expected. I went in to get my oil changed and air conditioner repaired. While there I was also convinced to get my CV joint replaced, at which point they broke my shock spring and charged me for labor to replace it. Months later I went to remove the tire, just for generals maintenance, to find they had ZIP TIED a part together, and cross threaded my tire bolts, resulting in them breaking off and expensive repairs. DO NOT GO HERE.

Staff was very friendly and explained in detail everything that was going on with my vehicle and why they were doing it. Price was up front and no surprise

Just because I said I am smelling rubber or something they decided I had a leak in coolant hose and needed to replace at $200. I got a second opinion and they were fine. Tried to robbed a 70 year old! Im old not stupid!

Drove by and noticed they weren’t busy, called and asked for an oil change today, and they claimed to be booked until Monday (today is Friday at 1pm) so instead we went across the street to jiffy lube to give them our money instead. Their attitude to my wife on the phone was just as unacceptable as their lies about being too busy for an oil change. Sounds like a case of being lazy if you ask me. Sorry Midas, I’ll no longer be coming for my services. Cheers

My family and I have been using this Midas for all of our car repair problems, but recently theres been some questionable issues arising:Things still not working after paying for the work, or new problems arising (weve been giving the benefit of the doubt, but theyve started to pile up), getting different information depending on who is at the desk, and least of all, confirmed oil change appointments not being honored and therefore being rescheduled.Theyve been nice but its just stopped being worth the trouble when were paying so much to come to this establishment.

I’ve been going here for years. They take good care of my vehicle always recommending what’s best for my truck and my wallet. Good honest mechanics.I highly recommend.

Brian needs to go back to basic training and learn what customer service is. Been taking my cars here for a while now. But now since Brian says they wont change my oil anymore if I wont fix other parts then no problem, I will gladly go somewhere else.

I had a great experience at Midas on Oracle. Very nice staff. Jeremiah was great. I dont remember the last time I paid $15 plus tax for an oil change. They made some suggestions and when I decided not to do any more there was absolutely no pressure. Jiffy lube across the street was charging $43 for an oil change. When I come back into town I will definitely go here again.

I went to two different places that tried to overcharge me. They were honest and respectful. I recently took it somewhere else to get my cabin filter done, it turns out they never changed it. Thanks to them I found out about it. They got everything done fast. This is irrelevant but I had a baby with me and she needed a diaper change, they let me use their office so I can change her comfortably. Thank you guys, I will be back.

Cheap place for oil service.

I schedule an appointment thru the internet, after a couple of hrs the manager called me to confirm the time, I sent my worker to do an oil change to my work truck and the same manager denial the appointment saying too many people showed up after he confirmed my appointment, now I lost 2 hrs of businesses time of my company just because he couldn’t manage his time,

These folks are great at overcharging and finding issues that dont exist, and when they say they are going to change and top off your fluids... Check before you leave, because last two times I went I had to go back because the fluids werent topped off even though I was charged for it, they will find unnecessary repairs and try and tell you how important they are to fix then charge you an arm and a leg to do them, and then they dont stand behind their work if there are any issues, they just say there must be something else wrong and brush it off and try and charge you more!

Horrible experience took both my vehicles there multiple times but this was the worse. Was crunched on time told the manager he explained it would take 45 mins to do it all to end up not completing our full service instead of communicating he decided to take it upon himself to not do everything included in the package was very rude n charged us more then we have ever been charged. Will never go here ever again.

I stopped here on a cross-country road trip & so glad I did! Mike figured out a minor issue I have had with my van for the last year +. Ive taken it to many experts, and even the dealership & no one ever wanted to spend the time to figure out how to fix this issue. Mike & his crew did not stop until it was resolved. I would recommend this Midas to anyone in the location!!

I came in for an oil change. Several issues: 1. The whole process was said to take 45 min. It actually took 1 hour and 50 min. Thats more than twice the time. 2. The engine oil they used was not the one for my car. I showed them the specific type of engine oil, and would not be surprised if they told me that they did not have it and recommended another one. Instead, they directly referred to a premium one on their list (most expensive one). They should have explained this. 3. The price of engine oil they use is $42/6qt on Amazon. They sold 5 quarts for $70. In summary, I do not recommend this store due to the slowness, lack of explanation in customer service, and high price. I cannot tell if the mechanics were doing a good job as I am no expert in cars, but I hate to admit that after this oil change service I went through, I could not trust them to do anything to my car again.

Went it for a simple oil change for my (Challenger hemi) every thing was done as I got home and looked at my receipt, I see that 5w 30 oil was used instead of 5w 20 I called back to see why the guy said the tech made a mistake on the paperwork and he was sure that they put 5w 20 in the car. I called another midas and they asked me how much did they charge me for the oil change i said $25 he said thats the 5w 30 special I went back and another guy was there and he looked everything over and said yes its 5w 30 in there and that he would replace it with 5w 20.... this place has horrible service with no professional follow through I would reccomend this place to anyone, my neighbor went there for a oil change and guess what they forgot to put oil back in the car👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I will be calling their district Manager!

I came to the shop and expected to only have my alignment done. My car had been making a rattle/knock noise on the front drivers side. Come to find out my joints needed to be replaced and it was close to being really dangerous to drive. I was floored! I wasnt going to have the money to do what the manager Jay estimated that it was going to cost. He amazingly worked with me, wanting to make the vehicle safe and came down on the price. I am very, very grateful for what he did for me. The service was fantastic. I really couldnt have asked for more. My car is now safe and I will be happy to bring my business back to this location. Thank you, Jay and Ryan, as well as the guys who worked on my car! I cant thank you enough.

Groupon deal is a scam. Do not waste your money. Purchased the 3 full oil change package and they told me it doesn’t apply to synthetic blend and I showed them the fine print and it clearly states “up to synthetic blend” and they said we could take $10 off a synthetic blend oil change if you like.

Walked in to get a quote in having my brakes done. Guy at the counter was downright rude, spouted off a bunch of numbers quickly without explanation. Acted like he didnt want or need my business so I left.

The service has been great so far with top notch service and employees, until last Sat when I had to drop my Dodge Grand Caravan off to get checked out due to the dash lights turning on and off weirdly. Sadly like normal for this vehicle there were no computer codes to be read, to find out why the lights were turning on and off while I was driving.

Worst place to go. My boyfriend took our car there this morning to get a OIL CHANGE and left with my check engine light on. It was not on before we went there. Took it back and the manager said it was on when they took it back (which it wasnt) then told my bf he would read the code it was showing for $150 and my boyfriend declined and left. Not gonna pay for something that can be done for free at auto zone. I called the manager and he sat there arguing saying it was on when his guys got in the car then told me I had a transmission leak for about 5 months.. I just took my car there 3 months ago for a oil change and was told nothing about it. Took my car to auto zone to have the code read and it said my fuel cap was loose. THEY LOOSENED MY FUEL CAP!!!! I have kids that drive in my car. Do not go here.

This place is expensive. They replaced my power steering kit and now the rack and pinion is leaking. The parts are under warranty but they want $450 in labor to repair the leak!

I called them to bring my car and they said 45 minutes and find out it would take 2 hours and not even saying sorry. I told them you told me on the phone only 45 minutes. Manager told him to give it to my keys. Thats ridiculous. I wont come to this place and dont suggest anyone to trust people. Zero star if I could give that manager and store.

Very Expensive!!! My sons car broke down and they towed it to the shop. He needed a new starter for a 2005 Ford Explorer the first quote was over $760 dollars which I said was ridiculous. The mechanic said he could take 80 dollars off because my son was a student. They said the starter was over 500 just for the part which is crazy. You can buy a brand new starter from ford for way cheaper than that. My son attends UA and needed to get on plane next day so needed his car. We went ahead and put starter in with total coming out to 634! It looks like they saw my son without a parent and hiked the price. I called two different Midas and both quoted 350-450. They see a student come in and they hike the price.

Thank you Midas for removing the previous managers( time frame Jan/Feb on 2018 ). I had a horrible experience in Jan/Feb 2018 - I hesitated on revisiting this location for my life time oil change but I gave it one more chance. I was pleasantly surprised when with the currents managers, Mike and Jeremiah. Took the time to go over what was done on my truck in January and provided a free inspection while they completed my oil change. They were both very professional and restored my faith back to Midas.I read the comment about the 911 tattoo- the gentleman I worked with today, the tattoo guy, Jeremiah, was nothing like the previous review described him as. Jeremiah was pleasant and informative. Great Customer Service.

Very trustworthy staff. Ive been to a lot of different mechanics and here, I feel like I can come in and rest assured that the suggestions given for my vehicle have good merit and that my money is well-invested. Always very quick at services and they always have that sense of urgency and importance to my needs. This is the only location I go to, even though I live closer to others!UPDATE (10/21/18): The place is under new management and some new staff, as of earlier this year, so I can no longer accurately speak for the service this location provides, for the time being.

I took my car in for a oil change for the first time on may 22nd with this company paid for the most expensive oil that I could get for my Dodge Challenger same day I got my oil change within one hour my car did not want to accelerate on the highway pulled over checked my engine oil and it was EMPTY after many hours on the side of the road talking to corporate they finally told me to get a tow which I paid for and now my car has no working engine which midas does not want to take ownership of what happened EVEN after the technician who changed my oil apologized for the work he had done on my car after talking to Mike the STORE manager who is very unprofessional and extremely rude said it will cost 1800 to 6000 to fix my car I tried to fix this in a civil matter this is NOT the first time this has happened to them at this location please DO NOT go get a oil change or any time of work with this company this has been the worst experience.

I have dealt with this Midas several times. I am so pleased at the way business is done here. The manager (Jay) is extremely helpful, and has always given me the best prices possible for any work done to my car (2004 Pontiac Grand Prix). The assistant manager was also very helpful in explaining the issues my car was having in detail, and finding any way possible to give me the best labor price possible. I will not be taking my car anywhere else during my time as a student at UA. I would recommend this place to anyone having car issues for the sheer satisfaction of knowing that you will get a fair price, honest work, and time efficiency.

I almost never have to leave bad reviews for anyone but this place really got me upset. I went in early this week to get their advertised $13.99 oil change and fluid check. Turned out to be a $25 oil change after all the fees which blew me away.Then the young guy at the counter told me my radiator was leaking really bad from a crack and needed to be replaced. He said it would be just over $400 which I told him absolutely no and I would look into it. Of course i could do it myself for 1/4 of their price but I took it to my own mechanic for an inspection and sure enough, no cracks, no leaks. They just wanted to sell me a heavily overpriced radiator for no reason. They didnt even have anything printed on the receipt about the leak or need for replacement.Just avoid this place. Brake masters and Jack furiers is 100% hands down better and more honest.

Dont trust them if they say you need a repair on your vehicle. Get a second opinion. They tried to tell me my drive shaft was cracked and leaking. They were trying to charge me over $800 for the part alone and said it was a huge safety issue. I called my mechanic and let him know what they were telling me and he said it didnt sound right and not to let them touch it. As soon as I could I brought my car to my mechanic and there was nothing wrong with my car. It was a simple worn boot, which was super easy to replace and cost about $40 to repair and they did it for free. Midas did fine with the oil change, but they should not perform or recommend any major vehicle repairs. I feel like they were trying to rip me off and do not plan on visiting them ever again. When the District Manager called me he was rude, insulting and even hung up the phone. I thought he was called to apologize, but he was only calling to get me to change or remove my review. When he figured out that wasnt going to happen he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. This is not a trust worthy company, very apparent when dealing with their mechanics and managers.

Met and exceeded my expectations

Warning... Do not go to Midas for an oil change or anything else! They tried to tell me that my front rotars and brake pads were completely worn down and it would cost $500 to replace. I knew that was impossible since I checked them 2 months ago while replacing my serpentine and timing belt! I went to Brake Max for a second opinion and Charlie the Mechanic told me that they were is grreat shape and I didnt need them replaced for another 20,000 miles. BEWARE OF MIDAS! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES!

Jay, i think was his name, was very helpful and nice when I went in. Sure it took a while to wait around so watching the TV there or bringing something to keep you entertained would work, but my total ended up at $25 with fees and tax included on their $17.99 Oil change and tire rotation special with courtesy check. The estimates they gave me to fix things they said were wrong were extremely high, but I mean just say no if you dont want them and thats that. For an oil change, tire rotation, courtesy check, and good customer service for $25, I can take the extra fluff the sales people try to advertise. I will be back.

Customer service was fine, but I got a quote for a single tire replacement here for $217 and checked a nearby Jack Furriers for the same tire/job and they quoted me $142.Besides that, they were inconsistent with themselves--a quote for 2 tires/same job was $360 something and he said doing that would save me 10 dollars per tire, but if you take 360, add $20 and then divide by two you get $190...not even close to the $217 I was quoted for the single tire.I would be cautious when getting work done here.

Came for a simple oil change and all of a sudden having problems with my truck.. problems its never had before.. check engine light came on and lost oil pressure due to tampered sensor same day left with vehicle.. this place is out to rob the vulnerable who dont know anything about mechanics! Good price for oil change. Was not happy with sales as they told me my water pump was leaking but found out from my regular mechanic that it was changed about 20000 miles ago and it is not leaking. Since the water pumps are expensive they lied to me (A female who doesnt know better?), I will only give them 3 stars

Last year they said I need new brakes. I drove across the street to Brakemax who said my brakes were perfect. This year they tried to get me to do $3000 worth of repairs. I went to another mechanic. He found one problem that he fixed for $300.

Guys have always taken good care of my car here....I am a female and most shops try and take advantage, but not them....wouldnt take my car anywhere else to get it worked on! Keep up the good work Oracle Midas!!!

My husband and I went for an oil change, We have never been to Midas so we wanted to give them a try. Customer service was good but I was always taught to never trust a crook with a smile. I really wish we would have read the reviews first. They where suppose to top off all fluids but come to find out they didnt put any window cleaner in both cars, also told me that my car and my husband car needed major repairs, we have not had any problems with our vehicles so now we wait to see if they messed with anything, if that happens I will be taking legal action.

Pretty disappointed with this shop. A couple of younger guys seem to be running it. They did do my oil change, but it was also supposed to include checking fluids and a tire rotation like they advertise. No checking fluids. NO tire rotation. All they seemed yo be concerned with is trying to up sale me on everything. Also another customer waiting with me, as soon it was their turn first thing out of their mouths were youre going to need this and that. Again no tire rotation and did not see any other fluids checked. I will never go back... JUST DO YOUR JOBS THERE GUYS.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Came in for and Oil Change and during their inspection the roters needed replacement as well. They gave me a good deal of $260 for two brand new rotors, brake pads, oil change (synthetic high millage) tire rotation, and air filter. I suggest you swing by and give them a try.

Great people. I couldnt figure out how to change a bulb. They did it for free.

Really upset! Took my car in for oil service, oil change, and transmission flush. Paid over $400.00 as leaving the place with few minutes before closing. My cars change oil indicated came on CHANGE OIL! My tire pressure lights came on! It starting sprinkling so I turned my wipers ON and guess what? The water in my wiper washer canister never filled! The Time and all electrical was way off!! When thats one of the one small things I also asked to put back on track since I rely on the car telling me when my next oil changed etc...Now makes me doubt a lot if I had any of my oils changed.. Very 😡 now I have to go and pay some one else to get this simple things done! When I live off pay check by pay check which Im sure many do. That wasnt a small amount to pay, at least for me. Will let my friends and family know my experience there for sure😢

Greatest service that I have ever experienced. Mike is the most knowledgeable repair Technician I have ever met. The guys at Midas bent over backwards to get me in a u-haul truck. exstreamly fair on price and service with rental. I will only rent from a u-Haul .truck from Mike in tucson .He will get ou the truck you need and when you need it.

Do not take your car here. They were disappointed that there was nothing wrong with my car. It was a brand new car. I just had an oil change, but oil leaking from the car after I left here. Mad too because I had a groupon. Please do not go here.

My second experience with the store. The first time they put on brakes with a “lifetime warranty” info that wore out after 8000 miles, total junk. They replace them and said they would not charge me for labor, Gee, thanks a lot, wasted another hour of my life getting those brake pads changed.This time I made a reservation for a simple oil change, which took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete-glad I called for a reservation

Worst ever .Had a 1030 appointment and it sat there for 50 min just for an oil change. Told them I had to leave cuz nothing was getting done they said ok and gave me my keys .Didnt even try and remedy the situationWorst ever!

Dishonest. Despicable business practice....My step-father, Bob, went in for a basic oil change today (his regular mechanic was busy). After performing the oil change Midas told him he would need a brand new radiator asap & that it would be $700. They tried convincing him to get it done today. Bob figured hed get a 2nd opinion from his regular mechanic. Ran an errand and noticed the car is now leaking profusely. Note that this car never leaked before. He immediately took the car to his mechanic whom we trust. He was told that the radiator looked as if someone made several holes in it causing the leak! Rocks can make a hole, yes. However, our mechanic recently had to get to a hard to reach spot to replace a part having to do with the a/c. He remembers checking the condition of this among other things. Everything was fine.He had to purchase a new radiator (for hundreds less than Midas would have charged by the way). We are appalled. Were taking steps for an official complaint but its important that we DO NOT keep places like this in business. Let your friends & family know. Nobody deserves to be taken advantage of like this.

One of the best automotive experiences ive had...jay is very clear on why my repairs were so important. The technitions were fast and performed an amazing job. Treated me like family. Got a shop for life!!!

Awful. Go somewhere else. Said they filled the windshield fluid yet its empty. Would not rotate tires. Bad attitude and they really dragged their feet here. Will never be back to Midas. Incompetent.

I have two cars I take here and have never had anything but a positive experience. I like the courtesy inspection to let me know whats going on with my car. They have a card that gives every 5th oil change free, which for two cars adds up quick.

Been coming to this Midas for my oil changes for about 2 years. I was pleasantly surprised when my 5th oil change was free. I never saw a promo and didnt know it was even a thing until I went to pay and he said its free. Also, I showed up for my 12 oclock appointment 5 minutes early and one of the mechanics was waiting for me, grabbed my keys, and started my service before I even finished checking in. Theyre always friendly too.
