I have been going to break masters for a few years now. They will tell you what needs to be done to keep your car on the road nothing more. Lifetime warranty on all parts replaced. They even help with discounts to help with pricing. I recommend this location and the location #105 off oracle and Ina is a great location as well. Bobby runs that one and Jay runs the #228 location. Awesome guys. Great service. Id give it 10 stars if I could.

Jay and his team are great. They replaced the throttle cable and pedal grommet on my 1989 Volkswagon Cabriolet. They also replaced the timing belt. Great customer service. Im so glad there is a location close to my house. I typically had my dad change my oil but now these days he unfortunately can not do so. I decided to chose this location and so thankful that I did because it was amazing. Jay was the one who was at the front and he was super friendly and nice he knew how fast and efficient his workers are to where I went to Albertsons did my grocery shopping and when I came back by car was already done. He gave information that I needed that my car was in good condition when my next oil change was going to be and when I come back I will as well get my tire rotated, I was supper impressed. I will most defiantly come back.

Joe was awesome, found out that I had a fluid leak in my brakes. Cost a little more than I wanted to pay, but safety first with grandson riding with me! If I need any other work done definitely going back!!

I had recently took my car to 520 Motors on 29th St here In Tucson for a tune-up and to have the surpentine belt replacedwith the pulleys and have the brakes checked . I was told I had about 3 - 6 months til I needed to change my brakes pads. However,6 days later my car started making a loud clanking sound. I took it in to Brake Masters and Jay and his team put it on the racks and had me come out and look. The belt that 520 Motors replaced was very loose and the tension pulley was broken and the spring from it was lodged between the other pulley and the hose to my power steering pump so the serpentine belt could have gone out at any moment. Also upon inspection the brakes I was supposed to not have to replace for another 3 -6 months were completely non existent. I didnt even have brakes to one side of my car . The guys at Brake Masters went above and beyond to make sure imy car was safe and Ithe problem fixed at a reasonable price. I will be taking my car back to Brake Masters for all its needs from now on. Thank You Jay!!! You, Brenden and the rest of your team are Amazing!!!🤩

Got a 4 wheel alignment on my 2010 Ford Fusion. They had me in and out in 40 min. Nothing but good vibes from these guys.

Just wanted to do a callout to this store. Id never been there, but they were able to see me immediately when my Jeep dealer told me I needed new brakes, because the pads were supposedly almost gone. Austin at the front immediately pointed out my brakes were fine and even took fotos of the pads and texted them to me so I could prove it to Jeep. I then lodged a complaint to the dealer. They saved me a lot of money for unnecessary work. I still have tens of thousands of miles left probably. They were also fast, responsive, clean, well staffed, and courteous, so I plan to use this place for future business

I visited this location for an oil change and received professional service from the whole team. They have a nice lobby with comfortable seating while you wait. I will be returning for future services!

I called to see if I can come in for an oil change and inspection. The man said they just had a few people and to come on in. When I went in I waited for 20 min for the line to clear up then the cashier took his time settling in and started watching a movie on the tv in the lobby! His mask was under his nose and he couldn’t care less since he didn’t even acknowledge me at all. Jiffy Lube is way better I came here and they acknowledged me right away didn’t make me wait before they finished their movie.

Great experience! Haven’t had service like this in a long time...Samuel was quick to my concern along with his master techs getting right on to a solution and needs...awesome work! To top it off he threw in a free oil change..that’s how concerned and determined they were! Definitely coming back for any of my vehicle needs!

Austin at Brake Masters #228 was very courteous and friendly to my mother who recently and took her vehicle in for some work. They did a good job at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back in the future.

Either incompetent or liars. After recharging the freon in my AC (explicitly stating it would fix it and I would not need to come back), it leaked out within a week. Went back, Oh, yeah, the recharge had dye in it and we expected it to leak out so we could find the leak. The excuse was that this guy JUST took over as manager because the old manager did stuff like that. Right.So they look at my car. They claim the evaporator core is leaking because they used a freon detector and it was coming out my vents. They gave me a quote for over $1300 and asked if I wanted to do it same day. I said I wanted to get a second opinion.So I went to Buddys Auto Diagnostic and AC. It took Buddy literally less than 60 seconds from popping the hood to correctly diagnosing the problem as a simple broken tube. He let me put on the glasses and use the light to see the dye that leaked out, it lit up like a crime scene. If Break Masters bothered to pop the hood, it was basically impossible to miss. He replaced it for about $300 in parts and labor, same day.Its been several weeks, and my AC is still ice cold. There was no leak in my evaporator core, a look with an endoscope confirmed that.TL:dr Break Masters tried to charge $1300 to replace a non-broken part that would have not fixed my issue. It was stupid easy to diagnose the problem if you understand anything about car AC. No reliable business would eagerly charge a customer $1300 for nothing unless they were crooks or idiots.Find a smaller shop, ideally local, as they often have a strong work ethic (or they go broke). I will never set foot in a Break Masters again.

So I came here on a family recommendation after have a very bad experience happen at MPG when I had their guys recommended fixes to my car that simply do not not apply to my car which totaled out to about $300.These guys have been honest, fair and have taken very good care of me. Even recommending other places for tires and what not.I would very much recommend the guys at this location ALL DAY LONG!

Jays is one of the most friendly mechanics Ive done business with. On top of that I can tell hes honest. Cars are expensive, but hell make sure you go down the most sensible and affordable route for your dollar.

WOW, Returned to this location yesterday and today and found a new store manager Jim. Previously had great service with JD. I would not return here and would recommend that you do not go there if Jim works there. Took vehicle in to be checked for light warning-happened after work was done . Jim wanted to charge me over 80 dollars after vehicle was checked. Took vehicle back today because when it was returned they left something hanging and the part melted!! Jim said it would be taken care of. When my husband was talking to tech that did work Jim came out and was upset. Accused us just wanting free work-I asked for his bosses # and then he said F### it am not doing any of the work you need to leave.

Danny has always been extremely professional and courteous with me and any issue I have had he has gone above and beyond to assist me and my daughter with our vehicles. A few weeks ago my vehicle was not starting as quickly as I thought it should and I asked if he would check the battery status. They checked it and advised me that my battery was almost dead. Great service and great prices. I will always return because customer service is great as well as prices.

The folks at this particular store are fantastic and treat their customers with respect. I came in thinking that I had a brake issue. The store manager (JD) corrected me and showed me specifically what he thought it was. He quoted me a price and I compared it to 2 other shops and it compared very favorably. Even though the job turned out to be quite difficult and time consuming, the costs still remained reasonable. The fix has made a world of difference. I highly recommend this shop (#228).

My vehicle was having multiple mechanical issues. Not only did Brake Masters manager (JD) and his techs figured out what the problems were but also the amount I was charged to fix them was very reasonable. They also have a state of the art wheel alignment machine that I also had them do my vehicle wheel alignment.They are know my #1 mechanics.

This place does amazing work and the customer service is absolutely wonderful!! Samuel and Rob gave us great customer service and I will now come here from now on!! Seriously a great place with great people!!

Danny was great, and very honest! Came in wanting all 4 brakes replaced, and he had informed me that I still had quite a bit left on the rears, and they just needed to be readjusted. Instead of replacing them and charging me for the rears, like a lot of places would do for more money, he informed me about what was/wasnt needing to be done. Ended up spending only half the money I expected to pay. Hard to find any place like that anymore. Highly recommend this place!

Went in for a knock sensor re-wire (rodents chew through mine). The guys saw some other engine codes, but instead of insisting that I get them serviced for $300+ they asked if my battery had died and if the light came on around that time. It had, and the other engine codes cleared up. Honest team that knew what they were doing!

I was told my brake fluid was low by Jiffy Lube but when I brought my car into Brake Masters. Jim was very honest and did not recommend any replacements. Thank you for your help Jim!

I came in last minute right before closing and they happily changed my oil, and even charged me $5 less since my tires are new and didnt need a rotation. Most places would have charged me anyways! Danny the manager was also very honest and didnt try to take advantage of me like Midas always tries to, since Im young and a female- places try to charge me for stuff I dont need since they assume (correctly lol) that I dont know much on cars. Guessing how to fix a check engine light is not the same as eliminating the cause. The guessing process used by BM robbed me of $300 that went in their pocket and cost me another $300 for a part they said was needed to get rid of a vacuum leak on a 2004 V8 sedan. In the end, I was $600 poorer and still had a check engine light and was now being told the next step is $430 gasket job which might not be effective. I decided to get rid of the car rather than nickel and dime myself to poverty while brake masters gets rich. If they did not feel qualified to isolate a problem they should have told me to go somewhere else in the beginning. I will not take any car back here for any reason due to this breach of faith that constitutes fraudulent business practice in my view.
