Weve been traveling full time for two years. Didnt know anyone in Tucson when the clutch on my Diesel Ram went out. After a recommendation from another very competent mechanic, I called Eric up. Great and very honest repair shop. Went in for an appointment on our jeep. He told us what was wrong, but then told us to go back to the dealer as it was still under warranty. Our daughter went there, price to fix her truck was about half of what she was quoted by other shops. They did the work quickly and its doing well. Very professional.

I was traveling through the area and in need of an oil change and tire rotation. Eric did just that the following morning but went above my hopes and expectations by doing a complete check of my brakes, transmission and steering and pointed out a couple items that will need attention while adding a big dose of welcome advice. I left with a great deal of peace of mind. You see, Im a 70 year young gal traveling with my Ford F-250 that carries a Lance truck camper. A mechanic who can give me peace of mind and great diesel service is worth much more than 5 stars. I cant be more pleased. Thank you Eric!

Eric and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They understand every project that Ive brought to them, finished pretty much when they say they will and are very fair with what they charge. They work on diesel engines, lots of work fleet vehicles and enjoy the work that they do. Reccomended.

I took my cadillac cts-v to get the transmission drained and filled. Eric was very straight forward and didnt try and sell me anything i didnt need. He was very fair on the price He saved me 150 dollars because the dealership and every other mechanic i contacted wanted 240 dollars for a 30 min job i will be taking all my cars there for maintenance I also recommended them to my family and friends.

My husband, daughter and myself have been going to Erics Automotive for fifteen plus years and have had the best care and honest reliability from Eric and his staff. He is reasonable and doesnt over indulge in sticker price for parts. We will continue to go to him for our auto repairs and maintenance for as long as we can.

This is by far the best auto repair shop in Tucson. I never felt taken advantage of as a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars. He explained everything that I needed to do, what needed to be done right away, and what could wait until I saved up money for the more extensive jobs. I really give this place all the stars it deserve.I didnt realize I had given them a review several years ago :-), but I still stand by my original review. I look at reviews for places before I go. If you are doing that and trying to decide where to tow your car, or who to go to for some car repair work...you do want to go here. The other reviewers echo what I am saying... I am just really happy to say I have a mechanic that is honest and upfront whenever anyone asks if I know a good mechanic.

Erics Auto Repair is now my go to mechanic for my vehicle (and now for my family). In my past, Ive had some horror story mechanic experiences and to say that Ive developed a distrust for vehicle repair establishments is an understatement (If youve had your own bad experiences - you know exactly what I mean!).... Eric is fair, informative, trustworthy, and his shop gets the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend!!!!!

These guys are great!!! They got my truck in right away and diagnosed it. Even with having the wrong parts sent to them they offered to stay late to get the job done and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Definitely a great experience!!!!

Eric knows his stuff. I usually do my own repairs, but whenever I am trumped by issues I cant diagnose, then I go to Erics. Hell diagnose the issue and then Ill have the choice to either have him fix it or fix it myself. I just wish it was open weekends, but I know youve got to make time for the family.

Great my dad works there and hes good

Eric has always treated me right and tells you whats going on with you vehicle. Probably about 10 years ago took my truck in for a tune up. About 2 months later it wouldnt start, just cranked. I checked things but didnt see the issue so called Eric. He arranged a tow truck. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a spark plug wire melted on the exhaust manifold. He took ownership of the problem saying that it shouldnt have happened and replaced them all making sure they were installed right with spacers to hold them out of the way, all free of charge and paid for the tow. Other shops may have made excuses, or only warrantied parts but not labor, or not towing. Great business and treats you right, truly a mechanic that you can trust.
