On 2/22/20, I went to Midas (333 W Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85706) for a basic oil change. I left with a car that was not starting, the police officers that came to take my victim statement of being Verbally abused by Dan the new manager helped me to push my car to Break Masters. Ray the assistant manager at Break Masters was great! I was treated with respect and professional courtesy. I thought my key was the issue. I was given a ride home to get my other car key. Highly recommended business!!! Also, a shout out to the men & women in uniform that protects us and perform acts of kindness as I was a recipient. THANKS OFFICER B & your partner!!!

Raymond and Gabriel are more than professional and helpful, Raymond went above and beyond for me, and made sure I was informed about the service theyd be providing me. I didnt used to use Brake Masters but now, because of the excellent service I received, I will be back the next time I need anything done on any of my vehicles.

I went in to get my rotor lifted and brakes replaced. They did a free inspection and let me know all that needed to be done. Honestly, everyone was great through this process. I never felt they were trying to push me to replace more and were very honest! Raymond was amazing and really brightens your day when you walk in and talk with him! Thanks so much guys!!

Hands down, this is the BEST BrakeMasters location in the Tucson area. I have attempted to go to others since moving to a different part of town, and you just dont get the personalized customer care that this location offers. The staff is honest, and hard working.I was disappointed when another location didnt tell me about an issue with my car until I was picking it up after an oil change. I was told that they would have fixed it, but it was almost closing time. The Valencia crew is always upfront with any issues they find, and will stay until the work is done.I often forget that BrakeMasters is a chain, because Raymond makes you feel like family. Thats why I have been coming to this location over and over again, for nearly twenty years.

Raymond and the Brake Masters crew are thee best! I have been a long time customer and have never had a bad experience. They are upfront and give the best vehicle advice. Most of all, they have helped me out in my most difficult vehicle/financial crisis. I could not recommend a better auto repair place to care for your vehicle where you’re treated like family.

Shady business practices! I went in for an oil change and later found out they never replaced the oil filter! When i confronted them about it i was shown an oil filter that did not match my car and the machinic had to go dig around in his back room to find another that also dint match. It wasnt more than five min they changed the oil and they misplaced the old oil filter? Never again.

I needed to have a pressure hose replaced. I was referred by a friend who uses this shop for all her repairs. I was taken care of right away, got a great deal, and some laughs along with it. They finished the job super fast! Gabriel, Mikhail, and Raymond were awesome. Highly recommended.

I’m a First time customer and Mikhail was really informative and answered all my questions! He helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my car and showed me physically what it looked like and what I needed to do to prevent the problems that we’re occurring. I help my mom take her car to this location for oil changes. She likes this place because they offer excellent services and theyre very courteous. Eventhough there are other places around, none of them will be straight up with you like the guys at this place. They know what theyre doing and this is why the place is still operating. Recently brought my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek to this location to have mistakes corrected from the #225 location.Mike/ Michael, one of the managers, was absolutely phenomenal. Truly worked with me to make sure I understood exactly what was going to be done to my vehicle, why it had to be done, and helped get me a better rate for being military.Extreme attention to detail, couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received here.

First off I would like to thank the employees that work here. I had a great experience with them over the phone and in person. Raymond helped me over the phone and was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. As I entered the building Michael greeted me in. He was also very knowledgeable and patient as well. Michael broke it down for me in a way I was able to understand what he was talking about as I know nothing about cars. I was still a little iffy about it and he did not rush me on the decision making. I actually left me car there and thought about it for a few hours and called Michael back and they started working on my car. My car was done pretty fast. I have no complaints at all. Good place to go for any repairs you need. Usually not a long wait for oil change if you get in early enough but this place does get busy so be prepared for a wait after 11am or have a ride ready. They are very reasonable also 👍🏼

Great customer service! Raymond was amazing he even programmed the maintenance reminder on my truck to remind me when I need my oil change. Although they put a sticker with the mileage when you have to take it in I always forget. It was very nice of him to go above and beyond to set up this reminder. I highly recommend this place!

These people are GREAT! They are reliable, fast and the job they do is fantastic. They have the best attitude. They tell you what is wrong, what it takes to fix it, how long it will take. I took my car in to get the rear brakes inspected and fixed, all the guys had very professional customer service and even better service when it came down to my vehicle! They hooked me up with a great deal and definitely didn’t put a dent in my wallet like I was expecting. It took a couple hours which was expected but the waiting room is very nice and cool, with bathrooms, a tv, free coffee and water bottles. Once my car was finished and I was able to take it home, I could feel the difference in the brakes right away!! As soon as I pushed down on the brake I already felt 100% safer driving in that car! Bad bad bad. They drag there feet. 3 hours to get seen..when brakes was done...took 2 hours just to get tires back on. Had to ask for my car 3 times.

I called in because my brakes started grinding. I spoke with Jesus, who was very kind and helpful. I went in the next day and dealt with Raymond. Who I cannot speak highly enough of. He went above and beyond his job to help me out. He is proof that there are still good people out there. My brakes are fixed, both back and front. Which I am happy about. I was referred to Brake Masters by another business. I was initially cautious being this was the first time dealing with this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Raymond Aguilar. The job was completed in the time stated. More importantly, it was done correctly. On a side note, I was witness to the auto technician’s interaction with Raymond in the office. It was nice to see the respect and relaxed attitude of the techs with the office person. My experience in management recognized a satisfying work environment. Good work environments generally translate to productivity and quality.

They do have great customer service as far as being friendly, but friendly doesnt cut it for me when you have to deal with bs. I took my car in the morning for an oil change, clicking sound on brakes and to check why engine light was on. After calling twice, by now it is 4:30 and Raymond told me what was needed and would have it done by 5:30 before closing. Get there at 5:45 and still not done. I went ahead and left it there over night so I would not have to bother anyone else for a ride. Four times I mentioned the click when braking, but ignored me and never addressed that problem. I took my car here because after all are they not a brake place?? Never doing business with Brake Masters again. I will be taking my car else where for the additional work needed. No excuse for keeping my car here that long. The ad online says typical wait is no more than an hour? Work done should not have been over night. So hard to find reputable places these days.

I had an amazing experience. Great customer service no matter who it is, went to get my tail lights checked as to why they weren’t working and they got them fixed with out charging me a cent. You won’t ever get over charged. Really appreciated they’re work here !

When I went to Brake masters, I was having brake trouble and needed to travel some distance the next day. I was very worried about the safety of my family and the other motorists. I was not willing to take this very important trip with my brakes in the condition they were in. I called brake masters to schedule an appointment. They told me to just come in. When I arrived, the wait was 45 minutes, which I figured was average. I asked if they could do a brake repair and oil change by the end of the day (I had just gotten paid and had to leave the next morning) and Raymond said hed do his best... And that he did! He called an hour later, told me the issue, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I agreed to the repair, and asked if it would have to take another day. He said it would be a close call but it should be done by closing. 35 minutes later, the job was done and no other issues had arisen. He was even willing to wait around for me to walk there and pick my car up! It was a great experience. They do a great job there. I know where to go next time I need some work done!

This place feels like family. Everytime I walk in Im greeted with a Mr McIntosh. They go out their way to help you even to include adding coupons you didnt even know exist. I have a Dodge Journey, Honda Pilot and Qx 80 Infiniti and they treat all the cars the same. For them to take great care of the other car as well as they do with the Infiniti makes me extremely happy. They arent all about profits, they are about the community and helping people. I switched from brakemax to brake masters and I can honestly say I made one of the best choices.

Cordial, honest explain details after examining brakes, I actually didnt need brakes. I was told by a buddy to come here after I had another shop check my breaks maybe early July and they told me my breaks, rotors & everything else was in good shape and truck is good & safe to drive but they did bleed my lines they said. I got a lot of work done by this shop & now I feel like I should have the work checked out.Took my truck to BreakMasters #106 on Valencia Road on 9-29-17 to get my breaks checked and done because my break were making noise and my pedal was hitting the floor. I did almost get into a accident so I needed to get it looked at ASAP!! I was tired of having my truck not driven around like I want. They called me maybe 1hr later and said my rotors, pads & master cylinder are in terrible shape & even showed me the bad parts when truck was up in the air. So I was told a price and it was a little high for me but they did drop the price a bit and worked with me so I could get work done and get back on the road safely.Now my truck stops like it should and I feel safe on the road with my family. I will never go back to that other shop again and I will be returning for future work here soon. Raymond was a polite & very informant person to talk to when I had my truck issues.Talk to Raymond, Gabriel or Jesus there very polite guys. I talked to Raymond in person thou and he was very polite to me and gave me all the info I needed to get repairs on my truck.
