These guys are very honest and they do quality work at a fair price. I will always come back in the future when I need an auto work. They exceeded my expectations.

I recently moved to Arizona, and my car started dumping radiator fluid a couple days ago. Not knowing a soul here to ask for a mechanic recommendation, I searched for somewhere local, and I noticed that this place had an insane amount of five-star reviews (pretty rare for a car repair shop!!!) so I dropped my car off in the middle of the night. They have a secure key drop. The very next morning, I received a phone call from Bill; he was super kind and upfront. He promised my car to be repaired by the following afternoon. Later that evening, Bill called again to inform me that they got it done early. Such awesome news when youre without a vehicle! I got down there and he was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened, how they repaired it, and the estimate I had gotten earlier that day was exactly the cost. I had a really great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer, as well as recommend this place to everyone.

Canyon View Auto came highly recommended by a friend...We were very dissatisfied with the repair shop we had been using and gave Canyon a try...We own an older Buick that had a number of things wrong and presented our problems to Bill Hatfield service manager...In his friendly home style manner he assured us that these problems could be repaired and we would get a few more years out of our older car...His words were true to form as he completed the needed work even repairing some work shoddily done by our previous repair shop....I can only highly recommend this shop to anyone that would be thinking of giving them a try.

These guys are AWESOME! I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 SRT in because it blew out a freeze plug. (Turns out there were THREE leaking) Told me it would be Monday of the following week before it would be finished. Also quoted over $500 to do the repairs. Well...1) They got it finished on Friday of the same week (Three days earlier than they said)2) At less than what they originally quoted! Okay, HOW OFTEN does that happen??3) They also appreciate us Veterans too. They gave a discount on the bill as well.I just found my new shop to take my vehicles to if they need something done that I cannot do myself. These folks have definitely EARNED MY BUSINESS!Would I recommend them? WELL DUH!!!! HECK YEAH!!!

I have gone in twice and as a lady I expected to be taken advantage of but that was not the case, instead they told me I was misinformed and no work needed to be done, the second time it was for check engine light since I had not put gas in I went straight there but I did have it smoged and they did not double click the gas cap. Both times no charge. Today I have another car in for window motor repair. I won’t go anywhere else. They are the best. Thank you for treating ladies with respect with their car repairs.

Fast service, good quality, reasonable prices. Needed an emergency welding repair on our trailer suspension which they turned around in just a couple of hours, getting us back on the road. A lot of places might price gouge you on something like this but they were more than reasonable. Cant thank them enough for the great service.

Very fair rate and fantastic work. Ive been bringing them our cars when needed for several years and will continue to do so. The only thing that could improve and raise them to a 5 star is a phone call and information when they are done. The last 2 times weve gone, we had to call and ask if they were done with the repair. I love Canyon View Automotive. Bill is great! He and his employees dont try to sell you anything you dont need. They check out the issue you bring them, give you honest quotes on how much its going to cost, and fix your problem if you give them the go-ahead. Its a bit of a drive to his shop from my house, but I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I would recommend Canyon View to anybody!

This is the best automotive repair shop to take your vehicle to in the Rita ranch area they dont lie to you they get things done the right way the first time and they treat you like family.

They installed a exhaust system in my husbands truck and was done with pride and quality we highly recommend them for all their work.

A couple coworkers tipped me off that Canyon Automotive was a good place, so I gave them a try and took two cars to them. My experience was outstanding! Bill was more than fair, the workmanship was great and Ill be back.

Reasonably priced for Toyota parts.

I spent $1300 to get a power steering issue and a transmission coolant line repaired. The power steering is still not fixed, even though they claim to have replaced everything, and the transmission coolant line still leaks, after being replaced twice. Ive been here a couple of times due to being conveniently located near Vail, but dont make the mistake I did. I took my vehicle to a real mechanic and they found the power steering pump hadnt even been replaced. Installed a new one and drives great. Stay away from this place that obviously gets their buddys to leave positive reviews.

I am new to the area and I asked a couple of people where I could find a good auto repair shop. I was told that this shop is good. I took my truck in and left it with them to diagnose the problem. When they called me back, they said it was not good news. They said that they could tell that I really take care of the truck. It is a 2012 with 67,000 miles. They suggested that I take it to the local Dodge Ram dealer and see if I can get them to fix it free or at a discounted price. They said no truck with this many miles should need new lifters and a cam. They told me to Google it and see how much trouble Chrysler / Dodge / Ram has been having with the 5.7 Hemi. He said this problem is usually well after 100,000 miles. I think this shop is fantastic. Most shops would charge an arm and a leg for all the testing they did. Not these guys. They were more concerned with my problem. I would highly recommend this shop. They are 5 stars in my eyes.

They understand that many people dont have a ton of money to spend on their car, and so they suggest reasonable repairs rather than trying to upsell. I have been to Canyon View twice. Once, the repair would cost more that the car was worth and the next time I had a fluid leak that was fixed with a simple tightening job. Transportation to the Rita Ranch area was provided very promptly and at no charge both times. An auto repair shop such as this is going to rewrite the reputation of auto repair shops everywhere. There was No Charge for either of these visits! You will not be disappointed here if you need an auto repair. They Be Good!

Recently had a flat tire, as I went to remove the lug nuts, 1 of them wouldnt come off. Ended up breaking the stud. When I went to Discount Tire, they said they dont remove and replace the studs but recommended I take it to Canyon View Auto. Went in without an appointment, told them of my issue, stated it would be ready by 2pm the same day. Very happy with the work they did and even happier with total price I was charged (thought I was going to pay over $100, was charged under $50) Highly recommend taking your vehicle to this establishment!

I went here with my fiancee to have a vehicle looked at and Dylan was very professional. He was honest with us in regards to what he saw, pointing out the flaws and even went as far as to suggest a vehicle that he was currently working on. I had taken my car elsewhere to get fixed and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, called up Canyon View Automotive and they did the same job for half the cost of the other shop. They are friendly and get the job done quick with no hassles of other shops telling you that you need a million things done. I highly recommend these guys!!

I was referred by a family member to this place for a quote on a brake job. I went in on Monday December 9th to see if they can meet or match the price I was quoted. The Service Manager Bill Hatfield looked at my quote and said yeah I can come in under the quote and save u at least $50. At that time Bill told me well I would like to schedule an appointment to look and see exactly what it needs because I dont go by quotes. So I made an appointment for Monday December 16 2019 at 830 AM. I showed up promptly at 815 and Bill remembered me and explained to me that he would take a look the front and rear brakes. 20 minutes later he came to me and said well u dont need rear brakes but the pads and rotors need to be replaced in the front. he also said your calipers were moving freely when I pressed the brakes so he was going to look at those further. I left for a little while to run errands and when I came back to claim my vehicle he said that will be $338 dollars out the door. Bill also told me that the calipers were gunked up and he was said they were smooth like butter. I was so nervous that he was going to sell me something I didnt need. We thought that we had purchased bad fuel. Our truck started running terrible. The put the truck thru a bunch of test. It turned out that the problem was a major problem with the 5.7 Hemi on 2009 to 2012 Chrysler/Dodge vehicles (lifter failure, causing flattened lobes on the cam). They suggested that I contact the manufacture. This problem is all over the internet. Canyon View could of ripped me a new one to repair the truck. Instead, they were more interested in helping me out. They spent over two hours diagnosing my problem. They said this should not be a problem on a 2012 Ram 1500 with 66,000 miles. They gave me a full report to present to the manufacturer. I am still fighting with Chrysler/Dodge. Canyon View was fantastic.

They quickly found the problem (the coil wire had come loose and burned on the manifold). An hour later we were back on the road for $60 and our trip was back on. Your shop turned a potential ruined trip into a minor blip. Thank you for being attentive, honest, and empathic during our time of need. You have a great shop!

I have been troubleshooting a vibration issue on my Trans Am for many months. Other shops have had me replace numerous parts ( Driveshaft, Axles, Wheels etc. ) without success. Canyon Views owner personally took the time to properly and completely diagnose the problem. He even had my car on the lift with the tires spinning at freeway speed to show me the problem! In a nutshell... BEST service and BEST diagnosis I have received when compared to many competing Tucson repair facilities. Trust this shop to do you right !

I came in without an appointment and they got me right in. Great customer service!! I had a rock in my brake so they had to take my tire off and remove the Rock and they didnt charge me anything. I was in and out in 15 minutes!!!

I had my car towed there after it broke down near the shop. It turned out to be a timing belt problem. My complaint was that they told me and my wife more than once, that they were working on it, and it would be ready the next day. After the 5th or 6th day, I was told the part had come in, and it would be ready the next day. The problem I have is, “Why didnt they tell me they had to order the part, instead of telling me it would be ready the next day for several days?”. I wont be recommending this shop to anyone.
