Amazing guys with hearts. They have taken care of me and I genuinely felt like they not only wanted my business, but also didnt make me feel pressured, rushed, or belittled me like most mechanics do. They over perform and over deliver. Just wish dealerships would treat people as good as these guys treat their customers

Spent around $6,000 for front-end work, yet I had to keep bringing it back in to fix the work done. For example, I had to have the steering wheel centered three times in the last 9 months. Their excuse was bad roads (its a 4x4).The new steering box went bad too in a short amount of time, however it was under warranty so it didnt cost anything.Then the second steering box went out that they put in.You know the saying, time is money and moneys time. Dirty T saved me money the first time I did business with them, then they started to cost just as much as the GM dealership;only they arent as skillful as the dealership. So Ill be going back to GM. Sometimes its best to go to a certified mechanic. If Dirty T Automotive uses certified mechanics, it doesnt show.

I have been using Dirty Ts services for over a year, from everything from diagnosing transmission problems and power steering issues, to engine starters and oil changes, so I can confidently say the people at Dirty T are more than fair, consistently have the lowest prices (Ive checked for every repair Ive done), and if their repairs dont last, youve got a lifetime warranty.I have seen them honor the warranty with a power steering repair. No fuss, they kept their word and replaced the part. Also, when my transmission had problems, we agreed to a particular price, but then they gave me a discount without me asking, saying they were passing some of the savings they had received from a third party. These examples show the kind of people Gabe, Vince, David and the others are. They are honest, hard-working people that care more about customer experience than the bottom line.I will admit that they arent perfect. One time they were unable to repair a window motor prior to a trip I took (due to some miscommunication between the dealership from who they were ordering the part, around the holiday season), but they are determined to work with you to meet your needs no matter what. They helped me temporarily secure the window so I could take my trip, and then performed the repair the day after I got back.TLDR: If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust to ensure the job gets done right, at the best prices around Tucson. Dirty T is your shop.

Very disappointed with this place. They were fantastic when they first opened up. Sadly they went downhill fast! They give me a fair price on repairs and of course by the end of it they added hundreds of dollars to the repairs. Take my fleet elsewhere now.

About a month ago my truck was in there because the front hub fell off and they had to rebuild the front end they put new brake caliper, caliper bracket rotor, lower ball joint and steering knuckle well today I went to drive my truck and I heard a clunking when I hit the brakes and one of the bolts on the brake caliper bracket fell out and was hitting my rim my new rim is now scratched on the inside and these are rims I just bought

I appreciate the quality of service I received at Dirty T. I went for a wheel alignment for my wifes 2017 Camry because I became suddenly aware her tires were wearing down unevenly and too fast (upmarket tires). The shop manager slotted me for same day service, which was really nice. I brought the car and it was taken in on time. 45 minutes later they had aligned the wheel, done 2 test drives, and I was out. Fast, simple. The price was reasonable, better than a couple places I had checked before. The shop manager was very friendly, all interaction was professional. I will go back, and I recommend Dirty T.

Warning please dont take your vehicle here this place sucks bad service. The new service manager Gabe lies. Promises you some then never comes through. He told me he would replace my air intake that was broken by there so called mechanic that over tighten the plastic air intake.

Said ball joints were bad quoted 1400 ended up being everything but the ball joints.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and great prices. They are big enough to do the tough jobs yet small enough to care about the quality of work there doing.

Great Service! Oil change was fast and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this shop for oil changes and any other automotive services you need.

They stole my oil pan and my car blew up. They also left what appears to be a bag of industrial garbage on my radiator. The smell will never come out. Its smells like a badger farm.

Definitely not a good place to take your vehicle they will damage your car without fixing it or find some way to make it right without fixing it, blow motors up, got a simple oil change and they didnt tighten oil cap so oil went everywhere when they were confronted about it didnt give any concern. This is definitely a whole in the wall shop and probably a front. The owner definitely should be there more often than his son who is ignorant and mouthy.

I walked in with my fiancees Mazda, which had a wheel bearing going out. They were able to source a part and install it within about two hours, and I even set up a later appointment for my Honda. The guy working the desk was professional, but not too stiff or creepy - just a regular cool dude. Ive been dreading doing all of the work myself, and decided to spend some spare change here to get it done, and Im very satisfied with what I got.

The GMC van was broke in their parking lot. With no keys, due to us, they repaired the van, replaced parts and with the keys in hand aligned the front end, on time and under the estimate

BEWARE - THIEVES!!!After charging me nearly $800, they sent me home with the same problem I had paid them to repair 😢It was only until I went to Discount Tires on Oracle that I discovered my car problem (car bouncing, shaking & vibrating when driving) was not mechanical, just tires that needed replacing.Mr Arroyos (Dirty Ts owner) is also claiming that he replaced my tires & rims, but his claim is also a BIG FAT LIE!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!Norma Williams (Retired widow)
