They had my vehicle for over a year. They said Covid was the reason why and then refused to finish fixing the vehicle. They ended up towing it back to my residence. They also made me research and provide my own brake booster. Ive never had to do that before and Im in my mid forties and have worked with alot of repair shops. I will never use this place again.

My go-to for maintenance and auto repair. I trust Albert and his mechanics, I truly feel he gives me recommendations based off what he would do or offer to his own family. He also explains to me and shows me what my car needs if I have any questions. I appreciate him also making me aware of upcoming maintenance so I can plan. If he can get a part for a better price he will discount the price for me. It is nice to have a place I can take my car into with confidence.

Had my 05 gmc Duramax dually repaired by Bronco with Albert. Cant tell you how happy I am with there service. Vehicle was picked up by bronco towing which also did a great job. Took my ‘07 Mercury Gran Marquis in for a problem with the air suspension. Al quoted me a price of $60 to investigate the problem. They could find nothing wrong and sent me out without charge. They did not fix the problem but they also did not try to upsell me for anything else. Good guys and I will go back there for other issues.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I don’t live by my family and my dad usually always helped me with my car. Brad and Albert are like stand-in car dads. They never make me feel dumb or try to sell me stuff, they just help. I’ve gotten a tow, they’ve replaced my tires, oil changes, fixed my rock guard, etc. The best part is they are ALWAYS friendly if I just pop in with a problem and it’s fixed right then and there. I won’t go anywhere else.

HereJust had my first experience with Bronco Automotive. I dealt with Albert, clean shop and waiting room It has been a month now since Ive had my truck worked on a Broncos auto repair Since theyve had my truck Ive had to replace the radiator which they said they did a full safety inspection on my vehicle you would think that they would have did a pressure test on my radiator especially when they flush the system I had to replace the radiator now the water pump is leaking Also some major steering components were not up to par which they should have caught I do believe they should pay a little bit more attention to safety on vehicles
