Work was paid for but was not performed, (as revealed by a professional upon later inspection.) This place is a ripoff, run by a thief and a liar.NOT recommended. Now we will see a defensive lie posted in response by the unethical owner. But dont believe it.

If you want to be lied to, ripped off, wait forever and have shoddy work done done on your vehicle, this is the place for you. My advice, keep looking for a reputable business.

A pleasant surprise. Halfway through my cross country road trip, I needed service on my van. Was welcomed first thing on a Saturday and enjoyed great conversation with the owner and his father the two hours during top notch, affordable oil change/transmission fluid drain & refill. 10/10. Would come again if I didnt live in NY! Thank you!

These guys are shade tree mechanics! They thought they knew what they were doing but installed the wrong rear end in my Sprinter and this caused the engine to blow up.This diagnosis is directly from a Mercedes engineer. I ask Ambassador for a refund and the spineless owners will not even return my call. They should close their shop or only do minor repairs. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP. In the long run, you will save money

Michael Moore of 201 E. Blacklidge in Tucson answered an ad on Craigslist for parts from a 1996 Saturn. Upon arrival he made an offer to purchase the entire vehicle for $360, as he needed many different parts. He was told that Ambassador Auto Care did not have a title to the vehicle and had no desire to go through the process of obtaining a title. He was told that he could obtain a title either through a bonded title or an abandoned title. He stated he was very familiar with both processes. He was given a notarized bill of sale. For some unknown reason he went to MVD and thought he could obtain a title without going through either process. He stated in his review that we told him we just could not find the title. That is completely false. If I could not find the title I would have gone to MVD and obtained a duplicate for $4 and sold the car for $1500. Michael Moore purchase a running vehicle for $360. If it were just a matter of going to MVD we would have done so months ago and sold the car for what they are selling for, not $360.Look at the reviews left by Michael Moore. he leaves negative reviews for every business he comes in contact with. He left a negative review for a business because he wanted to drive a rented vehicle without being on the rental contract. He went so far as to call the guy ugly. How weird is that. I suggest ALL business beware of doing any business with Michael Moore of 201 E. Blacklidge.

I answered a craigslist ad for a green 1996 Saturn LS for $300. The owner with rings on his fingers told me that he had a title for the car but he couldnt find it and he would do a Billis sale to me so I come back next day with cash in hand and received a bill of sales for the 1996 SaturnTook the bill of sale to dmv ..... surprised .......😝it turned out that he is not the owner of the car so Im screwed and I have to do a banded title which will take me nine months before I can do anything with the car cause I dont have money to put towards a bonded title i got screwed over by ower and mr. StevensI would never do business with this gentleman again and his friend the associate called StevenDMV told me that it call fraudMy advice to you stay way
