Came in with body damage received from a technician error at another shop in town and the Cutting Edge staff was more than welcoming and understanding to my situation; damage received was on the rear fender (metal) and bumper (plastic). Never having worked with insurance before the team had led me through the entire process and what to expect with getting everything resolved. Although a slightly older model of car with some sun damage the team was able to fix the damage and match the current paint like the car was never damaged in the first place. I have owed my 2009 Ford F-150 since new and unfortunately the Arizona sun destroyed the paint. I wanted the truck repainted with added personal accents. I visited quite a few businesses, though after visiting Cutting edge and meeting Mike Christmas, I was convinced they could do exactly as I requested. Meeting and beating expectation may be an over used adage, though this is what they did.

My vehicle was badly rear-ended, and instead of using my insurance companys recommended repair shop, I opted to choose my own company. My first step was looking through reviews of various repair shops and selecting the ones with the most customer feedback and highest customer satisfaction. My next step was to make a visit to each business and make some general observations of my own.A few of the places turned out to be disappointments because their businesses were cluttered, dirty, and promoted a negative image. Cutting Edge Collision Center was just the opposite. It was very organized, clean, and promoted a positive image.As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by one of their associates and I explained the purpose of my visit. He offered a tour of their facility and I was able to see their meticulous process of disassembly and reassembly and how they keep track of literally every single nut and bolt. In addition, I was able to see some of their work (before and after).After selecting to go with them, they continued checking in with me about the timing of completion, which wasnt very long at all. And when the repair work was finished, my truck looked BRAND NEW!

I have a 1961 four-door Impala - she’s my lady and how she looks is important. There were three dents on the roof top, and some of the paint was peeling off of the rear deck ornamentation. Like all classic car owners, do you want bodywork and trim to be done right.Cutting Edge made my lady’s hard top look brand new and matched the paint color perfectly. Impeccably done. My lady shines now. If you have a classic car, Cutting Edge is where you should get it done.One minor point, though, I delivered the car clean, yet when I picked it up the vehicle interior and exterior was covered with dust. Had to take it to detail shop to get her mani/pedi all cleaned up. Minor issue.If you want your car restored like new, choose Cutting Edge. We had a traumatic accident with our motorhome while traveling in Texas. Fortunately it was drivable and we eventually got back to our lot near Tucson. Found this place on Google Maps and it had a perfect rating (sorry to see it went down a tad). Brought my wifes car in for a quote. On the freeway a car in front of her had a tire blowout and a piece of tire hit the front of the car. Lost a light fixture and the front bumper was cracked and warped. I met Mike Christmas and he had the quote done in about 20 minutes. There was a little bit of miscommunication with the ordering of parts but the car was fixed within a week. They did an excellent job and the car looks brand new. They also showed us what was replaced. It also had to have my wifes seal of approval. Shes good with it, happy wife, happy life. After several months of waiting to get my front bumper fixed (thanks procrastination!) I finally decided to get an estimate on it. I was referred to Cutting Edge by a friend and decided to try it out. The trip across town was well worth it! Jenny was my main contact and was super nice, helpful and informative. Do to a most unusual experience a battery on our newer car had leaked acid on to part of the aluminum frame structure. The car was being flat towed behind our motorhome. As we were pulling away from a fuel station the front end of the auto actually pulled away from the rest of the car. Towed to Cutting Edge Collision Center, Gary and his team disassembled the front part of the car to provide answers for the insurance company as to why the incident. Their expert knowledge proved to the insurance the real reason for the damage. The car ended up being totaled so their business was not able to repair the car. Gary and his team were quick to handle the claim, very professional and the entire team was polite and knowledgeable. We could not have been more pleased on how they responded to us and the situation.

Thank you Cutting Edge Collision.Cutting Edge Collision replaced a water logged headlight on my 2006 Subaru Forester. This is a routine job but ended as an excellent experience. I received a fair estimate for the parts and labor. The headlight assembly wouldnt be available for several days and was quoted as 100.00. Therefore I returned home and waited for a call to schedule the replacement. Several days later I received a call explaining the quote given from the part supplier was incorrect but a new replacement assembly was in. Of course I inquired about how much more the new part would cost me and the answer was nothing. The original estimate would be honored. To my surprise the new OEM assembly was 3x the price of the original estimate (I got a copy of the head light invoice from the supplier) and Cutting Edge still honored their original quote.

I backed into a concrete post at a gas station in my brand new Winnebago Navion. Gary and his team restored it to brand new condition in just a matter of days. Yesterday. Solid work & Real customer service!!Finally took car in for body work.The estimate was $160 if the bumper popped out or $530 if it was replaced.I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready (not usually a service they offered - it worked out they were out and about on errands.)I went to pay. When I was handed the invoice it was $90. “It didn’t take as long as we thought and we only want to charge for what we did”Ok. I was extremely pleased with the service at Cutting Edge. I had a minor fender bender accident which did what I considered a great deal of damage. I needed help repairing my car bumper. I called Cutting Edge and Jenny took care of everything. Before arriving she explained how long the process would take with my insurance and gave me rough estimates for the cost. Jenny even drove me over to the local car rental, so that I didnt have to call an Uber. She helped me feel at ease by calling periodically to give me updates. When I went to pick up my car, Jenny showed me everything that was done...she even gave me a small sample of my paint to use for any other minor fixes. Cutting Edge is professional, and really cares about there customers. Worth every penny.

I wish I had come to Cutting Edge Collision months ago! My son had broken my drivers side power window installing a new door handle. He said he could fix it. He tried numerous times, but I got tired of not being able to open the window. I took my car to Cutting Edge and within a day, they had fixed the window for an amazing price! They were able to find the regulator and motor and install quickly! The manager was great to talk to and the rest of the staff were great also - very helpful! I messaged the shop on Saturday night around 8pm knowing they were close and I received an automatic reply I responded thinking they were going to get back to me Monday morning, around 10pm I received another response and I admitted I was rude and made a mean comment. I did not think that I was talking to a real person so I went to there shop on Monday morning some short heavy set white male approach me asking, are you Mario? I said yes!?!? he said, so what was up with that message from Saturday night. I told him I was frustrated because I had just had an accident, I apologize for being rude. This guy would not drop the incident that occurred Saturday night after I apologized lol I felt like this little man was throwing a tantrum I could really feel this guy vibe. I told him you know what Ill take business elsewhere. I had an estimate repair quoting me at $5,000 to fix a damaged bumper and some minor dents. I found another shop Tucson Auto Collision the guys were totally opposite and made feel at ease with no hesitation. So theres my story I thought Id share.

Man where to start, i worked with 2 girls and I believe the shop boss and they were and are beyond perfect! I had only a minor repair on my Subaru Forrester and it was an out of pocket cost because I didn’t submit an insurance claim. My front bumper had been dented in the airport parking lot. The people at Cutting Edge took great care of my car and treated me right throughout the process. Their estimated price was fair and competitive and they promptly booked my repair job. Minor damage behind the bumper and they called me to cover my options for dealing with it. I chose to have the hidden damage repaired and again the additional cost for that was fair. rather My car was finished on schedule as promised and it looks new and should look that way for years to come. I have only praise for the great service and superior work I experienced at Cutting Edge. I recommend them without reservation. They do great body and paint work and they treated me well even with my small repair.

Recently I had a freak accident that shattered the passenger side review mirror. They were able to replace the mirror & buff out the small scratches on the outside for a very reasonable price and they were able to it fast. The staff was very professional and pleasant! Ok, its 9 months later & I had a minor run-in with a very large truck the hooked my bumper. Again the staff at Cutting Edge Collision Center were great with upfront pricing & timing. There was a paint problem that took an extra day, but they discounted the bill as well as fixing a small scratch that I hadnt mentioned. The car was beautifully washed & vacuumed when I picked it up!

I had a great experience at Cutting Edge. I actually had my truck moved from one collision center to Cutting Edge after I had been in an accident. I did not have a very good experience at the original Collision Center and Cutting Edge came highly recommended by a few friends of mine. After contacting Mike at Cutting Edge he set everything up to have my truck towed over to them and start the process of getting me back on the road. It was quite the process but I was absolutely ecstatic with the outcome of my Durango! I want to thank everyone at Cutting Edge for getting me back into my truck after so many headaches. I highly recommend this Collision Center if youre looking for a place to take your car, truck or SUV.

Great shop--just had them fix the quarter panel on my Yukon XL and do a complete paint on a golf cart. Both jobs came out beautiful. Ive know Mike Christmas for years a professional through and through. Garys paint, especially his custom paint is a work of art!! Love this shop! Best in Tucson--only where I ever go.

These guys know customer service. I wanted to convert my 2017 standard Tundra grill to the Pro configuration. I spoke to Mike and he walked me through the process. Excellent experience. Took my Tacoma in for a fair amount of repair work. The shop had been recommended to me by a friend who told me they would fix it right. And he was right. Not only was the repair work the best, the shop is very service oriented, communications are great and they delivered a day earlier than promised. And they did all the back and forth with the adjuster to get the best for me. Thanks Mike and Valerie, you guys are great.

I took my 66 Mustang here for repair after I got hit on my front fender. The core support and battery apron were damaged, and some of the body panels were beyond repair. Nonetheless they made it look the same as it was before the accident, if not just a bit better. I 100% recommend this shop.

I went in to have my cargo trailer door bent back to shape and have additional locks installed. Mike worked with me to select which locks would work and did an excellent job customizing them to fit my specifications. He also gave me a tour of the facilities, showing the vast range of projects they take on. Despite all the concurrent projects, Mike completed my repair/install in a very expeditious manner. I will absolutely come back again if I move back to the Tucson area.

Very good group of people and they did an amazing job on my car. Paint was flawless. The repairs they did on my trailer caused by two tire blowouts were excellent. In fact, better than new due to the reinforcements they made to the original design. They repairs were also done very timely.
